Kevin is awesome!! He was extremely friendly, honest, and genuine. He stayed until the job was complete and gave us great information on how to use our AC more efficiently. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help. We have used so many other AC companies before but thanks to Kevin we will be using Hays in the future.

I was greeted by Marcos, with a smile on his face and hand extended for a hand shake.  
He arrived on time, entered my home with those stretchy shoe coverings, which I appreciated.
He quickly asked questions and informed me what his plan of attack would be to address our lack of cooling in our home.
While working, we had great conversation and before I knew it, Marcos located a leak in our evap coil.
He discussed options, wrote up an estimate, provided detailed photos of his findings, including several volt meter readings.
Although, I'm now faced with having to replace this unit, I'm grateful of the service that was provided and applaud Marcos for his professionalism and friendly candor.

Father and son operation. Howard comes out does the estimate and his son does the work. In my case very quick the next morning. Howard was super knowledgeable and very honest. I know who I'm calling if I'm ever in need.

I called kooline plumbing a few months ago and the owner came himself and did a great job. He unclogged 2 bathtubs a sink and even fixed my kitchen faucet. I paid approximately $70 and thought he was very honest. I wrote an awesome review on google +. Then last week I called and asked to unclog the same bathtub and 1 sink and he quoted me $65 a piece. I was so disappointed because I felt rubbed. You should not lose your customers trust especially when they're coming back to you for service. I'm going to try someone trustworthy

It is a second time I used this Company and I am pleased with their service. Charles Bauer is a competent and professional technician. I appreciate this company and Charles Bauer specifically.

These guys are great, but a little bit expensive.  My bathroom sink was starting to clog up and I called them and they came out there the next night and Marco showed me that it wasn't a drain clog at all, it was just some soap gunk caught in the drain and he showed me how to take out the drain and clean it.  It was $130 to do something so simple so he also flushed my water heater, which they normally charge $60 for, but since I didn't really have anything wrong with my sink drain he went ahead and did that which I appreciate.  $130 is still pretty high for both of these, but I needed them done so now it is.

The best plumbing service in the Valley!! They offer memberships to receive faster scheduling (highly recommended getting their membership; it will save you 5 percent on your invoice so it practically pays for itself).

Plumbing Medic recently fixed our main water line. Their service was great, the technician, Dallon, was honest, respectful, and did a great job fixing our issue. The pricing was competitive and I would recommend them in the future.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Never again. AC went out at around 6pm so I called Precision because their website said they offer 24 hour service right at the top on their main page. I was told someone would be paged and contact me. I waited till 2am then called them and their service tells me they are gone for the night they only work till Midnight. In the morning I complained and pretty much got nothing out of them. And their website still says 24 hours.

Absolutly stay away. They are preying on the notion that service calls are expensive and that there advertising will make you not second guess them. I paid extra and got a second opinion as soon as I was told I would need a new 4 ton unit at roughly $3000 higher than average market. A total of over $10500. Then when question about it, he never sent an estimate for a new system, but all the sudden there were repairs that could be done.
The repairs were done, by another company, who said I absolutely don't need a new system. Then showed me what was wrong, in the pictures he took. I was also informed that he didn't really clean a damn thing.
Call Precision Mechanical. They just finished up, and I'm already feeling a significant difference in the temperature... and its 10 a.m. It should be getting worse, not better lol. Trust your instincts, Goettl is way over priced, and there Techs are commissioned. Enough said.

David Belnavis is a skilled technician with excellent follow up and excellent customer skills.   He went above and beyond for us to get a new 5 ton AC installed in one day.   He was able to redesign some of the duct work to allow the AC to cool more efficiently.

This company is a scam.  I specifically stated I believe it to be a thermocouple ($8.00 part) and the so called thechnition arrived stating he was here to sell us a new water heater and had no tools to diagnose the problem.  Don't waste your time.  Scam artists, but I am sure this won't make thf reviews they post.  But that's ok, I have a yelp account and a complaint wirh the BBB

My home warranty (First American) ) sent out Thomas Home Service.   The repairman was nice and on time and said my unit was low on R22 and I probably had a leak.   He said he was not authorized to fix and he had to request a senior technician come out the next week.  He did not put in any R22.   It was not cooling and iced over when he left.   I thought they scheduled me for follow up for 4 days later and when that day came.... the senior tech never showed.  When I called ...they said the follow up appointment was for Me two week from then. I said not waiting two weeks additional for another repair Tech after their guy would not fix first time out.   My home warranty would not refund my $85 service either and I had to go outside of home warranty coverage to get my AC cooling again.
