Four Winds Mechanical HTC/AC, Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran-owned small business providing HVAC and general construction services to customers throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We are fully experienced in residential and commercial construction.

HISTORY

Established in 1997.
Founded by Joseph and John Armijo, Four Winds Mechanical takes its name from the Four Winds Messengers, a Native American legend of spirit beings placed at the four corners of Earth to keep watchful eyes on the four seasons of the year.Like the legendary Messengers, we at Four Winds Mechanical are committed to protecting your home or business throughout every New Mexico season.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Lynn Armijo has 16 years of professional experience in the HVAC business, and is the third generation of Armijos to work in the industry. After serving as foreman under Four Winds' founder Joseph Armijo, she assumed leadership of the company when he retired in 2013.
Ms. Armijo coordinates daily operations, trains technicians and works in the field with them to perform installations.
She was in the Air National Guard for twelve years, prior to assuming ownership of the company. She retired with an honorable discharge, in addition to a number of awards.

Ms. Armijo holds the following professional licenses: MM98, EE98, GB98, EE98J, JSM, JR, JG, JPF, BO2, EPA, Backflow Preventer Certified.

I worked with Adrian from Four Winds on replacing two water heaters and upgrading them to comply with code. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He quickly identified exactly what materials he would need, obtained the materials and got the work installed and completed without any false starts, missed materials or corrections.

He was in and out and done, kept the work clean and even offered suggestions regarding future issues that might arise and how to deal with them.

It is so hard to find a good contractor for anything especially anything home related. You never know who you can trust and if the finish result and support will be what you need. Lynn and teh crew from the company are top notch and the best. The crew is professional, polite, and respectful and the owner is very reachable, responsive, and communicative. They are solid professionals who know their stuff inside and out. Give them a try if you need their services.

Lynn is an excellent knowledgeable pro !! Having been referred by a good friend, I called Four Winds Mechanical for a 2nd Home Inspection on a house I was considering buying. I have since called them on several occasions for my own home, as well as for my sister's home. Evan has come out on multiple calls and is great ! Charles is also fantastic. They have also referred me to other companies for the work they don't do themselves and I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with everyone I come into contact with related to this company ! I'm so relieved to have found expert professionals for my HVAC needs and beyond !!!
