Mark and a crew member came to my house the day after the snowstorm last week. They were on time, Mark  listened to me describe the problem, and then they fixed it. Everything was cleaned up and put away, and Mark also corrected a mistake I made on the check I wrote for the service.( I went $100 high from not wearing my hearing aids.)
I was so pleased with the service, the politeness, and the honesty. I will certainly call Central Plumbing the next time I need a plumber. Thank you, Mark.

It's really very refreshing to find a company that really cares about my home & treated it like it was their own. I found the owner & his staff to be very honest & up front with me regarding my heating/cooling system.  They were  prompt & at my home at the scheduled appointment time.  

The owner, went up in the attic & looked over the vents & tubing.  Took photos so he could show me what was causing my lack of heating & cooling to rooms.  When he finished his inspection, we sat down to reviewed the photos he had taken & to discuss the issues.  The home builders used flexible ventilation in my home & it was just left laying on the floor of the attic & some of the vent material was either kinked or a hole worn in it due to the improper installation by the builder.  

Let me tell, I had other companies come out to inspect issue prior to finding Ortega Mechanical & the other companies were telling me, I needed to replace my whole system & have all new venting done.  The quotes from the other companies were thousands of dollars.  

I am so thankful I found Ortega Mechanical.  The repairs have been completed on my home.  The rooms plenty of air flow out of the vents now & I didn't need to have my whole furnace/HVAC replaced.  Nor did it cost me thousands of dollars.

Do yourself a favor..if you have any heating or plumbing issues, give this company a call.  I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

My realtor referred UP to me, after I was presented with a list of minor repairs, but needing a licensed contractor. Other companies were not interested in a small job and getting it done fast was the issue. Great coordination and communication by Donna in the office and Craig, the plumber, made small miracles happen for me. Too bad I found this company after moving out of town. I can highly recommend them with the experience I had.

I would not recommend this company. I called them to check a leak I had coming from my furnace and they told me everything was okay and that there was absolutely no leak. I continued to smell gas coming into my vents so I called Affordable Services for a second opinion and they immediately detected the gas leak coming from my furnace.

I went into Kenco last week to see if they had specialty parts for my Eljer toilet. I was immediately verbally attacked and belittled by the worker at the counter and he refused to answer any of my parts inquiries - he would only respond with questions as to my ability to do any toilet repair on my own. Even after letting him know as politely as possible that he was being belligerent and completely unhelpful, he continued to verbally accost me and would not answer my questions. When I decided that an anger outburst on my part would do nothing towards getting any help from this ignorant ass (and I would simply take my business elsewhere), he told me that was a good idea (?!). I do not know whether my treatment was doe to my being a woman or that I did not go to get plumbing supplies in my best business attire, but I will say that I would rather order online and wait for shipping than to give any business to this company - - and if ever asked, I will let everyone else know this as well. Buying local isn't worth it if you have to deal with mistreatment as a customer.

Amazing workers and company! My property management/landlord uses Precision Service whenever we have a cooling/heating/plumbing problem at our apartment and every time they've come to our apartment to fix/work on something, they are always friendly and quick. Our swamp cooler went out and they were here within 24 hours and replaced the pump in like 10 mins. Zack is the best! He is so friendly and professional and helpful! So blessed and satisfied that P.S Properties uses Precision Services! Thank you so much for your guys work! Oh and the receptionist I spoke with (I believe her name is Britney) is so nice and scheduled me an appointment same day!

They were 2.5 hours late to pump my septic tank because the driver said they double booked him. Made me miss a doctor's appointment because I told the driver I had to leave in 30 minutes, but he blocked my garage so I couldn't move my car. They didn't send my credit card receipt by email like promised. I had to call a week after they charged my credit card to demand the receipt. Twice I asked to have the manager call me, but she never did. Today she hung up on me. Have always used American Pumping Service but they have lost their will to offer good customer service. They dropped the ball from beginning to end. Be very wary of any response from them to my review.

I called on Sunday morning 2/29/23 because I had a clogged bathroom drain. My information was give to the answering service for a call back. Today is Tuesday and no one ever called me regarding my situation. I am very disappointed with the service.

I would not recommend using these guys.  I hired them to do HVAC work on my house and paid then a big down payment.  Weeks after giving me the run around about not being able to find supplies I went to Homedepot and purchased the supplies and had another plumber do the work.  He threatened me and told me I did not know who I was dealing with.  He will not return my money and is dodging my attempt to file a civil lawsuit.  DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Won't be using them ever again. They started a job and then LEFT after they discovered it would be more work than they anticipated. I paid for what they had done so far and they promised to return but never did, leaving cooler wires on the roof and a temporary fix in place to make the cooler run but wiring was incorrect. Go elsewhere.
