Absolutely, hands down the best plumber and one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Jodie, office manager, is on top of everything.  Every phone call is returned promptly.  I manage a large museum-lots of plumbing-and Consolidated Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with.  And I've been working with them for years.  Never a disappointment.  Can't say enough nice things about this company.

We had a great experience with David at Calzini's Plumbing. Very professional and quoted us quickly. Was at our residence within 2 days of receiving quote. Work was clean and professional. Very happy with our new water heater. Great plumber and organization all around!

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Awesome is what I have to say.  Tony and Abe came out to replace an electric water heater that I had installed by Boston Standard (they bad!) 3 years ago!  I did not want to call back Joe at BS because of his attitude and huge mark up.  Tony charged me $1,095 for a 50 gallon and Joe charged me $1,665.  Enough about Joe.... Tony and Abe were professional, personable and they even went out of their way to leave the job and get a new pan from Home Depot because he thought the old pan was not adequate. 2 thumbs up and they're coming again next week to look at some other plumbing problems.  AND, they fixed a bathroom drain without charging me. Thank you!

I had been out of town and returned to find my AC not working. It was a Saturday and sweltering so I called a left a message after noticing that they had Saturday hours. Matt returned my call within a few minutes (I had interrupted his lunch) and was at the house within another 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem. He explained the problem and the repair in detail before providing me with a very reasonable bill. They would be my first choice to call again for my AC/Heating/Plumbing problems.

Eric is fantastic! My husband and I recently renovated our house -- new heating/cooling system, kitchen and full bath. Eric did all the plumbing and heating work and was wonderful to work with --- very professional, incredibly reliable and thorough, and on top of that a really nice guy! I highly recommend him!

First of all, I love that you can request service online and don't have to call during business hours (who has time for that?). And you can communicate through text messages - also a plus for busy people.

I was having an intermittent problem with my heater. These are the worst! It's always my luck that someone shows up to fix a problem and it suddenly kicks into action an hour before they arrive. Of course, this was the case when the Quarry Hills guys showed up. But, they showed me how to read the diagnostics the next time the problem happens.

Then they fixed my leaky kitchen sink, replaced a toilet part that wasn't working right, and uncovered a heating vent that the original contractors had forgotten to cut out of my kitchen peninsula and installed a vent grill.

Just as they were leaving, they noticed the heater was acting up. Perfect! They went down and fixed that too!

The most amazing complany to work with. Their price is very reasonae compared to all other offers and he was able to come on time finish the job very well. Highly recimmended but can be a little bit hard to make appointments because of their very busy schedule, but worth it.

Pescatore is claiming to be out of business and refuse warranty repair for a $15k system they installed 6 months ago.

We had a shutoff valve fail in our basement and water was leaking everywhere. Randy and Robert worked quickly and diligently to fix the problem! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Sharp for any of your plumbing needs.

We've been using Kirkland & Shaw as our go-to plumbers for years now and they are just a super solid outfit.  They show up, they get the job done, they're pleasant to work with, and their pricing is fair.

I called Paul at 5 p.m. on a week day asking if he could help me mount my new 55 inch tv and he was able to come that same day to help me out. He was a really nice guy who was able to mount our tv within a half hour and then also helped my roommate mount his tv in his bedroom.
Paul was reasonably priced, especially compared to Best Buy Geek Squad and stuff like that, and was exactly what I needed to really make the tv's look terrific. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a handyman and will definitely keep him in mind for any other tasks I might need accomplished

Despite their response here, when I phoned the office and tried to email I got no reply. No money back, no apology, nothing. Choose a different company!

Please do not waste your time and money at this place. My wife and I wandered around their showroom for a while two days ago and NO ONE asked if I needed help or even looked at me.  My wife finally told to one lady but she did not move from behind her desk stand up and also did not offer any further help.  So all I can say is...I'm not sure who their clientele is or how they are able to stay in business, but I won't spend my money or time at this place.  We tried to talk to other service rep ladies but we were also not greeted or helped until we flagged down someone to ask questions and even then we were treated as if we were disturbing them.

Based on their price range, I assume that they would provide very good services. Unfortunately, very poor customer services.  We would not come back to this place.

I called for HVAC repair at the start of the cold weather and they said someone would be out later that day -- even giving me a time window in which to expect them. They then canceled last-minute during that window, leaving me without heat after I had already turned down other companies due to my exising appointment with them. The best they would offer as a rescheduled appointment was not for another month.

I took a chance on a company without any reviews and this is the result. Call them at your own risk.
