I had a great experience with Hays. I got several quotes to replace my 30+ year old AC unit. Their pricing is competitive and they have attractive financing options, but Bill S. really made me feel confident in choosing Hays. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, honest, and available to answer all my questions. I texted and called several times before, during, and after installation and he was very responsive. What I appreciated most was that he didn't try to up-sell expensive products or services. One company tried to convince me I needed a $1500 duct sealing...when I asked Bill if he thought I needed it, he told me how to determine for myself. Justin came out a few weeks later for a post-installation check-up. He was really friendly, and showed me certain thermostat features and answered several more of my questions. He even showed me pictures of the install and gave me a quick A/C 101 lesson. I'd highly recommend them.

Contacted Sean at Renaissance after doing a Yelp search for a plumber. I had a foul odor problem at my business and wanted a second opinion. Sean was able to swing by that day and take a look. We scheduled a time for him to return to do some additional diagnostics and Sean was communicative and on-time. Upon returning, he recommended to start small and replace the toilet seal and he was right, it was the source of the odor. The previous installers had used the wrong size seal. Not only did Sean replace the seal that day and fix my problem but he beat the other guy on price. No fuss, no issues, just a smooth repair, and best of all, no more odor! Sean was excellent to work with, courteous and professional. Great job!

After receiving an excess water use from Global Water on 12/12, I observed water gushing up to the surface where the main water line comes to the house.  I contacted Global Water and they sent out a technician to turn off the water to the house.  I was without water until today, 12/15.  Thinking I had done the right thing two years ago, I purchased a water and sewer line warranty protection policy.  I called 12/13 to have American Water Resources  contact their company and was given a claim number and told to wait for a call from their plumber.  After numerous calls on 12/15 to American Water Resources and being put on hold and eventually cut off after not being contacted by AWR's plumber, I called Kooline Plumbing @11:00 am.  My circumstance warranted emergency action.  Rick, Nick and two other employees arrived at my home 1:24 pm.  They dug a trench and laid an entire new water line (at my request) then backfilled the trench even hosing off the landscape rocks.  Job well done.  Paid Rick and they left about 2:30 pm.  It is a good thing to once again have the water on!

Nate and Samuel came out to install a 16veer a/c unit today. They were here from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. they were unbelievable. Very informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. It was 106 degrees today and they got it done. I have to throw Matt Morales and Matt Decker a shout-out for working with me throughout the whole process as well. After Nate and Sam left something unfortunately went wrong and Robert was here 1 hour later at 6 p.m. To fix it. He explained the problem and fixed it. I would suggest them to anyone who asked for a HVAC company. Very professional, prompt, and friendly. Thank you for an easy and painless install.

Chris, Pepe, and Brent were professional and knowledgeable--they got to the root of the problem quickly and now my plumbing is back in order at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend this company to friends!

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

Just had a routine service with Matt. Matt was very professional. The only downside is that the service does not really service anything. I end up getting a couple recommendations for repairs that I may or may not need and they are extraordinarily expensive.
I thanked Matt for his recommendations but passed on the additional service recommendations. My review is 4 stars for Matt and 2 stars for PA.

I would never recommend Goettl to anyone, except maybe my worst enemy. The sales guy was great: very cheerful, comedic, and laid back. Well, here's what happened:
   9/26/15: your service rep lied when he said that, with my father's Air Force service, I would receive a military discount by financing through you, plus, instead of paying 9.9% interest I would only pay 6.9%
   10/26: Upon receiving the first bill from Greensky, 9.9% was the interest rate listed. When I called Greensky to mention the error, I was told that in order to receive the discounted rate, either myself or my spouse would have to be the military member
   10/31: made first attempt to speak with a Goettl rep about the military discount lie; received no return phone call
   11/7: made second attempt to speak with a Goettl rep; received no return phone call!
   11/13: made third attempt to speak with a Goettl rep. The young kid on the other end had the audacity to tell me that if I had only called sooner I would have been able to speak with someone. He assured me that he would place an urgent message for a rep to call me but then proceeded to explain that I shouldn't be hopeful because that weekend was the rep's birthday after all.
   11/17: finally received a call from Greg (?) who asked if anyone had followed up with me. When I gave my negative response, he replied that either he or Dale (?) would call me back.
   11/24: still NO RETURN PHONE CALL!
  I can't remember when someone finally called me but the end result is that Goettl offered me a 5.9% rate BUT that meant closing the old account, opening up a new one, and of course having to pay a higher monthly bill because the terms went from 10 yrs to 6 yrs.
   As if this crap wasn't enough, when it came time to run our heater, there was NO HOT AIR!! Turns out the two idiots who installed our unit didn't bother to hook up the heating elements.
   As for their financing company, Greensky, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. When I attempted to register my newest account and sign up for auto-bill pay, I recd an invalid e-mail address msg. After calling Greensky and talking to their idiot, turns out that although I had closed the first account, Greensky did NOT deactivate it, which prevented me from using the same e-mail acct for the new one. When I called Greensky, the automatic telephonic system said my NEW account had a zero balance (when it's 20 grand +) and that it wasn't an active acct. Plus, when I tried to register using the new acct, their system was trying to access my OLD acct. After that B.S. was finally fixed, I discovered that Greensky does NOT have a go green option so I can expect to receive an archaic paper bill every month for the next 6 yrs. What a joke! Stay away from GOETTL and GREENSKY.

1st time Tuckerhill came out David was the technican, he was professional, and very knowledgeable fixed the problem right away. Very pleased with him and the company. 2nd time we needed a a/c unit and had it installed the very next day. Christian was the installer and he worked his butt off and put in a very long day. Very pleased with him and the crew. Definitely would use this company for any a/c problems we may have.

Christian Brothers Air Conditioning and Plumbing- Service Advisor Mike, Roger and Steve all did an awesome job on re-doing all of my air ducts on the 2nd level to provide me the proper air flow and moderate the air to my liking. I can finally live in my bedroom and not be in a Freezer.

We have nothing but good things to say about Dennis. He solved our problem quickly and professionally, and he made sure that we were totally satisfied. He also went above and beyond to avoid having to cut another hole in the wall to replace the pump on our jetted spa tub. That meant reaching into small, awkward places while twisting at odd angles, and probably a backache later tonight! We really appreciated the extra effort, and would happily welcome him back to do other work.
