Best Sink Repair in Buffalo NY
I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with. He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote. He returned to do work as promised and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I was really happy with overall service. The installer was very polite and professional. They installed new lines for my gas range and barbecue and while on site also cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace. We moved into a new house which had faulty plumbing. The technician quickly noticed the problem and repaired it properly to code. I highly recommend them and they will be returning in the summer to install our new gas pool heater. Great Job Metro West. Thank You for the great service.

Great, fast, and honest service. A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details. They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

I was in a real jam with frozen pipes at my old house that I rent out. I spoke with Gino Zirpoli on Saturday and he was at the house the next day ( a Sunday night). He was responsive and showed up on time.
He knew exactly what to do to solve the situation, as well as ideas to permanently solve the problem (including inexpensive fixes that he would not benefit from).
Gino seems very trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. He was fair and reasonably priced. It's hard to find a good, reliable contractor, so was relieved to work with Gino.

We have hired Jon to help us with plumbing needs over the past few years. He dislodged children's bath toys from our jacuzzi intake, replaced faucets, fixed a fridge water line, and yesterday installed a new toilet. He has always been helpful, responsive, and quick to get us in his schedule.

I had a small problem with a kitchen sink drain that kept separating from the link pipe that led to the main drain. I also had a slow running utility drain in the basement I wanted them to look at. The repairman was able to come early (Jon called to ask if this was OK) and he knew a simple method to solve the kitchen drain problem.
He then examined the basement sink and drains and gave me a quote. I have a surgery scheduled so I was reluctant to contract for any kind of major work but they are sending me a quote should I choose to do the bigger job. No pressure. No baloney. Honest evaluation.
The kicker is that they did not charge me for the kitchen sink fix which took only a few minutes. Jon the Plumber and his plumber Sean have earned my thanks and respect. This is true neighborhood service and they are #1 on my list of plumbers. Oh they also masked up to protect me from any possible infection that could influence my upcoming surgery. These people rock.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I unfortunately have an insurance program that forced me to go through them. They are impossible to get ahold of. When you call you will get their secretary who just takes messages and lies about Joel being there. I was expecting them to come in the morning so I was just going to go into work later in the day. Of course they never showed up that day and came the NEXT day! I called them over and over again. Then they told me one of their trucks was in an accident and would not be coming out until later on that following day. Complete liars. Awful service. Called the Buffalo water authority on them and they told me that the company is known for these situations. I went without water for 8 days before they were finally able to get it hooked back up...8 days! Joel showed up to my house clearly upset that I had called the water department and came to my door to go on and on about how I am not his only customer. In my line of business, my main goal is to make each client feel like they are my only client. The company clearly needs some core training in the management field. I would suggest the staff be sent to some sort of Dale Carnegie course to teach them proper ways of communicating to customers. It is now about 2 months later and the big pile of dirt is still in the yard. I called them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would be coming that week to pick it up. Never showed up of course. Called them again this week with no answer. This time I called the insurance company and complained and sure enough they called me back then! I am all about taking care of people and my clients and received no help from these guys. I am not sure how they stay in business, but I am serious when I say-avoid them at all costs.

Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy! Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them and we will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We truly got lucky with them.

They have to be the most mis-managed service company in the WNY area. This year alone I called them twice to give estimates and even though both times I accepted their estimate and called them several times to schedule, they never called back and I ended up finding someone else to do the job. First was a water heater replacement and last time was my standby generator. The young man they sent to give the estimate did not know what was wrong and called his supervisor and spent three hours and came up with a laundry list of things that were wrong with the generator. After waiting 2 months for the repairs I called someone else and found out the there is nothing wrong with the generator and that is why it took Z&R service tech 3 hours to make the list of part he should replace. He left the generator in off position so it does not kick in if there was a power failure. So not only they are mis-managed they are incompetent. I would advice people out there to avoid dealing with them.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind... -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!
What are you going to do about this?

Stay far far away! Hired him to remodel our bathroom. He has no idea what he is doing. We took out our tub and turned it into a stand-up shower. Now, when we take a shower our kitchen ceiling leaks. Turns out he installed our shower doors incorrectly. We also cannot open or close the glass doors without them scraping and falling off the tracks. I emailed Delta (who are amazing) they sent me all new parts and here is what they said
It appears that the glass panels are not sitting completely straight and need to be adjusted using the roller brackets. What i'll be doing is shipping a new set that the installer will need to use.
Also, the inner panel appears to be lower than it should be. It looks as if the glass is dragging on the bottom track or extremely close to doing so.
I'm going to send a new full track as well. The installer will need to use both new wall jambs, top and bottom tracks along with the new rollers.
After it all gets reinstalled, things should operate properly. Advise him not to trim the side pieces down but only the top and bottom should be trimmed for length. I also decided to go ahead and send new glass because it could be damaged since it was so close to scraping the bottom track.
He also took a chunk out of my brand new shower base, walked all over my carpet with boots on, caused dust ALL OVER(they didn't cover anything up), scraped my new floor while installing the vanity, and made my hallway their personal workshop for almost two weeks. It took them several tries of putting up my tile and taking it down because they couldn't figure out how to do
Save yourself the money and aggravation and get someone who knows what they are doing. This guy does not!!!
