Zachary was absolutely amazing! I ended up paying less than he estimated, he did a fantastic job, and did it fast. My dog and I also felt very comfortable around him which is always a great sign. I will be using his services again. I have no seed to seek anyone else out.

After getting quotes for a new water heater that seemed too outrageous, I was pleasantly surprised to find The Plumber. Very affordable, didn't try to sell me things I do not need and he was very professional. Did the work really quickly and sent me an electronic copy of my invoice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Shaquille,
Let's be accurate. You booked me for Monday 1000. I called your technician at about 0800 to confirm he was coming at 1000. He told me that he had been sent to Rio Rancho and would be back about 12:00 noon. I called another plumber at 0930 and then called you to cancel with Whitehorse. You did not or could not get to my house for a 1000 appointment on Monday.

We called desperately needing our heater repaired and they came out the same day, which was something as it is a very busy time of year. They were professional and repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Good job!!!

You can't go wrong with MMA Mechanical. Frank was prompt in responding and professional. The motor on our swamp cooler went out and he sympathized with us in this unbearable heat, quickly coming to the rescue. It's hard nowadays to find a knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable company so I'm writing this review to help others when looking for a good local company to turn to. Give them a call at (505) 985-9735. Thanks, Frank! We appreciate it.

Good service and good communication. But. They are $136/hr. Most plumbers are much cheaper. My advice is shop around if money is an issue

TLC converted our heating and cooling from a swamp cooler to a new furnace and refrigerated air system. They sent skilled professionals Cliff, Jonathan and Diego who performed the conversion in a short time with great results.

Dealing with D & J has been a frustrating fiasco. Poor communication, two cancellations by them, and I am still waiting for them to do work!
I purchased a water heater and installation through the local Lowe's, and D & J is their plumbing contractor. D & J and I scheduled a water heater installation for Tues, Feb 19th to start sometime between 8am and 12 pm. We couldn't get them to narrow that window, so my wife cleared her whole day to be safe (I work during that day). The 19th rolls around and it snows a little. They call me saying they need to reschedule due to there being too much snow on the ground. All the snow on the roads melted and the roads were drying off when I talked to them at 1 pm. I told them to call my wife for any scheduling or other communication because I cannot be around my phone during the day due to my work. I gave them my wife's number, they call her, and they schedule for Fri Feb 22nd sometime between 3pm and 5pm (the earliest they could come out).
Today is the 22nd, I get off work at 3 pm to find my phone with some voicemails from D & J asking me when to come over that day to install the water heater. They talked to my wife and scheduled a specific time period a few days earlier. Confused, I call my wife. Nobody from D & J called her all day. I call the D & J office, phone rings then goes to voicemail. I leave a message asking to call me back. After 30 minutes (and no call back), I call again and get someone this time. The D & J person told me that they have to reschedule because nobody could get a hold of me. I said my wife should have been called, she says they don't have her number nor is there no note to call her instead of me (even though they did just that earlier in the week). Frustrated, I reschedule for first thing in the morning Mon Feb 24 (apparently a start between 8am-12pm is first thing in the morning) and I tell the D & J person that I will take off work, stay at home and have my phone on me all day so there shouldn't be any issue with getting a hold of anyone for a water heater install! I then tell work I need to take off that day (and use vacation time) and reschedule my pets' vet appointment that was supposed to happen that afternoon.
Hopefully I will update this with a successful install of a water heater!

We hired them to do a cleanout and scope of the pipes at a house we were buying to make sure the pipes were ok and no issues before we purchased the house. They said they didn't find anything and it was ok. Two weeks after moving in the house we woke up to sewer spewing out under the house and over 6 feet long cracks on multiple pipes. We called them hoping they would at least come help and was told they couldn't come for two weeks despite this being an emergency and their lack of finding these cracks when we hired them. We asked for some remedy or refund since they missed these issues big time and got no response from them after numerous attempts via phone and emails to
The owner. Mistakes are made I understand but I would have expected them to cover us and not leave us hanging. They took no responsibility and not a company I would do business with ever again.

After paying $850 last week to have my AC fixed and having this company come back out because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time I was called a cheap customer for disputing an additional $875 bill. The person I was talking to claimed to be the owner and was the person who told me I was a cheap customer and refused to give me his name. The owner told me if I wanted his name that I could drive down to get his name in person. This is not a company I would recommend. Please don't make the mistake I did and use this company.
