I've now used Consolidated Plumbing and Heating twice, both times they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.   The first time, our repair was handled the next day and done cleanly and professionally.  The second time, they helped me diagnose over the phone and were above and beyond helpful.  I will not hesitate to call again!

We have had the pleasure of using Charlie Murphy's plumbing services for the last 11 years. He is not only an awesome plumber but a great guy.  He is amazingly reliable, trustworthy and professional and his rates are reasonable. He has always been available whenever we have needed him. He is quick to figure out the plumbing problem and will immediately find a solution. Charlie is a people person who loves what he does and as a result, even though we are clearly calling him because of a problem, we are happy to see him.  He cares about his work and his clients. I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job.  We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed.  Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of.  We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general.  Clearly knowledgeable.  The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters.  We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work.  The work was done beautifully.  Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there.  A dream team.  

Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy.  Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.

These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Been using Jim Richard plumbing for over a year now.  He and his nephew have been here a few times for both plumbing on pipes and to work on my furnaces.   Never had a problem with anything they've done and the price is right.  Would recommend  them for sure !

I called Martin about an unusual problem with my bath tub. He asked a few questions then referred me to Budge It Drains who ended up solving my tub issue within an hour. While I didn't end up using Martin's services, I was impressed with him answering my call, listening, and giving me a great reference. If I have another plumbing issue, I will certainly call him. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Ed Doughty, my partner and I are in the process of buying a condo and feel good about it.  After our home inspector went through the place, we wanted to bring in a plumber to get a second opinion on some things.  Not only did Ed agree to come look at the condo with very little notice but he was even-handed in assessing what our plumbing needs might be and giving ballpark estimates of their costs.  He was friendly, as was the women answering the phone,  and they actually called me back!  Though we haven't actually asked him to repair anything, I'd feel very comfortable working with him again.

The most amazing complany to work with. Their price is very reasonae compared to all other offers and he was able to come on time finish the job very well. Highly recimmended but can be a little bit hard to make appointments because of their very busy schedule, but worth it.

Mike did all of our plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and all of the work to install a new heating system.  I would highly recommend him.

my water heater died on a saturday---major bummer. i hit the yelppages and hit the jackpot with Gomes Plumbing Heater and Cooling. frank gave me a quick, reasonable quote and came to replace it the next day (sunday!). our hot water was back on by noon and the process could not have been easier. thanks frank!

I had plumr come out to do some maintenance work. They were available the same day and communication was easy. I made a booking online.

The price was reasonable and in line with what other plumbers charged. I would hire them again!

I've used Barry Plumbing for years and never had a problem until this year during co-vid. Just prior to quarantine they came out 3 times to get our hot water working. The hot water on my third floor was not fixed and I told him that i'd take care of the bill when the job was complete. I told him that as soon as I felt comfortable having people in my home I would call. Mr. Barry started sending emails, texts and even came to my house unannounced pounding on the door. I paid the bill because he was becoming aggressive, calling, emailing and texting.  This summer with numbers down in MA I asked him to come finish the job. He asked me if I was kidding and when I told him I'd write an honest review he said he'd see me in court! He is charming and professional till he's not.

My basement flooded and I found CRoy Plumbling & Heating on the internet and gave him a call to have a sump pump installed. Chris and his apprentice Max was able to make it out the same day. He told me how to get the water out over the phone so I went to the hardware stores and removed as much water as I could. When he showed up, he helped me clear out some additional water and installed a sump pump for me to keep my basement from flooding. They also dug up a trench for me to direct the discharge away from my house. He walked around my property to see if there were any other issues and told me a ton of information and gave me tips/advice on how to prevent future problems. He's a very knowledgeable guy. His pricing is very fair and his workmanship is very good. I really liked the outcome of my sump pump and drain. I cant believe they managed to do it all in one day. I highly recommend him and I plan on calling him for all future projects or issues.

I had a problem with an installation of a product. They moved the washer and one of the hose ended loss, floating all the basement.

I called them, they were fast, profesional and fixed the problem fast. Totally recommendable.

As first-time homeowners, my husband and I go into a full blown panic as soon as anything breaks. This could've very easily been the situation with our latest break - the drain from our bathtub was leaking into our kitchen via one of the recessed lights. After a consult with a different and untrustworthy plumber, I called PHD and was immediately reassured by Tina, who walked me through everything that would happen once the plumbers arrived on-site. She also called me this morning to let me know their ETA so I was prepared for their arrival. James and CJ arrived exactly when expected, and within 45 minutes had the situation resolved without ever having to cut into my ceiling. They were prompt, professional, respectful, thorough in reviewing all potential leak zones, and beyond reasonable... the cost was lower than any other estimates we received. If I could give them six stars I would, but for now we'll stick with five and a guarantee that PHD will be our go-to for all future plumbing needs!

Pretty straight forward... We called a couple companies for a quote to have a Central Air System or Mini Ductless System installed in our home.  A Gentleman came out to take measurements and see our home's floor plan and square footage.  He did not have a business card to leave with us nor a brochure of the two systems that we were interested in.  He was kind and appeared to know what he was talking about.  But we felt like we were being upsold at the same time.  
Didn't matter though...  
We never heard from him again.  No quote was emailed as promised and we never got a phone call to follow-up.  Nothing.  I didn't need to chase him down... I had other quotes lined up and we signed paperwork with another company only yesterday.
I would not recommend this company.

Gets the job done very quickly. Knows exactly what he's doing.
Appears a bit pricey but this may very well be the speed of work once pro-rated per average hour. Still quite a bit pricey.

Looking for easy money. Promised a quote on a complex project, ran down the driveway never to be heard from again. Don't waste your time.
