Angel and his team are fantastic. They're responsive and knowledgeable and know what work needs to be done. They don't sugarcoat things but you can tell they're not out to get you either, and they explain what needs to be done in a clear and trustworthy way. Highly recommended.

Jodie, office manager, is on top of everything.  Every phone call is returned promptly.  I manage a large museum-lots of plumbing-and Consolidated Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with.  And I've been working with them for years.  Never a disappointment.  Can't say enough nice things about this company.

Jonny and his team were FANTASTIC! I have worked with other plumbing companies in the past and by far Rami & Sons were my best experience. I had a big leak and old pipes in my house and Jonny came by and stayed late figuring out the problem that I was having, he made me feel much calm and comfortable and more importantly, they did a GREAT job! My plumbing is working great now and he even recommended someone who could help me with other issues around the house. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable company.

had them put in a new boiler and oil tank they did such a great job. I could not believe how quiet and efficient they were  they left the place cleaner than when they came. All workmanship was top notch and very professional .If you need service or a new boiler these are the people to call. I highly recommend Simon from High Quality Plumbing.  We had a challenging installation for a tankless gas-fired hot water heater due to a partially finished basement.  In addition, it's a long run from the gas meter to the water heater.  Simon provided a detailed quote and was very accommodating with scheduling the job.  He took care of all the details and was very responsive to all my questions.  The work was top-notch and I'll definitely go with High Quality Plumbing for future needs.

I live in a condo and had some water backing up in my bathroom sink, which I suspected was from water usage in my neighbors unit.  I called the company who does plumbing work in our building and described the problem.  They said it was a drain issue and suggested I call Wayne's Drains.  

Well, I'm glad I did! The answering service was prompt and within 2 hrs. Little Wayne was at my building.  He was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable.  He helped me understand the issue as well as steps I could take to prevent future drain build ups.  No one wants to deal with drain issues but Little Wayne made it the best experience it could be and his positive attitude about the whole thing made it much less stressful!  Thanks, Wayne's Drains!!

Renato and his team did a great job installing a new valve in our house. Showed up on time, finished the job as expected with minimal disruption and cleaned up after the work. Highly recommended.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced so I called Joe and he was available that week to do the job.  He quoted a price on the phone and he stuck to it even though it was a significantly harder job than anticipated.  The old disposal was rusty so it couldn't be unscrewed so he had to be creative to remove it.  Nice guy and great service.

I called Mike Hickey in a panic this morning, he happened to be in the neighborhood, came right over and luckily my furnace seemed to be working ok, although it hadn't been the day before.  Mike was professional, courteous, and refused any payment.

I had a phenomenal experience with A F Ventolieri! Our master bath flooded in the middle of the night. I called a couple of plumbers in the morning. A F called me back within half an hour. The plumber, Ryan, was so nice and knowledgeable. He helped me narrow down the diagnosis over the phone then set up a time in the early afternoon to come look in person. (He even took a meeting I had into consideration and came when it was more convenient for me - unheard of!)

Ryan was great in person - he was very thorough before reaching his diagnosis and recommending a drain company (who also came that day - fabulous). We could not have had a better experience with A F Ventolieri! Would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing and heating needs!

Dan had installed macerating toilet in my basement. It was a very positive experience: the price was very fair, he came on the date he promised, and the job was done well. Will certainly use them again.

I found Charlie Lovett on Yelp and took the plunge despite there being only 2 reviews. Obviously, they were both positive but the clincher was the fact that Charlie didn't try to sell one of the reviewers something she did not need yet as another plumber had. Charlie answered his phone promptly and scheduled my garbage disposer replacement the next day. He and his helper came right on time and finished up within an hour, working continuously. He even fine-tuned a bathroom sink stopper, no extra charge.  Polite, neat, and friendly as well--what's not to like? Oh, the charge for the Insinkerator Evolution Pro Compact and installation was pretty standard, I think: $354. I  found a cheaper comparable model at Sears but it was a nightmare trying to arrange installation--$185-- online. Sometimes it is way better to deal with a local guy even if you have to pay a little more.

I cannot say enough about our great experience with Ken and Absolute Precision. Ken is a pro in every way. They installed our HVAC mini split system after giving us a prompt and fair estimate. They completed the work efficiently and were incredibly respectful while in our home (especially during quarantine- wore masks at all times). They took great care in placing the units in a way that was as subtle as a split system can be. Ken and Brad were great at keeping us informed about the timing of the project and eventually showing us how it all worked. They left no trace of even being here other than a wonderfully air conditioned home! We are already loving having AC and can't wait to never worry about our window units again. Having received estimates from several others for this job before hiring Absolute Precision, I can say that the whole experience was head and shoulders above the competition. Needed a new washing machine leak detector a few months ago, and I was getting the runaround from other vendors who didn't want to do the job. Advantage was very responsive from my initial call and they were prompt with their service. Would definitely use them again.

I had a bird's nest in my dryer vent (in a spot that was not easy to reach), and Eric went out of his way to make room in his schedule to remove it, even in less than ideal weather.  I would call Mouradian again in a heartbeat.

I have a medical practice in Chestnut Hill. R P Holmes was hired to fix a drain issue in my office. One person showed up and assessed the situation and said they needed to have another person help with the job and the machinery that was needed. They fixed the problem and charged close to $1200.00 (outrageous). I phoned the office and a snippy woman said that was their fee for the job. (I asked a friend who is also a plumber and he told me that it should have been under $600.00 for the work that was done). NOW a month later I am having the SAME problem and I called the snippy woman to ask if the job is warrantied and she said NO we do not warranty drain work. I cannot understand how they can NOT warranty their work in such a short time period and get away with charging such outrageous prices for a job NOT well done!!!
