Gideon fixed two leaky valves and a kitchen faucet in my house. He came and gave me an estimate on the day I called, and came back to do the fix two days later. He was responsive and on-time throughout. He worked quickly and left everything clean. Overall great service.

There are very few people I would ever trust with my 88 Year old mothers wellbeing.  Eric from Towlson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is on that list.  His service and attention to detail was extremely professional and honestly something I never expected, but really appreciate.
I live 3,000 miles away from my Mom, but when I come home I try and get everything set for her so she's safe and won't have to worry about repairs. With my stepdad's passing 2 years ago, I have been more involved in choosing service folks.
I called Towlson and explained to Eric that I was only in town a short time. He managed to schedule an AC/Heat service for the next afternoon! Eric and Mark were on time, knowledgable and extremely nice!  The old Heat and AC service that my parents had used before has, for the past few years, kept trying to sell them a new furnace. But Towlson, after a thorough inspection of Mom's furnace, said it was a very good unit, in good shape and didn't need replacing.  He said that if something were to break, he could get the parts.  Much cheaper than a whole new furnace! I am SO HAPPY I found Towlson! Eric then noticed that the exhaust for the water heater wasn't hooked up.  It was sitting on the floor, further away than if it had fallen off.  I concluded that the only person in the basement, in the last 2 years, was the last service person! (Company has 3 letters in its name and 2 one star reviews...Mom doesn't' want me to say the company because she's a wonderful person).  So for the past 2 years, my mom has been getting slowly gassed with carbon monoxide! Eric immediately fixed this and taped the exhaust pipes so they couldn't be easily removed again.  Was it enough gas to harm my mom? I don't know, but I can't believe the old company took more time trying to up-sell a new heater instead of doing a good, safe job! Totally unacceptable!
After the basement, Eric and Mark went outside and cleaned the AC.  Everything is working great and I'm confident Mom is going to stay cool in the heat and warm in the cold!
This is where I thought my review would end, but I recalled Eric had mentioned how he could add a humidifier to the heater for a very reasonable Price!  I discussed it with Mom and she said that being too dry has been her biggest winter complaint.  Eric, knowing I would only be here a short time, squeezed me in the following week.  He and Mark were early and got right to work.  You know someone loves their job when they whistle while doing it.  You could hear Eric though the ducts, and he can carry a nice tune!  When finished, Eric fully explained how the unit works.  Mom is actually looking forward to winter to try it out!
If you are looking for and Heating, AC, Plumbing company that is professional, experienced and are nice people, Towlson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is your best choice! I only wish they were closer to my home in California!

I had a terrible experience today with their dispatcher.  I needed emergency service for water backing into my basement.  She offered me an appt Monday (3 days away) and when I called back asking about their 24/7 service she pushed me off. Frank himself got word of my review and called me directly himself.  I already had someone here.  He apologized profusely, offered to come out and double check himself to make sure the lines were cleared, or whatever work needed to be done he would come out and handle himself.  He ended up paying for my service for the plumber that was here and kept in contact with me throughout the evening.  I really am at a loss for words.  He went father than above and beyond.  It's such breath of fresh air that someone would go out of their way to show how truly they care for their customers and their business.  I will continue to call them for my office and my home.  How can I now possibly go anywhere else?  It's a beautiful thing to say this company has redeemed its faith in me.

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

He really saved the day as other companies were telling us it would be atleast 2 to 3 days before they could come. Will definitely call them again if further work is needed!

We have had 2 major repairs done but Cellino in the past year: replacement of a tankless hot water heater,  and repairs to an old boiler.  Both times we were very impressed by their techs' friendliness,  product knowledge and experience.  They make sure you understand the options, along with the pros and cons of replacing vs. repair. Since they do not work on commission,  you can trust them to have their recommendations be inadvertently influenced by the effect on their paycheck.  And besides, they have a German Shepherd on their trucks!

So glad I called Quality Plumbing! I was given a 2 1/2 hr range of time they would be here and they were. Did a great job of unclogging my kitchen drain (that had a long run to the other side of my house). They cleaned everything up, were very courteous and professional.
I will use them again should the need arise.

We have hired Jon to help us with plumbing needs over the past few years. He dislodged children's bath toys from our jacuzzi intake, replaced faucets, fixed a fridge water line, and yesterday installed a new toilet. He has always been helpful, responsive, and quick to get us in his schedule.

These guys came out, got me an estimate and then completed the whole first story (over basement) repipe in a day and 3 hours, though part of the delay was just miscommunication, once the whole house filter situation was resolved they finished very professionally, no junk left behind, removed old gross pipes etc.
Had them come back to do an install on the dishwasher because the previous owner had done something really weird, they fixed that issue as well and we were back in business! Will be using again for any future plumbing issues.. Their pipe job really increased the value of my home.

I hate giving poor reviews, but we are at our wits end. Greg and his team did a fine job (or so we thought) up until the end of the project. Now we are dealing with the building department, trying to get one final test done so that our addition can be approved. It's been TWO YEARS (!!!) of calling Aslan Plumbing, reminding Greg that he needs to do one final duct test and although he's nice on the phone, he STILL HASN'T DONE IT. I have called him at least 20 times over the last two years, reminding him to take care of this. Greg continues to say he'll talk to the building department, specifically one person we've been told to deal with (Larry), but a week or a month will go by and he still hasn't done so. Greg always says he's just so busy. I'm willing to understand that up to a point, but TWO YEARS later, I am starting to wonder if his work is shoddy and it won't pass the test and that's why he's stalling. At one point, Greg told me that he had talked to Doug at the building department and that it was all taken care of. We thought, Whew. It's finally done.... until my husband called the building inspector in charge of our file (Larry), who said that no, it isn't done and he hasn't heard from Greg. Now I don't know if Greg was just lying to appease me (after two years of calling to remind him to take care of this) or if not. I've been nice and patient and given him the benefit of the doubt for two years. Either don't use Aslan Plumbing or don't pay them until the building department signs off on it.

Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced.
Had a sewer issue, they came out and fixed within a couple hours. The plumber that came to the house went above and beyond of what was expected.

My wife called The Plumber out of desperation on a Saturday night. We had a basement full of sewage after two other plumbing companies failed to diagnose a drain backup problem.

The Plumber sent someone on Sunday with no weekend or emergency fee. The gentleman was on time and worked for 3 hours to diagnose and provide a short term solution to our issue with no additional cost over the initial estimate.

After diagnosing that we needed a new trap and vent in our front yard, they scheduled me for the following week Friday and even deducted the price of the previous visit off the new estimate. The crew was once again on time and professional from start to finish. They made sure I understood the work they were doing and after digging they found an additional sewer pipe cracked which they replaced at no additional charge!

I am so thankful my wife happened to call The Plumber. They were honest and thorough from the first time we called until the job was done. The owner even gave me his cell phone number in case of any additional problems.

We had a Kitchen Sink Drain fail yesterday. I disassembled the sink, taps, cut off the seized shut off valves.(Shut off the Main water Supply First). Purchased the replacement Sink and new taps and Called 5-Stinky. After waiting for 5 hours a tech finally showed up, walked into our home shaking his head and complaining that HE SHOULD NOT BE HERE, cuz hes not on Call. Then proceeded to tell us that it would be $1100.00 to install the sink and taps and put in the Shut-offs. I almost fell on the Floor and then told him to Get out. He was much happier. We called some friends who knew a guy who uses a plumber who we then called. This morning the New Plumber looked at the jobs said, probably be 45 mins. Completed the Work and charged us $226.00, We made it an even $300.00     - WILL NEVER CALL 5-Stinky again.

Anthony, due to the fact that you refuse to respond via text message or phone call I will be communicating with you here since this seems to be the only place you actually respond. Attached is a photograph of the documents pertaining to the legal action we have taken against you in state court from the New York State Attorney General. We have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a local lawsuit with the Amherst Town Court. Also, due to the fact my wife's doctor has informed us that our baby is showing signs of stress related developmental issues you are no longer going to have any contact with her whatsoever. And hear me loud and clear on this... if you attempt to contact her in any way we will be filing charges with the Amherst Police Department with charges of harassment. You have caused her that much stress that I will no longer allow you to have anything to do with her. I have hired someone else to finish the job. We will see you court.
