Cellino Plumbing & HVAC - Elma

We have had 2 major repairs done but Cellino in the past year: replacement of a tankless hot water heater,  and repairs to an old boiler.  Both times we were very impressed by their techs' friendliness,  product knowledge and experience.  They make sure you understand the options, along with the pros and cons of replacing vs. repair. Since they do not work on commission,  you can trust them to have their recommendations be inadvertently influenced by the effect on their paycheck.  And besides, they have a German Shepherd on their trucks!

Great service... had the sewer line from the house plugged to the main They came out and opened if in no time.  Very courteous and friendly staff with knowledge and not a sales pitch attitude.  Highly recommend!
