I'm in love. Truly. I lived without a dishwasher for long enough and now that I have one, I'm madly, deeply in love. I have Big Blue to thank for it. Josh came to our house to provide an estimate and was so friendly. He asked questions our other two plumbers never asked and on his way out he installed a shower head we had been having troubles with-I never even saw a bill for that.
Big Blue offers incredible clean, quick, valuable, and reliable service. I will, without a doubt, hire them to do our bathroom and kitchen in the next few years. Love, love, love!!

I just had an excellent experience with Greg.  I was in need of a plumber to take care of a few issues on our home inspection report as we're in the process of selling our house.  I had left a message for Greg - and called back the next day...he was so apologetic that he couldn't return my call the same day.  This started our experience off in right foot.

Within a few day, Greg came by - addressed the issues and even suggested I not get something repaired as it could lead to future issues.  He was honest, and extremely kind and respectful.

It's too bad that I'm moving - for Greg would be my go-to for anything plumbing and heating.  Before calling anyone else, please let Greg take care of you!

We have had Angel out to help out with a couple plumbing issues at our home in Somerville! In addition to a willingness to fit us in within a day or two of reaching out, he has been kind, patient and knowledgeable on how to address the issue at hand, and had fair, straight forward pricing. One fixture he installed turned out to be defective and he was incredibly responsive and helpful working with us to get the issue resolved. We highly recommend Dynamic!

I've now used Consolidated Plumbing and Heating twice, both times they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.   The first time, our repair was handled the next day and done cleanly and professionally.  The second time, they helped me diagnose over the phone and were above and beyond helpful.  I will not hesitate to call again!

Could not be happier with the level of professionalism and price point. On top of that, Mike was able to come the day we called. Stumbled upon them via yelp desperately looking for help and as new home owners have definitely found who we will be using for all future issues.

I called them and they were able to come the next day. Pedro and his assistant installed a new garbage disposal I just bought. They also installed a new dryer duct that came with my dryer. They were done in about an hour. Friendly and professional. I would hire them again.

Andrew and Nick were great! They helped with my hot water heater replacement. Andrew was very professional and made good recommendations on my heater replacement (PLUS fair pricing compared with other plumbers).  Would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended!

I called Frank based on positive Yelp reviews, but had a completely different experience.  He is a nice guy, but I'm sorry to say he is not very competent.  He had difficulty figuring out which parts to use to replace part of a faucet, and I literally had to stand next to him, looking at parts and helping him in order to get the job done (and I am not particularly handy).  I don't like to give a negative review, but I could not recommend him to anyone seeking a competent plumber.

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Pat was awesome. We were impacted by the Artic Blast, called him in the morning and he said he would fit us in. Decided to get proactive with our 20 year old American Standard furnace. Selected Main Stream Mechanical to do the install and couldn't be happier. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Very well run company with great communication. Couldn't be happier.

We had a shower that would only stay hot for 2 min. as well as leak when turned off. We call T. Flow on a holiday and they showed up an hour later :) Bonus! They took a look over the problem and let us know we needed 2 new water heaters and a mixing valve for the leak. They worked a full day to install water heaters and my son was able to take a hot tubby that same night. They worked hard, communicated well and cleaned up their mess when done. After posting my previous review about how dissatisfied I was with MacCo, the company CEO (Stephen) personally reached out to me about a month after my initial review was posted.
After speaking with him for about 20 minutes on the phone and explaining exactly what had happened, he agreed with most of what I had to say and assured me that this is not how they run their business.

It has now been 2 months since my conversation with him and during the entire time, he assigned one of his supervisors to my case and was personally involved (through email) in making sure everything was running smooth. As of last week, the issue with the A/C unit at my parents place was finally resolved and corrected. On top of that, the water heater system was also serviced as a complimentary service for the inconvenience.

I decided to update my review not because I had to but rather because I got the feeling that Stephen genuinely cared and wanted to do what was right. Unfortunately, when companies grow and become very successful, they tend to forget how they got there and they don't always reach out to the dissatisfied customers but thankfully Stephen did.

Lastly, I'd like to let everyone who is reading this and other reviews to know that just because you found one bad apple, it doesn't mean you should give up on the whole tree.  
I am satisfied with their work and will continue to use their services in the future knowing that they have a responsible person guiding their team.

Pescatore is claiming to be out of business and refuse warranty repair for a $15k system they installed 6 months ago.

Mike has a very charming personality that wins you over, he leaves making you think - wow what a nice and honest man but then you realize that is all a facade. I asked him to come over to look at some corroded pipes. he said nothing was leaking so there was no problem.  I told him our disposal wasnt working and that I wasnt sure if I needed to fix it since I dont use it, he said Oh its easy I said Ok.... He never told me Oh its easy, it will cost you $160 because I spent 1 minute of my time.

I have never interacted with a person who deceived me like this. He should have been upfront about the cost - and then I would not think this way. I dont trust him in my home and would advise you not to trust him in yours.

I usually read reviews before I call a company but I didn't this time cause it was an emergency. we had no heat on the most coldest day in feb 2015 . he took 5 hrs to get here. looked at my furnance said it was filthy with dust blew a little dust out w his mouth and said we needed a new furnance cause we hadent  been keeping up w maitnance. bottom line he charged me $182.00 for ten min of work. took out my filter and said it was filthy and didn't replace it he said they don't carry filters anymore. you would think for that price I would of gotten a filter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY he did fix it though and I don't need  a new furnance this place sucks

Cranney sent Frank to take care of an emergency at my home on a Saturday night.  (Everyone else I called wasn't answering their phone - was a Pats playoff game night!) He was friendly, competent, and did a very professional job.  They are a large company, and so charge accordingly, but the work was top notch.  I also like that the Cranney's donate a lot to non-profit charities on the North Shore.
