Great service. Readily available, prompt, clean, polite and got the job done quickly.

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Nick did a fantastic job on fixing my fireplace. It was out of commission for a few years and I was told that the mercury switch needs to be replaced. I got a quote of $650 for the replacement part, plus $125 / hour for labour from Direct Energy, but no guaranties, may be something else will break in 6 months, who knows. Nick replaced the entire assembly (it's like replacing the engine and transmission, just leaving the body intact) for pretty much the same price, the fireplace works great and should  be good for another 10-15 years. He was fast and very professional and takes pride in his job. He also did a great job in installing all appliances at my daughter's new house (huge fridge, gas stove, dishwasher) and even fixed some stuff that the builder installed incorrectly. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

Every time I call for service, it is usually an urgent situation and my needs are addressed within a very short period of time - immediately, if necessary.

It has reached a point where I don't even ask for an estimate anymore.

I simply call in the location and the tenant's telephone number and a brief description of the problem.  

The problem is remedied and I receive an invoice in the mail a few days later.

Sometimes four or five invoices arrive all at once.

We had to call early one morning after experiencing some septic tank issues. Russ and his son came to clear the septic tank line. It was a quick job, and I paid a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service.

We have hired Jon to help us with plumbing needs over the past few years. He dislodged children's bath toys from our jacuzzi intake, replaced faucets, fixed a fridge water line, and yesterday installed a new toilet. He has always been helpful, responsive, and quick to get us in his schedule.

AAA+ operation!! Jon was a great point man for Gideon and Christian. These guys were early, professional and they knew their stuff. Had a few shut offs added and had an older 2 handle shower setup that was leaking. GREAT JOB on the shut offs and they didn't leave here until we were all SATISFIED that they took care of the leak. I've been using The Plumber for several years now and I can safely say I have had a thoroughly good experience each time. The technicians are dedicated, professional and courteous, and they go above & beyond. Appts. are kept, questions are fully answered, details are looked after.

I know an elderly lady that needs a faucet replaced in a bathroom. They quote 80 for the faucet. The total job cost was 500. Unbelievable. I bought the same faucet for 50 and installed it in 20 minutes. This is a totally dishonest company. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

It is good when a local business responds to a criticism and provides a solution. In my situation the owner of Frank's Mr. Plumber listened to my criticism and offered an acceptable professional mitigation. I would contact and recommend  Frank's Mr. Plumber in the future.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind...  -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!

No heat, no hot water and leaking units are priority calls. Unfortunately, we are not always able to guarantee same day availability. I called this morning to set up an appointment for a furnace tune up. The woman told me there would be someone in the area that afternoon and they would be there between 12 and 5. A five hour window is pretty unreasonable, but I agreed. At 4:45, still not hearing anything, I called and was told I was the next call. 5:20 rolled around and I called back. They were closed! The number sent me through to a call service and I told them that I had had enough and to cancel my service call. Ten minutes later a man called back and said that I was informed that I was the next call and wondered why I cancelled. He also said he could not yet reach his worker because he was in a basement (so obviously not yet finished with the previous customer even at 5:30!). I would love to rate their service, but I waited over 5 hours and they never showed up.  Stay away from this horrible company. Go anywhere but here.

Buyer beware!  Anthony used the pandemic as an excuse to not perform pre-paid landscaping services and lied about fines he could face if he did.  Anthony refused to mow my lawn--which I paid for in advance--and claimed that if he did he could face a $25,000 fine.  Lawn maintenance was considered an essential service during the shutdown for pest control purposes, as evidenced by the fact that everyone else in my neighborhood was having their lawns mowed by professional landscapers.  I requested my money back and hired a more reliable landscaper.  Anthony agreed to pay me back in 3-4 weeks, and it's now been over 2 months and I haven't seen a dime.  I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and he hasn't responded.  The next step is small claims court once it opens.  

On another note, I hired Anthony for snow plow removal and was disappointed.  The work was sloppy, unreliable, and he destroyed my lawn along the apron of the driveway.  I would not hire this company.
