Best Water Heater Repair in Boston MA

They were able to come the same day and even worked around a meeting I didn't realize I had when I called for my initial appointment.  The job itself was just fixing a bit of pipe that I had cut when taking out a sink so it is hard to extrapolate to what a bigger job would be.  The plumber didn't have an extra compression valve on hand which is why I can't give five stars (why not carry around like 8 of these since they are so small and must be somewhat commonly needed)?

I highly recommend Greg Ostroski Plumbing as a result of the excellent service and competitive prices they provide. Greg has installed numerous items  for us and no one could match their price and quality of work! We got a prompt response, the work was done professionally and there was no mess left in our home. In emergency situations, Greg is definitely the plumber to call. Not only will they make you a priority, they are also the most honest company to work with. While Dynamic hasn't done any work for me yet, I give them 5 stars for customer service. As a new homeowner, having plumbing problems can be quite daunting. When I initially called Dynamic and talked to Angel, I wasn't sure what was causing a mysterious leak from my ceiling. He advised me on the best course of action - which was to contact my sprinkler company. After that was ruled out, I had Angel come to evaluate the problem. It's not often that service companies take the time and care to give great advice - even when it may not end up with work for them. Well, I can say that I will be calling them with my next problem and spreading the word!

We LOVE you guys!!!  Our family has relied on Mitch and Tommy (and Jodi!) for at least 15 years now.  They are unbelievably responsive, honest, and do amazing work.  And such lovely people.  Mitch once spent hours and hours at our house in the middle of a MAJOR blizzard, right before Christmas, as our failing burner began spewing carbon monoxide.  He dealt with the gas company, the shutdown, and all the other attendant issues while I scrambled to find temporary housing.  He miraculously managed to find us a brand new furnace that arrived within days.  (Just try to get a burner installed over the holidays when the region is at a standstill due to feet of snow!).  We moved back home Christmas eve, barely missed a beat, and our young children had the holiday they had expected.  Years later, still grateful.

My dad used to say that one of the most valuable things as a homeowner is having a great plumber.  Well, we do, and would recommend Consolidated to anyone in the Metrowest area.

I'm very glad to have found Hinchey Brothers Plumbing, thanks to other positive yelp reviews. I've had them out for 2 projects now. One was a simple outdoor spigot replacement, and the other was a (semi emergency) bathroom remodel. With short notice, Mike came in 1st thing in the morning to remove a leaking toilet flange, the vanity, and capped the pipes. After the new tile floor was laid down, he came back right one time, and worked hard throughout the day to replace the toilet and flange, replace all the shut-offs in the bathroom, put the vanity back in, and even replace the main water shutoff with a new ball valve. THANK YOU MIKE for your hard work! And Thank you Hinchey Brothers for being able to come out and get my tenants bathroom back to them as fast as possible.  As a new homeowner, I'm thrilled to know you're close by.

Bill at Hinchey just replaced 2 boilers and 2 hot water tanks in my house. His work was impeccable! Meticulous! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of the installation. Ken, the owner worked closely with me to ensure the project fell within the guidelines in order to receive the MA Save rebates. A+ experience once again.

Bought a dishwasher, washer and dryer at Home Depot.  

Called the Welch Bothers (as I prefer to pay a local tradesman, rather than one out of a random location assigned by Home Depot), and scheduled them to help with the work.

Professional and courteous, they are regular guys who do great work.  Gary came out did a quick assessment a couple of days before the delivery.  Derrick came out on the morning of the delivery to disconnect the appliances being replaced, and then to reconnect the new appliances.  

The dishwasher installation was a tight fit, but came out EXCELLENT!  The washer/dryer are getting stacked in the first floor bathroom, which makes for a tight squeeze too, requiring lots of extra effort, but they also came out EXCELLENT!  The cost was reasonable (particularly given that we tied up Derrick from 8:30am through approximately 2:30pm)... so... 6 hours of a plumber's time isn't exactly inexpensive, but it was well worth it.

Gary stopped by a couple of times to see how everything was going, and we are very satisified with the results.

Andrew came right over when I called  about a leaky shut off valve and replaced it with a new one.

I can't say enough good words for Frank. I have a complicated toilet problem as a result of poor installation done by a very incompetent and dishonest plumber. I suffered through two expensive plumbing companies trying to fix it and nothing was fixed. Then I found Frank through Google review. He showed great competence and abundant experience, he avoided any unnecessary procedure proposed by prior plumbers, which are very expensive. He got it done in two hours. And the amount he charged is minimum for this project. I found a very minor issue second day, he arrived in twenty minutes, straight it out and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Now my problem is fixed done and done. Frank is the best!

When our water heater broke, they responded quickly and came on the same day. Welter was super nice and explained everything what was wrong and how to fix if the same thing happens next time. He never pushed / forced to buy or replace anything and gave us some options. We had a great experience with them and definitely we will use them whenever we need! Highly highly recommend!!!

I called Charlie to fix my leaking backed up sink. He answered my call in a few hours and worked around my schedule to get me a day to fix the problem. He told me he would come between 830am and 930am. He arrived at 915am. He was polite and professional. He worked diligently to fix my kitchen sink. I was very happy with the work he did and his pricing was very reasonable compared to the other Dedham plumbers i contacted. I will defiantly be using his services again when needed.

Our 11-yr-old gas boiler (MODEL IN4PVNI-M2) stopped responding to the thermistate a few times this winter. The gas boiler stopped working again on Saturday midnight the the room temperatue dropped to 51F. I left a message to Casper Plumbing & heating via yelp at 4:48AM and within two hours I got response from Pat (owner). He offered a resonable rate for inspecting the heatign system. He also offered a resonable rate for maintenance (flush out) if necessary. Our gas boiler startedf working again on Sunday so I ask the owner to stop by on Monday if our gas boiler failed again. On Monday morning it did fail again so at 10:40AM I asked if the crew would come by. Pat and his crew stopped by within one hour and helped diagnose and fix the issue within half hour. Pat and his crew are honest, professional, and work efficiently. I highly recommend Casper Plumbing & Heating and I appreciate their help, expertise, and patience. Thank you so much, Pat!

Decided to get proactive with our 20 year old American Standard furnace. Selected Main Stream Mechanical to do the install and couldn't be happier. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Very well run company with great communication. Couldn't be happier.

We wanted a basic boiler service and a basic HVAC service. I reached out on Monday and by Thursday they were here. Robert came and he was friendly and helpful. He had a nice demeanor and we would certainly hire him again to come.

Response time was fantastic, and it was very easy to set up our appointment to get a new sink installed and a leaky toilet fixed.  Jim arrived not just on time, but a little bit early, and he worked diligently until the job was complete.  Friendly service, too.  Everything looks great, and we are very pleased with how it all turned out.  Would definitely recommend Pescatore Mechanical Contractors to others!

Mike Richard has done outstanding work at our home over the past 8 years. He works so efficiently he actually jogs to his truck and back to get any needed supplies. Mike is always timely and communicates about any issues that he finds, offering various solutions. Most recently, he put me in touch with other contractors that have also done superb work.

I was utterly shocked by the way I was treated by a representative of this plumbing company. Our landlord set up a service call with them, and the experience I had with them was so surreal, I almost didn't believe it could have happened. A man driving an ad-wrapped sedan (who my landlord later identified as the OWNER of the company) arrived at my door this morning. He wasn't wearing any kind of indentification, and his car didn't say anything about plumbing - the ads were for a realty group. I smiled and opened the door and said, hello, how can I help you? He didn't identify himself or greet me in any semblance of professional courtesy. Instead he basically pushed his way past me through our door, then stopped at the open bathroom door and brusquely asked, Why am I here? I was already flustered by his manner, so I haltingly tried to explain that the issue is above the rotted ceiling panel. He didn't let me finish. Just said, I don't have a ladder, and then as I tried to respond that our landlords upstairs have one, he interrupted to say incredulously, I don't have time for this. I'm not dealing with you people. He pushed his way out and as he went, he told me that the real reason he was leaving was that I had offended him. And how, you wonder? Because I put a note on our bell which said (verbatim) Plumbers: Please don't ring the bell. Knock lightly. (Baby is asleep). Thank you!!!!!! He yelled at me from his car that if I didn't want to turn off the plumber, my note shouldn't have had an 'S' - it's plumber singular, not plumbers with an 's'. I was so confused by the encounter that I didn't even realize he was serious. But apparently I had somehow broken a cardinal rule of etiquette in his book and deserved nothing but his utter contempt. I wouldn't believe my experience if I hadn't been the one it just happened to.  Suffice to say I called our landlord and let him know what had just gone down and he promised that he would never call the company again and also let his other friends who are homeowners know to do the same. Regardless of what quality of work this company may or may not do, the unbelievably unprofessional and downright mean actions of their owner speaks volumes about who they really are and how much they deserve future business.
