Best Appliance Installation in Boston MA
Angel was amazing! He was recommended to me by a friend when my usual plumber was unavailable. I called about a leak and luckily he was in the area and able to come by and fix it within an hour! He was quick, kind and very professional. I will be using this awesome team going forward and would absolutely recommend Dynamic Plumbing!

we had an oil burner service company for 20 years and the owner retired a few years ago. we thought we would never find that level of service again. we decided to convert to natural gas, and we used mainstream mechanical. we also installed a whole house generator. these guys do great work, are professional, and know their stuff! we are always assured that no matter what time of the year, day or night, if we have a problem they are there! we highly recommend mainstream. We've used T-Flow three times now (for a water heater replacement, a leaking cast iron drain section for a 2nd floor bathroom in a multi-family unit and to clear a slow draining sink in a 1st floor bathroom). In every case, they have done an exceptional job and I can highly recommend them. Since the first job, Matt has always been very quick to respond and arrange his people to come out. And during the last job, we had only 1 day to replace the cast iron drain section (due to the tenant being out for just a day) and they stayed to almost 8pm and got it done - without even stopping for a lunch break. On top of that, they cut into the plaster walls very neatly so they could be patched easily and spread drop cloths and vacuumed everything up so the tenant's belongings were not affected at all. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The company was very efficient and helpful. They sent one of their plumbers to my place the same day. Mark R the plumber was great and knowledgeable and he took care of the wax ring in the toilet. I no longer smell the foul mold and other disgusting odors. It was expensive but worth every penny. I have other plumbing projects and would definitely call them again.

Though you may receive good service, you will pay through the roof, and then if you seek feedback on why the cost is so high, the owner will yell at you and berate you.
The service provided by Andrew Fodera, the plumber who provided my service was great. He was on time, respectful, answered questions and very helpful. However, you will pay through the roof for the service. Andrew came to my home twice for no more than an hour each time to assist with a leaky kitchen faucet and continuously running toilet. I was informed I needed to replace the kitchen faucet and he adjusted the chain in the tank and tightened some bolts. Andrew returned to install a new kitchen faucet that I had already purchase. The total for the two visits $791.96.
Feeling this was very high for two hours of work, I contacted Ron Pescatore to inquire about the bill and understand the charges. Only to have him yell at me on the phone and ask me repeatedly what I thought his time is worth. I indicated that I expected to pay a reasonable hourly rate, but am very surprised at 2 hours of time for the work provided totaled nearly $400 an hour. He continued to yell over the phone about the cost of his trucks and time to drive to my home stating more than an hour to drive each way.
Be advised, you are paying for labor, owners time to coordinate, drive time and god knows what else. I take responsibility for not getting a cost estimate prior, I have learned my lesson.
I will pay my bill, but I would recommend that no one hire this company, given the high prices and the treatment you may receive from the owner if you reach out to better understand the cost. Just know that with this company, you will pay through the roof for basic plumbing needs.

I thought these guys were great in the work they did. They came right away, found and replaced multiple frozen pipes and got the heating system back up and running. They rearranged another appointment and reassured me that they would stay until the problem was addressed, which was really important on that cold winter day. They answered all of my many questions and had to be persistent and keep working the problem to find where the last frozen spot in the pipes was. Their rates were $140/hr for 2 people (plumber and assistant plumber) - not sure how that compares with other plumbers, but wanted to pass that along.

Paul helped us with quite a few projects around the house - hanging curtain rods, switching out bedroom ceiling lights and resizing our existing kitchen cabinetry to allow a larger sized fridge. He was quick and worked hard, and very pleasant to work with. He is multifaceted and unconventional; in a good way. Good communication, very conscientious about time/charges and we will definitely hire him again for more projects.

We had a 4-5 drain pipe from our bathroom burst. Jim called right back and managed to come the same morning and do a temporary patch. He wasn't able to do the full repair immediately, but arranged for another company to come the next day, and gave us an idea of the price range to expect. We were/are very grateful!

I have used this company twice. They are GREAT. The manager, Tina, is very personable and returns calls timely. The crew is professional and honest. I highly recommend this company. If I ever need plumbing repairs again they are my ONLY call

We had a rocking and leaking toilet bowl in our upstairs bathroom. The flange was totally damaged. We called Pinzone Plumbing & Heating after reading reviews on yelp and few other sites. Sal came in promptly and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate for the job. He answered all questions we had and also wore booties so he would not dirty the house. That was very professional and thoughtful. We decided to go with Sal and were very happy with the decision. He did a quick and wonderful job in changing the flange and bolts Sal also pointed out one other toilet tank part that was damaged and replaced that for us as well. We were extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely call him in whenever we have plumbing issues. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any kind of plumbing work.

The Rodenhiser team, which included electricians as well as HVAC installers, were on time and respectful of my home. They communicated with me about the project throughout the 2.5 days they were in my house. Our project was updating our electrical service from 100 to 200 and also installing a split AC system. Our home is nearly 200 years old, so the space is challenging, but the team kept me in the loop on progress as well as any hiccups. Since I was working from home, and the project involved the power getting shut off for extended times, I appreciated that the team communicated with me regularly about what to expect. The team cleaned up everything--not even a coffee cup left behind. All in all one of the easiest experiences I have had with contractors.

These guys are VERY expensive. They billed 6 1/2 hours of labor to replace a same size household hot water tank. When I questioned the number of hours billed, they said they did not have the time to explain it to me. Their workmanship was good, but their customer relations stink! (they left the old tank in my basement for three weeks. when I called to remind them that it was still there, they said they were too busy to come get it).

Run far away from this company. There prices are outrages. The two times I called they were 2 to 3 times as expensive. They did not produce a detailed invoice. When questioned they said they are a flat rate company.
Very very shady. If you do consider them, get additional estimates and you probably will not hire them. We were having a water filtration system put in and their flat rate was 12 thousand. So we went to C ulligan and paid
6500. Before that were were quoted 18K for a 10 K generator.
Don't waste your time. I was so mad at myself for calling them.
