Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

Arizona Dukes of air is the best!  Our house was not cooling with the AC running non-stop. We had two other companies come in, both on the SRP suggested list,  and they wanted to replace everything (our units are 4 years old) and charge us $15-20k to do it. Dukes of air came in, actually looked at our system, and found it needed refrigerant and it was frozen up. Then they came back the next day to check it again and found our other problem was a little piece of insulation that had fallen and was blocking air flow. Our house is now cooling and we can actually stand to be in it. There was no need for replacement of our newer AC units, just someone who would actually look at the system. My only issue is I cannot remember the name of the guy that came out because I waited so long to write the review. He was so great and informative, as was the gal on the phone we takes to several times!

I had a problem with water heater explained what problem was and provide information that they needed on model and type of water heater I had. He showed up next morning with new water heater and removed mine and installed within two hours, he took old one back to dispose of and cleaned up like they were never here other that the beautiful new water heater that stands before me.... Great customer service, very professional and best of all the pricing! They were honest and up front and we couldn't be more happy! Defiantly would recommend their services to anyone and gladly would use them again...

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

I needed a connection installed for my natural gas bbq.  They called me back promptly and were available to do the work when I needed them.  Curtis my tech knew what he was doing,  was quick and did a great job.  Their fee was very reasonable.  I will use these guys again and highly recommend them!

Big shout out to Patrick and his team!  Responsive - called us back the same day, came out the next.  Reliable - repair work completed as promised I.e. toilet leak caused by flange deterioration and no contact with wax ring.  Quality - slightly higher cost than expected, however, confident the work done was done right.  Cleaned up like they were never there.  Highly recommended!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Cure-All came in to a leaking pipe in my wall.  They sent a tech who worked with the home warranty company to get everything covered, then fixed the problem.  After the work was done, he cleaned up.  He was knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy.  
I have no more to say about this because of how great their service was.  Hire them and you will see how easy it should be.

Showed up on time, did the installation of a hybrid (heat pump) water heater within the timeframe they said and for a good price. They were honest, and thorough.

Like others on this site, I don't usually write reviews but I am so pleased with the service I just recieved from this company that I decided to write. Mike came out to help with two problems we had that we had had a different plumber look at and not able to help or explain what was going on. It took Mike a couple of minutes to fix one of the issues, a slow drain in our master bath. He also taught me how to take care of it in the future myself. The other issue was a slow toilet. Mike was able to adjust it so it worked a bit better and then explained that the toilet simply needed to be replaced or we could just live with it as is. What he said made a lot of sense to me and we will consider doing the replacement.

Mike and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly interested in helping however they could. I will definitely call these folks again when I have a plumbing issue.

I've got to hand it to my service tech Rick R. and Precision Air & Heating for taking care of my home last night. Rick R. came to my house and was very nice right from the beginning. He took the time to diagnose, repair and talk to me what had to be replaced and repaired. He did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with him and this Precision. Top quality guys, products, prices and customer service all the way around. I am so happy that I also bought the 4 year maintenance agreement on my home too. Not only is this transferable, but I know that my HVAC system will be taken care of. This already has saved me money buying the agreement because it saved the trip charges for emergency calls and is also discounted price for any work they do.
