Again, I am using the services of JP Plumbery to replace a tank water heater, fearing the old one was on its last leg.  The unit is located in a utility closet in the center of the house.  Mark and Max took the many extra steps to protect the flooring and walls, draining the old tank and replacing some of the older valves and gas lines.  The new tank was expertly installed and was easily fit into the tight quarters.  The whole job was flawless, and when they left, there was no evidence of any work taking place, other than the new, modern equipment in place and operating as planned.

I wrote an earlier review but can't find it, so I am adding to this review.  I was familiar with JP Plumbery's excellent work with an addition and kitchen remodel, working through my general contractor.  So when it came time to replace an old tank water heater with a tankless unit (getting set for an ac/furnace/heat pump replacement and ERV installation, so space was an issue), I did not hesitate to call JP Plumbery.  Mike and Javier worked through the heat and 40 year old construction to install a Navien tankless unit as well as replacing the old gas lines running on the roof.  The work was difficult (and hot), but needless to say the quality of work was excellent, and the unit operates flawlessly.  The inspector was quite pleased with the work.

Jones mechanical has taken care of several urgent calls at an apartment I own. He they have responded quickly and are great with my tenets. Also, I trust them to show up when they say they will which is important when tenants expect a quick response.
They also ran a new gas line for me and I greatly appreciate that Scott was very clear about code requirements and told me that he would not do the job the way another plumber said he would do it to save me money. Ironically, Scott's price was the same as the bargain plumber and my job was done right.

I managed an apartment community and was referred to Charles. I have nothing but good things to say about Charles. They are reasonable with their prices and get the job done right the first time. I definitely recommend for both HVAC and plumbing needs.

Great service.  Sky came immediately to my office complex to help fix a leak on a hot water heater. The issue was fixed and my tenants were back to doing business in no time. Kindest most trust worthy person to do business with.

I had an ancient boiler for baseboard heat & domestic hot water heater. Both at least 27 years old, really!
Before catastrophic failure, I requested 4 bids from HVAC plumbers. Of the four , 3 submitted bids;  1 suspiciously low & 1 really high & one in the expected range. Only Baker Plumbing sent the actual plumber to do the bid. That is Steven Baker himself. He arrived at the time agreed upon, asked the right questions & got an itemized bid back in 1 day. Work started on time and finished when anticipated. He came in on target with no overcharges. He explained fully & helped getting tech info for custom settings.

Steven Baker plumbing is highly recommended.

We have used this company twice, once for a clogged drain and another time for a toilet replacement. Both times they were quick to respond and charged a fair price for the work. I definitely would recommend you give them a try.

Well didn't think I'd be changing my mind this fast, but the sink is still leaking, albeit much more slowly. I called Rocketman back to see what they could do and they told me they'd charge another $160 to come back out and try again. That seems pretty unfair so I'm going to try somewhere else this time.

I have used several plumbers over the past 30 years and Simmons is the best! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always give you options. They are honest and dependable. They have never let me down.And check this out-when other plumbers run into old houses and cannot handle the job-THEY call Simmons too.

We use DrainWorks for our personal home and a rental property as well. They are always timely and extremely professional. After using DrainWorks I wouldn't use anyone else!!

Tim has unfortunately been out to my house in Edgewood twice now.  Once for a leaky outdoor faucet that had to be replaced and today for the water from my washing machine backing up and onto my floor.  Tim is professional and dependable and does a great job, highly recommend! A++

Strongly advise not using. Was hired by my elderly mother to repair sprinkler valves. Was told she had to buy 5 sprinkler valves to fix seemingly blocked valves. Charged $776 and wanted cash. The problem did not go away and it turns out he either did not replace them or replaced them with other old sprinklers. She asked him to come back a MONTH later and he said more had to be replaced, the ones he installed must have worn down again. He re-replaced one.  (The original sprinklers had run for two decades without 'wearing down'.) They never worked. We called again but he did not come back.

The issue turned out to be old diaphragms. Which another business correctly diagnosed and fixed. This is a definite ripoff artist preying on elders.

left us with a broken unit in 97 degree weather for a week and then scheduled us out a week later. Ridiculous seems like this would have fallen under top priority/emergency not to them obviously. So disappointing especially moving here and then dealing with companies like these. Your hopes is to have something fixed when its an emergency but if you go with this company or a couple others don't count on it.

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed  eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing  flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless,  Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.

If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

Terrible rude never retuned calls. Would not recommend. Didn't clean up after job. Don't hire

I had American Leak Detection do a helium test in January 2019 through my Rental House Management Company for a gas leak.  When the plumbers came to fix the leak, they said the test was useless and then determined the correct cause of the leak along with fixing it.
After this happened, one of the American Leak employees informed a manager of the non-performance so that this bill could be waived, but the manager not only insisted this bill be paid, but was going to impose late fees if it was not paid shortly after the conversation.
I will never (nor does my management company plan to) use American Leak again - non-performance along with being expensive.
