They helped us a lot during the time our air conditioning broke down. The great thing about this company is that the owners danial and michelle both are at installation of system and office doing the job. They always have been here us. I would highly recommend them. They stand by their work.

I DO NOT recommend these ppl. I'm not sure if the great online reviews were written by family members or employees or what. The reviews are the reason I decided to call them. But they really are bad business.
I was told the $95 'tune-up' fee included a new furnace filter, but when the tech came down off my roof (sans a toolbox) he said mine did not require a replacement & Besides that's another $15..... (although its been 3-yrs)
I called later to complain, saying the tech was there maybe 10min. She read off the ticket all the tech supposedly did & he did none of those, he actually told me it needed no work or 'tune' up..but did suggest getting a CO monitor...thanks
I was also disturbed about them phoning me at 2:50 as i left work stating the tech was already there & he couldn't be expected to wait?!?!?! I had booked for 3-5 slot, took 2hrs off work & had to talk to 3ppl, insisting they wait until 3:15, I've never driven that fast & think its ludicrous. The only reason they agreed was because I said 3 ppl i knew at my place of employment would use their svcs if they turned out well....

So, in all fairness, I felt I should inform of the latest...increase from one star to two stars since they came back to make right what the previous technician didnt do...the new tech even said this is the fourth job or so he's had to go out & make right...So, new filter w/removal of other 2(?) which he left for me as proof it was done..cleaned the burner heads & removed all debris (fire hazard) plus other things....

When the boiler in our new home went out we searched for a reputable business to trouble shoot the problem, estimate the work and cost to fix it and do the repair.  
Daniels sent Max out to do all three.  I was very impressed with the professionalism Max has toward his job, his company and my home.  
Max worked with his boss to get the best price, accurately diagnose the problem and then work with me scheduling his repair.  The job that was done is very good.  The old boiler came out, the area was cleaned and prepared for the new boiler and the mess and old boiler was hauled off.  This was an expensive repair and I shopped around for the contractor to do the job.  I feel that I got the best repair and a very competitive price for  the installation of a top of the line boiler.  They did not skimp on the boiler, the work or the parts.  
Highly recommend Daniels and will continue to use them for work at my house.

My furnace was red tagged by the gas company for a gas leak.   I started looking. For a company to fix it. I called about 8 companies. I was told not available until after Xmas and New Years by all but Daniels. Daniels stated they had a tech just become available.  Elias arrived about an hour later made the necessary repair.  My family had a working heater which was needed with the weather the way it is.  Thank you to Daniels. Great job

Ramon of Daniels did a wonderful job of diagnosing and repairing my aging HVAC unit. He was polite and professional throughout the process. He showed me photos of what was wrong with my unit (the unit is on the roof) and he clearly explained what needed to be done and why. The price was reasonable for the work performed. I have been a member of Club Daniels for approximately ten years, and I have always been happy with their service and their technicians. This is a highly professional company that does quality work. I highly recommend Daniels for anything HVAC related.

Terrible customer service.  They are great at selling and installing your system ($24000 worth for two AC systems), but after that, when warranty repairs are needed, it takes at least  week for them to come out, sometimes longer.  I end up having to call one of their competitors to come out and fix their problem rather than wait without  system for long durations.

I have used Daniels services several times over the last 3 years or so, and always been well satisfied with their work.  On 4/18/23 I was told the PC Board had to be replaced on my tankless water heater, an expensive repair due to the cost of the board.  The board was still under warranty, but Daniels gave me a fixed price without regard to any warranty.  I was told that a warranty claim was my responsibility.  After a month of repeated phone calls and emails, both to Daniels and Rinnai, and several fruitless warranty claims, I learned that Rinnai had immediately honored the warranty, and sent the part to Daniels free of charge.  Appeals to Daniels for a refund have been denied.  They have lost a customer.

We had a Vermont Castings gas fireplace that was very inconsistent, operated poorly, and finally operated not at all. We tried numerous DIY parts replacements and repair services-- nothing did the trick until we called Daniels. The repairman Chris worked VERY hard to diagnose the problem. And thankfully we have a fully functioning fireplace now. Thank you Daniels HVAC!!

Installed a filter box in cold air return.  Punctual, neat, good service.  The tech forgot to reinstall a shelf that he took down to get to side of cold air return, but it was easily reinstalled after he left.  Daniels may be a bit pricey, but their staff knows what they are doing.  Have used them before; will again

I have used Daniels for the past 2 years and I love their work. I had tried another vendor last year and they tried to con me out of a lot of money for some magic fluid that would fix my hot A/C. I called Daniels last year and the person told me the truth about what was wrong with my A/C (low refrigerant, possible leak). He quoted me prices to do leak repairs and left without pressuring me to sign up for the repairs. I opted to not do the leak repairs and see how the A/C behaved. Well, this year -- my A/C was hot again (would only 'cool' to 78 deg and run for hours). Chris from Daniels came by early on the appointment day and did a thorough job of looking at the inside and outside units (my evaporative coils are in the crawl space in the hottest place in the house -- the attic area). He refilled the refrigerant and gave me a quote for doing the leak repair.  The price was in-line with last year's and I will definitely have this leak repaired. Chris was very polite and answered all of my questions and there was no pressure to sign up for more work or repairs.

I had to have service on my rental property's gas fireplace. At first they told me I would need to wait a week. But the next day they called and said they had a cancellation and could get me in right away. The tech was professional and worked quickly. Unfortunately I had a broken pilot assembly so this cost me more than I was hoping it would, but the job was done well and Chris cleaned up the glass and checked to make sure there was no carbon monoxide leak after he was finished. Overall, a great experience.

I really just need to give a big shout out to the technician Estevan Chavez that came to my home to give me an estimate, and to repair my nonfunctional swamp cooler. He was quite unknowingly thrown into the middle of an issue that would make most run and hide, but he remained kind and patient, making sure I was completely informed of all of the problems he encountered/discovered. At over a 1200.00 cost savings from a local competitor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are my new go to guy!

I had an appointment 8/15/18, Tyler was the tech, diagnosed problem and said he'd write up an estimate and send to me, as of today I have not heard anything from company. I've called several times to see what the hold up is and I get the same response, they'll pass on the message. I txt Tyler, no answer from him. My problem is something that needs fixing immediately and I can't even get a call back. So, I guess I'll have to have another company come out, charge me for visit and hopefully I'll get the work done. This company must doing very well and not need the business. Definitely will not recommend to anyone. I went to this company because I heard good things about them, I'm not impressed.

Our AC unit's motor died Saturday evening. We decided to call Daniel's since they are open 24 hours and had decent reviews. However since it was after business hours, the fee just to have them come out would've been $300 so we ended up having them come out the next day during normal business hours. They gave us a time frame of 1-5pm but our tech Carlos didn't show up till closer to 5pm but he did call us in advance and let us know he was running behind which we appreciated. After Carlos did the diagnosis and drafted the work order/invoice he let us know that the office would call us the next day (they were already closed when he finished up) to get us scheduled. The next day (Tues) we ended up calling the office first so we could get scheduled asap. They let us know they wouldn't be able to get us in until the next Thursday which we were not happy with since the inside of the house was reaching 90 degrees easily. We pushed back and they were able to get us in on the same week (Fri).  We were relieved we didn't have to wait an additional 9 days to get our AC back in working order. Carlos was easy to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable!

They added a new installation on my outdoor faucet to connect to my swamp cooler-then just took off without telling me how to use it with my garden hose and etc.  It completely messed with my water pressure and now it does not work.

Overpriced.  Quoted price and when it was more and one job wasn't completed.  First said it was the flapper on the toilet and then said the toilet needed replacing.  Maybe should have looked at it in more detail and said that from the beginning.  Definitely wouldn't use them again.

We needed our furnace filter cleaned. The furnace is located in our attic with difficult access. You have to crawl on your hands and knees across some boards from one side of the attic to the other. In any event, our technicians, Charles and Robert took care of everything in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Charles even took pictures for me so I could see where the filter actually was located in the furnace. They were both courteous and professional. We will definitely use Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for any future needs. Thank you for hiring employees of the caliber of Charles and Robert.

This is the outfit to call IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR HEATING SYSTEM FIXED.  We have a geothermal radiant floor heating system in our home in Placitas, NM.  The radiant loop had air in it that needed to be purged.
Also, two years ago, Daniel replaced the compressor in one of the system's heat pumps.  Over that period, the refrigerant in the heat pump leaked out and the heat pump stopped working.  We called Daniel to purge the radiant loop and to find and fix the leak and refill the heat pump with refrigerant.  Daniel charged us over $2500, and, to date,  neither issue has been fixed.

$69 trip charge which I was expecting to look at my fireplace (it wouldn't light) but then they charged me another 75 to 'light the pilot'. The only thing wrong with it was the damper wasn't all the way open. So I ended up paying 2x as much for 15 mins of work and no parts. They should say upfront that the trip charge is 156 (with tax). I'd give 1 star but they did make the fireplace work.

We just had Daniels install a combination heater/AC on our roof. I liked everything about the company: the discussion about options; the negotiations; the planning; the install; and the follow-up. Everyone, from the boss to the workmen to the office people were pleasant, fun, and helpful. I have been pleased with the service I have had with a couple of other companies, but for heating/cooling, I have to recommend Daniels.

Daniel's heating and cooling installers Jason and Kyle did an excellent job. They installed  new heating system and removed the old furnace.

Jason explained how to operate and adjust my new T6Honeywell system.

They are very knowledgeable,  honest, kind, and compassionate. I will definitely use Daniel heating and cooling again.

Called and asked for someone to come out for a free estimate to replace my leaking system (leak identified previously by Signature) and supposedly by how I worded it... They end up charging me a service call. Got my scheduling wrong twice, and wouldn't change this $75 service call to a free estimate, as I already know what's wrong and need a replacement. I'm considering a $15,000 new HVAC system, yet they wouldn't eat their mistake of $75. Ignorant. Never use this company. Worthless. I couldn't imagine having service issues and having to deal with these batch of idiots anymore than one.

I am once again very impressed  with  Daniels office staff & Tech.    Have used them for several years.  They are so helpful, asking what all my needs are, explaining  procedures & costs.            Tech. Max came on time.  Very  respectful & knowledgeable.   He was very courteous  & took time to explain  charges & answered  questions.  Max checked & diagnosed  toilet problem quickly - fixed it & before leaving,  rechecked,  making sure it run correctly.    Winterized  swamp cooler with no problems.  He then checked to see how  roof vent was allowing rain  to enter into kitchen.  He figured out the best  correction & secured the vent.  Max did all in a timely manner,   Before leaving, he cleaned up all areas & disposed all in the trash bin.    Great service.  I have already recommended Daniels to family & friends.     Thank you.     Bobbie.

We recently had a boiler replaced and I dealt with several of the professionals at Daniel's in the process. All were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and hard-working (including staying until 8:30 pm to get the job done). They followed up after the job was finished (and paid for) to make sure I was happy and did some final touch-ups. I would definitely call them again and have a high degree of confidence in the firm.

I had my gas fireplace serviced today and I want to commend Patrick for his outstanding professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.  He spent hours cleaning every part of my fireplace, even going as far as to use a precision tool to clean every single heat emission hole.  He cleaned every nook and cranny, including removal of the glass on all sides of the fireplace and thoroughly cleaned them.  He arrived earlier than my scheduled service, which enabled him to get an early start, which I really appreciated. He pointed out potential problem areas that I will address at a later date.  Before he reassembled my fireplace, he vacuumed every piece and cleaned up the floor around the fireplace.  My fireplace looks brand new and is functioning better than when we first purchased our home. Patrick is an outstanding service technician and I will definitely request him by name in the future.  Thank you for sending me your best.

Grateful is an understatement re: heating repair service I got from Daniel at Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Condition! Imagine coming back home middle of the night after an away trip to find that the home was freezing cold in the 30s because the mini-split units were suddenly were no longer working and emitting any heat. The morning and a few hours after settling back at home, I was determined to find any repair services that had any availability to come take a look at mini-split units that went down who knew when and how long it had been down. After calling 10+ contractors who told me they either did not do the work I needed, did not have same day service availability or even had availability a few weeks out, I finally hit a jackpot with Daniels Plumbing, Heating and AC.

My experience with Daniel (the assigned HVAC tech to my home) at Daniels Plumbing, Heating and AC had been very positive from the start to finish. The call operator was able to help assign me to a technician who would be able to come out the same day in the afternoon/evening. I was pretty nervous about getting ghosted with technician not showing up because the 4-hour timeslot was 1-5pm and if they decided not to show up, it would have been a real issue for me with the weather slated to plummet to low 20s and with absolutely no heat at home and no certainty when a person could fix, let alone diagnose the problem my minisplit had.

But, everything was solved when Daniel called to let me know he was on the way to my home within the promised time window. When Daniel arrived, he asked me a few questions and to show him the problems and all the inside/outside units I had at home..and promptly got to work. Within 30 min of him arriving, Daniel was able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue for me...and tada, the heat function for my minisplits were working again and warming up my home.

I also felt grateful that the business was not only quick, reliable but also honest and had high integrity. Daniel did not overcharge me once he identified the issue with my minisplit units. He also was prompt and informative in his gameplan on how he approached diagnosing and fixing the problem. I was very grateful (and pleasantly surprise to have heat available at home in no time) for his help and the honesty+integrity  he demonstrated throughout my interaction with him. Because of this, I would likely use their services again in the future if I have any HVAC issues.

We have worked with Daniels Plumbing and Heating for about 4 years. We scheduled a maintenance and installation visit a year ago to install a hard start, coil flush (both their recommendation) and seasonal maintenance. Last year, the technician quoted both extra service items to be around 200.00.  We double checked with customer service before this visit and made it clear that our retirement income/budget was limited and if we had to drop one of the services, we would schedule it next time.  We stated our budget was $300-350.00 tops. When the technician came, we asked him to verify the costs before he started any work.  Thank goodness we did! He quoted us $650.00 plus tax! We asked him to explain the work and increased prices. He explained but admitted he could not do maintenance today because it was too cold outside but he needed us to buy the service agreement today anyway. The agreement was priced at 383.00, the additional services they quoted us was now: hard start kit 150.00, coil flush 116.00.  $383.00 was out of line.  We lived in Dallas, and a yearly maintenance was 200.00. We explained we couldn't afford them. We won't be doing business with Daniel's especially if they can't be upfront before trying to hand us a 650.00+ bill.

I have a broken yard line at the worst time of year. Fabian and the Staff at Daniel's could not have been more responsive.  They got right over and started working on the repair. The price is great! Other places wanted to overcharge because of holiday season, time and need. Daniel's was completely understanding to our situation. I would recommend them to anyone of my family and friends.

Recently used them to remove a swamp cooler and install refrigerated air.  Before I went with them I looked them up on BBB, and found they were highly rated with no formal complaints.  They were professional, punctual, and my sales guy was always responsive.  I ended up paying slightly more than I wanted to, but they covered disassembly and removal of my swamp cooler, and cleaned the air ducts throughout the house for free, which needed to be done after years of swamp cooler abuse.  I'd use them again if I needed to.

Just called to inquire about duct inspection services and I had several questions that the person who answered the phone could not answer and when I asked if a technician could call me back to answer my questions I was told NO. I would NOT recommend paying the quoted price of $185/hr without fully understanding the scope and limitations of the work to be performed.

Daniels did a lot of work for me, to the tune of about $10,000. I met and spoke to many of their staff; everyone was polite, respectful, and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do, and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that?!  I would name them by name but I can't remember everyone's name so I will just say that they were outstanding. Glad to support a local family owned business!

Beware. This company is not honest. I had been using them for several years to service our HVAC system. At first, they seemed honest (ie came out and serviced the unit for a fair price). Then, they gave me a new tech (Charles), he seemed to find a lot of problems. He tried to sell me a new system even after writing up that our current system was in good working order. Then, he tried to get us to have an 800 dollar clean out. Since this did not seem necessary, I decided to get a second opinion from another company. When I had marathon mechanical services come out, they confirmed my suspicion that my system was fine. We are in the process of selling our home. Unfortunately, a potential home buyer contacted Daniels to do our inspection. Guess who they sent? Charles. He told them our system was on its last leg and going to die at any time. This resulted in two additional companies coming out and confirming our system is in good working order. So, beware. They are out to find problems that don't exist.

As a single female I'm always wary of hiring service people, they all think I'm stupid and know nothing about anything.  I read reviews and did a lot of research before deciding on Daniels.  Needed a lot done, new water heater, softener, whole house filter, new kitchen sink install and R/O system under the sink.
Max came out to the house, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.  He arrived promptly on install days, (took 2) and was very polite and efficient. He wouldn't leave until he was sure there were no leaks and that everything worked perfectly.  Left the garage just as clean as when he started.  His work ethic was exemplary!
I'll be needing a new furnace in the next couple years and I know who I'll be calling.

Ken is an excellent technician who was not only able to diagnose the problem effectively but also remained committed until a solution was completed especially on one of the worst snowy days. We had a drain emergency on a Friday while company was staying with us.  I called Daniels and they put me on the schedule for that afternoon, and they were here very promptly.  The two servicemen introduced themselves and were super friendly.  I showed them where the cleanout was and they had things cleaned out and flowing in minutes.  They honored a special they had posted on their webpage and there were no hidden fees or upsells.  It was the PERFECT service call!  Friendly, couteous, competant.  After some less-than-ideal experiences with at least two other companies in the past, I am happy to highly recommend Daniels!

We have used a few times and two out of there times they have been fine. The workers have been on time and polite. The reason for the two stars is that the last time he forgot to remove the damper. Long story short, we had to do it ourselves and there was only a 10% discount for their mistake.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. We scheduled the appointment to finish the install of a ductless AC a week ago. It was explained to the service dept. that all we needed was the copper hooked up and the lines flushed and leak checked. The person on the phone advised that they could do it but that they couldn't guarantee the work because they didn't do the installation. (ok fine, but what do you do when you service a preexisting swamp cooler/AC/whatever) We agreed to that. They booked us for a two hour window at $95 an hour. The guy was 45 minutes late. I gave him the copper and he came back to say that he needed to get a part. The next thing I know, I'm speaking to a rep at the company that advised me that they would have to charge us $1695.00 to complete the work. WHAT? The job would literally not take more than an hour, the only reason we cannot do it ourselves is a lack of tools. The person on the phone told me that they were just going to 'wash their hands of this without giving me a valid reason as to why they would charge that much to finish a simple fix. Then she started telling me that they never agreed to do it as described and that we only scheduled a diagnostic at $65.00 which they were graciously not going to charge. My boyfriend spoke to the technician after he looked at the job and they both agreed it would be about an hours worth of work. I am not sure what the issue was. The tech was perfectly nice. He said no problem. Then we were told it would cost more that the actual unit to fix after we did all of the work. Totally inappropriate. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting for a call back from the service manager, as well.

We paid them to come out and open the swamp cooler for the year.  Not only did they leave an utter mess, they charged us for parts that weren't bad and still didn't fix it.  They then said the belt was back order and took another two weeks to come back out. I took off the afternoon because I was told between 12-2.  They called my wife early and she had to run home to meet him.  He was rude, and complained about cleaning the mess up he made.  After completing the repair, he didn't even come in to check if it worked.  They used to do everything for us with the fireplace and swamp cooler.  Never again.

Had two gas fireplaces that hadn't been used in a few years. Not knowing how to properly turn on gas/pilot light, I searched for technicians for gas and Daniel's came up.
Made appointment and was repeatedly reminded of $69 service call fee.
Tech came and immediately said logs were old and gave me brochure and quote of $1200. Then showed/explained steps for operation on downstairs fp.
Said box was old and would need to replacer $700, needed cleaning 200+ which was sweeping and replacing logs. Declined due to cost.
Upstairs fp was a different type of unit, and once again went through steps and it lit.
Upon leaving he laughed at our heater thermostat, took a picture and said he had to show the guys because it was so old.
After he left I was curious and went through his steps for down fp, and as it took time for the gas to come through the line, it lit and pilot stayed on.
I know items will need to be upgraded in future, but will NOT go through Daniel's as I question integrity of repairs not needed.
2 stars because he showed me what I called them out to do.

Awful customer service and customer retention... after purchasing a $2000 water heater installation, and finding our heater wouldn't heat ( hot water valve issue) when we called Daniels for a callback to check the settings and check the heater valve, we were quoted a three week delay. This after being loyal customers for six years... and requesting a quality callback on the issue.
No apologies, no effort to make it right or even address a quality issue.
These people only want the quick buck and don't give a damn about their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I do not recommend using them at all! We had noticed in may 2021 that our ac was not getting cold so we had called them on may 20 2021 they couldn't come put until June 10th. When they came out I was ready to leave work whenever I received the phone call but it never happend. They had shown up and called my husband and he didn't receive it until after they left. We have an 8 month old baby and the next soonest they could come out was July 7th 2021. Our house has been getting up to 90 degrees everyday! So we called someone else out to fix it because we couldn't wait another month. They looked at it and all the wiring was wired wrong. The wiring to the ac burned and almost burned down our house. Even the heater was wired wrong. When we had called they said it was our fault and they weren't going to do anything for us. If they came out to fix it we'd have to pay. With the warranty we were supposed to get 2 free visit checks for the summer change and winter change to make sure it was running properly. They never came out for the winter change or the summer change until we called them when we noticed there was something wrong with the AC. We now have to pay someone else to come out and fix it because I don't trust them to do it right because they risked the lives of my family because they couldn't do their job right and wouldn't even help us after. The manager we talked to was very rude and just kept saying it was our fault when they are the ones who did it. We had 2 electricians come out and look at it and both had a list of things that was wrong with it.

Daniel from Daniel's recently came out to troubleshoot and gave me an estimate on an HVAC repair.  Daniel seemed to be highly competent and efficient, with many years of experience.  He identified the problem and gave me options for repairs.
