Best Air Duct Cleaning in Chandler AZ

As a follow on to Stepheni M.'s review, I wish I could give Hays 6 stars.  From design, estimation, through installation, setup and finally follow-up, everyone and everything exceeded expectations.  We were treated beyond what they said in the video advertisement.  We replaced 2 almost 20 year old 10 SEER mixed parts (mostly Trane, some Payne) systems with 2, 16 SEER Trane systems and then had them blow in more attic insulation, put some transom vents for air return in rooms where the doors are almost always closed, and add a supply register in a room that needed one.  When I say replace, I mean replace; they also said our plenums were way undersized so they replaced those too and what they said they were so spot on.  These units blow so much more cool air all through out the whole house so much better - they don't short cycle like our old system did, which was leaving hot spots (and probably higher electric bills).  So it was much more than just replacing old with new, they made sure that our system as a whole was operating better.  I'm convinced now that while some companies may be able to install new A/C and furnace units, but can they make sure everything is working well together like Hays did, that to me is a huge differentiator.  We found Hays based completely on web reviews and am so glad we did.  BTW, our OCD dog AJ already misses the guys!!!!

We could not be more pleased with the service we had today on a Saturday with our technician  Jay.  We were notified by Global water today that we had a leak.  With it being Saturday we were worried that we would not be able to find anyone to come out and see what was going on. Within 2 hours of our call Jay was here and had taken care of the leak.   I would highly recommend Kooline Plumbing and they will be our go to plumbing company for all our plumbing needs.

In hindsight, had we simply visited yelp and read all of the negative reviews, we would never have worked with Plumbsmart.  We had never dreamed that an AZ Licensed Contractor would require that we sign a damage waiver previous to work being performed, leaving us liable for the shoddy workmanship and damage which followed.

Plumbsmart advertise's that they are a discount Plumber, but nothing is further from the truth. They charges us $400/hour to perform a simple task.

Now they are spamming us with unwanted emails and texts.

Pepe came to my home to help me with my clogged bathtubs. He was prompt, friendly and very informative. I didn't realize the damage I was doing to my drains by using Draino. He quickly cleared my drains and have me great tips to prevent the problem from happening again. Overall, great experience!

Highly recommend this company. We had a leak in the base of our toilet that got progressively worse over some time. The toilet itself was also loose. I called another company first, but they talked about it possibly costing thousands, and my fiancé and I didn't think that sounded right. Hansen Family Plumbing came out the same day we called and fixed the issue for far, far less, a fraction of the price! We are very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

We have a two story church building and had our first need for a plumber.  A parent had flushed a diaper down the toilet and it backed up something fierce.  Being close to 4:00 I relegated myself to waiting some time for help.  I found Plumbing & A/C Media in the Christian Resource Guide and gave them a call.  Their $64 flat price sounded good.  The initial contact was very friendly and took all my information.  I was then told to expect a call withing 20 minutes from dispatch.  In 10 minutes the call came in and another very friendly gal said all their techs were on all day jobs and it would be between 5 & 7.

She called me back in about 10 minutes saying a tech just finished and would be here in 5 minutes.  A quick assessment of the situation and Mike had the toilet unplugged and even mopped up some of the messy water.

They were in and out in less than 30 minutes!  I would highly recommend them, however all situations are different, but the friendly and professional service couldn't be beat.

Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

Last year I had Precision Air service my older a/c unit. At that time they replaced three parts and sold me a service plan. This year I was very very very disappointed with my spring service. The technician opened the unit, tinkered a bit, and proceed to tell my husband that my unit wasn't working and wanted to sell him two parts for over $200 dollars. The conversation led to having a sales agent come over and price out a new unit. Meanwhile the technician closed up the unit and left, leaving my unit in a non-working order. Mind you prior to him messing with the switches the a/c had been working and cooling my house.

After the technician left my husband called an out of state friend in the a/c business. They worked out that the technician turned off additional switches in the unit to try and fool my husband that it didn't work. Since reconnecting the connections the a/c has continued to work without the assistance of Precision Air. I did not receive an honest nor valuable maintenance worth the value of money I spent on a service plan. I am extremely disappointed that this company left my home with my unit not in originally condition they found it. I will not be a returning customer nor do I recommend their service.

Would give them NO STARS if I could.  AWFUL WASTE OF MY TIME - THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!
My husband called and booked an appointment for a slow moving bathroom drain - they said between 8am and noon on Saturday (today).  At 11:27 I received a text from 'Carroll' saying the technician was delayed.  At about 12:30 I called the number shown to find out what the ETA was.  He told me he didn't really know, but we were next on the list and to be patient.  I explained to him I had already been patient -  I just needed an ETA.  No help although he was really nice.  At 12:36 I got a text from Adam Retherford saying he was on his way, so I settled down to wait.  I waited, and waited, and waited....  he never showed up!  
At 2:30 I finally called the office (again) and they said he didn't get a response (not sure what response I was supposed to give?) so he had moved on to another job! and would I like to spend my entire  Sunday waiting for a tech who never shows up. They seemed to think it was funny that I had wasted my time and really didn't offer even so much as an apology.  I told them no thanks, I will reach out to a reputable plumbing company who does value customer service and not going to waste my time.  I will NEVER call them again and suggest you consider calling someone else as well.

I would not chose this company for electric. They boast about Integrity and Honesty in an article dated April 2023 in Longview Journal and state that their President, Jeremy will answer to any unsatisfactory dealings. I had just that last week when quoted verbally a specific amount at my house. Understanding it would not be the same to a tee, it was written up $900 more (coincidentally was asked if they were the lowest bid first). Was told that prices went up 'that day' when asked why so much more. After talking to the person who came to the house, they were understanding and atleast reduced it down 10%. The COO decided not to honor it and updated the quote up to even more and then took off 10% making it the original amount again. I did not get a call back from COO when I was told by him before he sent me the quote that he would not increase what was agreed to. Well, he did and he also did not return a call until I reported this to the BBB.

I found an online CB ad for free drain cleaning when there is easy access. I called CB to make an appt and I told dispatcher  that when I ran the water in kitchen sink the water backed up in my bathroom shower. I wasn't sure if that was considered easy access and neither did dIspatcher know. She said that the plumber would have to determine that so she said because I saw the ad for free drain cleaning, there would be no charge for plumber coming out to look at drain. The dIspatcher made appt for the following Friday and told me that someone would call me between 8-10 am  on Friday to let me know when plumber would be there. No one called by noon so I called CB and dIspatcher said that they still had me on schedule for appt that day and plumber would be calling me about 45 min before he was coming. About 2 hrs later, CB dispatcher called and said plumbers had bigger jobs then they expected so she would have to reschedule the appt for Saturday. I said that would be fine. The plumber arrived at my house on a Saturday, I showed him the problem that water in kitchen sink backing up into shower. He said that he would have to snake through shower drain but suggested that if he could clear it that I purchase the enzyme drain cleaner that CB sells for $149, which he said I would put in my drains monthly. He said it would really help the pipes running better. I told him if he could clear shower drain, that was something that I would certainly consider if that would help keep my pipes in better condition because my house was an older house. He wanted me to sign paperwork that I approved him snaking the drain and agreed to paying $149 for the enzyme drain cleaner. I told him that I didn't want to commit to anything until I knew the drain was clear. He said he understood and proceeded to drain my shower drain. He then showed me the black stuff that was coming out of drain and said that it showed that the pipes were old and that for sure I would need the enzyme drain cleaner to help save the pipes as long as I could. However, he said that he couldn't clear drain because he hit a part that was hard to get through and said that he needed a longer snake that he didn't have on his truck so he would have to come back Monday. That night I researched info on enzyme drain cleaners and saw that some people said it worked and other people said it did nothing. However, no where did I find enzyme drain cleaners as expensive as $149, most were under $50. I thought well I guess that is CB's way of getting their money's worth for advertising free drain cleaning with easy access.  So on Monday, another CB plumber came to my house, not the same one who came Saturday. The new plumber asked me what my plumbing issue was and I told him that someone else from CB was out on Saturday and said that he needed to reschedule for Monday because he needed a longer snake to clear out my shower drain. He asked me the name of plumber and said he would call him to see what was going on. He went outside to make phone call. I saw him talking to someone for a little over 5 min. He came back in house and said he couldn't get ahold of other plumber but he spoke to the dispatch department. He said he was told that plumber that came out Saturday gave me 3 options for me to choose to sign.  1 was to clear out drain if there was easy access (new plumber said that my drain did not meet that criteria because there were other issues going on with it), the 2nd option was clearing drain and the $149 enzyme drain cleaner, the 3rd option was something for a little over $400 (can't remember exact amount new plumber quoted but I said previous plumber never mentioned that option at all). He said that the $400 option was for looking for the plumbing problem and was the only option that would do me any good because I had a more severe plumbing problem that would not be resolved with using a snake. He also said depending what the problem was, the cost would be a lot more than the $400 after they found out what was causing my plumbing problem. Could be sewer.  I asked why the plumber that came out Saturday didn't tell me that. He said he didn't know why other plumber didn't say anything.  I told him I didn't like playing games and told him that I didn't want their service and sent him on his way. Honestly, I didn't expect their service to be free even though they had an ad for free drain cleaning. The first plumber who came out Saturday should have just told me the truth and not making me think everything would be ok once he got a longer snake to get through the shower drain, which was a lie and he knew it when he left Saturday saying he would be back on Monday.

EDIT: I was contacted the morning after I posted the reviews, and was paid for the ruined bassinet.

Do not waste your time with this unethical unprofessional scam of a business. Not only did they do additional damage in my attic but they ruined my baby's bassinet and are refusing to pay for it. I have them on video admitting to causing additional damage to my home. They left my attic in shambles. If your home warranty company assigns them to you RUN!!! Everyone in that office must be trained to lie to their customers. It's a shame that they feel it's adequate to conduct them themselves in this manner. It took over TWO weeks for them to fix the gigantic hole their tech made in my ceiling and it was only completed then  because I went to the ROC board. Roy the manager is condescending and misogynistic. RUN RUN RUN AWAY.
