Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Chandler AZ

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

We have had Dukes of Air out several times and they have always been honest, informative and thorough!  This last visit was from Todd and Bray who ended up saving us a lot of money on what we thought was going to be an expensive replacement by identifying the root cause of the issue which were 2 internal parts.  We had some other temperature and duct issues with specific rooms upstairs and Bray identified a solution for that at the same time.  Couldn't be happier and we're a Dukes customer for life!

Requested a quote via Yelp and got a response within minutes. Was out here the next day to look at our water heater and fixed within a couple of hours. Great service! Looking forward to doing business again in the future, thank you!

We had a leaky shower mainly from the overflow area but had to figure it out with Terry, Lawson's plumber. Terry worked as quick as he could and fixed the issue as well as other issues he found. He even had a flat tire (picked up a nail prior to my job site) and remained calm throughout the entire shower repair and issue with the truck. Thank you for coming out and sending Terry.

Another great experience - starting with a message from Tom, to a call from (?? - I didn't catch her name, sorry) to schedule the appointment and then Jose calling to confirm a time.

He arrived on time and QUICKLY and neatly replaced our softener and r/o filters. I followed him like a lost puppy while I watched and learned. He showed me and answered everything with the patience of a [good] teacher. He easily could have been out of here a lot faster if it wasn't for me.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

This company was sent out to me through my home warranty service.
The guy came out,  gave me his opinion, and left me still with a leak - in order to go back to the office to work up an estimate.  
2 days later, they gave me an estimate for $1900 for an issue that cost me $200 to repair 9 months earlier.  (And,  after he left- since he left me with the leak-i personally went to home depot,  spent $30 and 2hrs time,  to stop the leak he left me with)
I would definately get estimates from other companies before using these guys -I'm sure this price gouging is not a fluke.

I contacted Affordable Plumber via Yelp Quote and then responded back to his response to call him back to setup a visit to reconnect my new sink with the existing piping, disposal and fixture.  We settle on the date, time and very rough estimate for services rendered understanding there are always things that go awry once the plumbing professional arrives on site and sees the challenge ahead in-spite of the detailed requests and photos. That is just how it works in most quotes unless the plumbing professional gives an on site visit and estimate versus over the phone or via Yelp Quote.  I would recommend when using Affordable Plumber to request an on-site visit and quotation and AVOID the phone or test request. That will be more accurate for you and equitable for Affordable Plumber. No one likes surprises on expectations are set..

Affordable Plumber is very responsive, flexible, direct and straight up communicator, at times a tad terse, in what they can or cannot do based on what they understand the work project details and that is why request an on site visit and avoid photos and yelp notes for that is only fair to Affordable Plumber.  

Affordable Plumber comes across as very confident, experienced and knowledgeable on  how to address your plumbing project and your project is not their first rodeo from my experience of communicating with the Business Owner.  Affordable plumber seems to be affordable given the previous reviews however I am not certain they are or are not since I cancelled our appointment and plumbing project due to some communication and planning mishaps    

One thing that comes across in working with A.P. out in this pre project planning is that Affordable Plumbing is VERY VERY BUSY and your project is just another Job Ticket for them, of which they have many on a daily basis, so the customer quotient and project concern for your problem could  be?? distant ...at times? though they WILL resolve your project from what I can ascertain reading their reviews.  

Lastly, if contracting with A.P. be aware their services and estimates is strictly LABOR ONLY and YOU are fully responsible for all parts, washers, plumbing tape, piping, putty etc.  If you want them to supply any and all ancillary supplies for your project then to be fair to them...... you must notify them in advance and therefore meeting with them at your job site before their arrival is very important. As well. (As recommended) with an On-Site Project Estimate they should be able to give you a list of parts you will need to supply if you choose to buy your own plumbing parts. Otherwise A.F. will be more than happy to shop and supply those parts for you ahead of your project for their customary professional plumbing fees for they do not seem to carry extra ancillary parts given the wide array of parts required and obvious inventory overhead which makes perfect sense in todays business world.  Again, I was unable to complete my plumbing project with A.P. based ON MY decision to cancel given some timing and communication mishaps. In my view Affordable Plumbing can get your job done in a satisfying and professional manner based on the reviews that all future customers should read and review!   AND, as noted please schedule an ON SITE PROJECT visitation and quotation with the business owner to ensure the precise job details, ALL project costs, and your expectations fully communicated and they will hit the ball out of the park for your project.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Talbot Plumbing installed our new water heater and what a breeze.  I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company.  It is so hard to find a plumber who is honest and not trying to up-charge you on everything.  I will work with them in future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

If you want a plumber who will accurately and HONESTLY diagnose all your plumbing issues and correct them at an affordable price... look no further.

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!

Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.
