Best Sewer Installation in Buffalo NY

Larry installed a kitchen faucet for me and did great job.  I had trouble with the new faucet missing parts and worked around me running out to get a replacement.  Happy with the professional job.

Happens once in a while, water backs up into the stationary tub when line gets blocked by roots and whatnot from the house out to the front.  Most recently, Plumb-Rite came out and cleared it.  Snaked in both directions; from the 'cleanout' out to the street, and also back to the house.  We were back online in about an hour.  The guys were great.  We've had them here before, and every time they were prompt, polite, professional.  Would not hesitate to recommend them!

I walked down my basement late on a Saturday evening to find it flooded. I immediately called Mr. Plumber thinking the problem was with the sump pump. Instead of coming to my house and charging me for a house call, they suggested things for me to try first. It turns out that the problem was with the electrical line. They didn't charge me a thing for helping me solve my problem!

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

He really saved the day as other companies were telling us it would be atleast 2 to 3 days before they could come. Will definitely call them again if further work is needed!

So glad I called Quality Plumbing! I was given a 2 1/2 hr range of time they would be here and they were. Did a great job of unclogging my kitchen drain (that had a long run to the other side of my house). They cleaned everything up, were very courteous and professional.
I will use them again should the need arise.

Roofing team is fabulous!  Not so for plumbing and heating.  Had problems with every job they did - they are very slow, if they respond at all to calls for return visit to fix problems in plumbing.  We finally had to hire another firm to complete the project and repair their work.

Gideon was amazing! He responded quickly and was prompt on his arrival. He was very professional, efficient and reasonable. He was very knowledgable and it didn't take him long at all to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend him!

Our first experience with 'The Plumber' was 3 years ago when we had a backup of the storm sewer into our basement. It was a Sunday night and they sent someone right out to clear it. The same thing happened more recently and again they came out promptly. Our latest issue was a clogged sewer line that goes beneath the basement floor. We had nightmare visions of having to dig up the basement floor because the sewer line pipe was rotted. They allayed our fears with an alternative line. Brian did a professional job, is friendly and has a delightful sense of humor. I understand that when people discover they need a plumber they may already be upset but plumbing is a skill that most of us don't possess.

Had a horrible plumbing incident happen and they where able to get someone out right away! The customer service was extremely organized and friendly. They give you an estimated time period which he was there right away. Our plumber - Nick was very knowledgeable and time efficient. Affordable prices and I like how they have a 30 day warranty. I'm glad I chose this company!

Had a bad experience with this company, Called to fix a leak at my stationary tub, They showed up and complained about how busy they were. Said they would be back 8/21/2015, Then called and said they were to busy, could not help us What kind of answer is this, The person that was here called me, not Drain Doctor, I will never call this company again for anything in my life, and I will spread the word. Paid Anthony over $600.00 in advance in November to plow my elderly mother's driveway and he did not show. His voicemail is always full and you will need to call several times to ask him to plow. Anthony did show 4 times last year but it was 6 to 8 hrs after calling him. This company will take your money and then only show when you call several times. I will not use this company again.
