Our water heater starting leaking at 4:30 pm on New Years Day holiday and when a plumber I used previously didn't answer my call, I didn't know who to call.  Since American Home had lots of reviews and a 5 star rating I was very pleased when they  answered their phone even though they were officially closed. Tom walked me through steps to minimize the leak until they could get there the next day. He was very detailed in providing me a quote that included everything so I wouldn't have
any surprises.
Fidel and JR arrived on time and completed the work in exactly the time they told me. Very professional, and cleaned any work mess and took old water heater away.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Tyler was great to work with. I was out of town when I was notified that my outside pipes were leaking water. I called Zest Plumbing and had Tyler, a plumbing tech, at my home within an hour. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

New washer and dryer delivered and installed. Installers  told us we needed new valves for the water lines as we were only getting a dribble of water to the washer.  Called four plumbers and Cure All responded immediately. Tyler diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. Back the next morning at 9:30 and completed the job.  Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time, did the installation of a hybrid (heat pump) water heater within the timeframe they said and for a good price. They were honest, and thorough.

A few weeks ago Lou came out to my home. I actually accidently called the wrong company and boy am I glad I called this place!

Several years ago I used Precision because one of my units was not cooling properly.  Due to a personal contact the company came out quickly and addressed the issue at a very reasonable cost.

Due to the experience above I contacted them again when one of my units was not cooling.  They come out to service the unit.  In the end they diagnosed a rare issue having to due with a clogged filter inside the closed freon line.  In the end my pocket book was made $1200 lighter.  One year later that same unit was not working again and I called out another company to look at it.  The issue was addressed and the unit is now fixed and it cost about 1/3 of what Precision held me up for.  I was also given a 2 year GUARANTEE by the new company.  I was also told by the new company that whoever worked on the unit previously left the attic unit slightly open which was resulting in cool air escaping into the attic and making the unit run inefficiently.  Precision was the only company to work on my units.  Obviously the workmanship had a lot to be desired and only the spiders in the attic were happy.

In the end the Decision is clear and I will not be calling on Precision to work on any of my units again.  Don't monkey around with these guys it'll only cost you in the end.
