Best Bathroom Remodeling in Boston MA

We LOVE you guys!!!  Our family has relied on Mitch and Tommy (and Jodi!) for at least 15 years now.  They are unbelievably responsive, honest, and do amazing work.  And such lovely people.  Mitch once spent hours and hours at our house in the middle of a MAJOR blizzard, right before Christmas, as our failing burner began spewing carbon monoxide.  He dealt with the gas company, the shutdown, and all the other attendant issues while I scrambled to find temporary housing.  He miraculously managed to find us a brand new furnace that arrived within days.  (Just try to get a burner installed over the holidays when the region is at a standstill due to feet of snow!).  We moved back home Christmas eve, barely missed a beat, and our young children had the holiday they had expected.  Years later, still grateful.

My dad used to say that one of the most valuable things as a homeowner is having a great plumber.  Well, we do, and would recommend Consolidated to anyone in the Metrowest area.

Thoroughly checked the plumbing, answered all our questions and concerns. Found the reason the dishwasher had water remaining in the drain (which smelled awfully when we came home back from a two-week vacation). He fixed it by re-arranging the plastic drainage pipes.
Found the leak in the kitchen faucet (which was improperly installed, I was tightening it up every few month by myself, but it went loose over and over again) that made the granite counter top stain around the sink grow bigger year by year. Re-installed the faucet and sealed it.
All done in half an hour. I expected to pay a couple of hundreds, as I usually do to every plumber I had before. $45 - that's all he asked for! A had always felt as I'm ripped off by plumbers, mechanics, gardeners  etc. This time I almost felt as I'm ripping him off.

I'll definitely ask him to come again this fall to maintain my heating system.

I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job.  We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed.  Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of.  We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general.  Clearly knowledgeable.  The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters.  We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work.  The work was done beautifully.  Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there.  A dream team.  

Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy.  Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.

These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Jim changed the fixtures in my tub/shower and bathroom sink today. He (and Matt) did an excellent job. Clearly Jim is an experienced plumber; he is efficient, neat, organized and a problem-solver. The work looks beautiful. I followed his product recommendation because I decided it was worth relying on his experience. And the bonus is that he is responsive; he answers texts promptly, schedules within a reasonable time frame, he comes when he says he will and on time, and finishes when he says he will. He charges a competitive, reasonable amount.

I had a leaking valve that connected my sink to the dishwasher and needed my fridge water line hooked up.

Called LaMattina's Tuesday midday. Bobby got back to me soon after and said he could come by on Wednesday. He was honest and upfront about the pricing which is always good to know.

He called me about 20 minutes out and he was here on time.
When he got here I asked him to change out all 3 valves underneath my sink and he said that wouldn't be a problem. They changed out the valves and hooked up the water line in no time ~90 minutes, not long at all.

I had some other questions about a banging in my pipes. He checked the water pressure in the pipes and said that was fine. So he said the issue is that one of the hot water pipes isn't properly secured and that it's not worth ripping up walls to lower the pressure just a little bit. And that I should just close my faucet gently and it should be fine.

I would highly recommend using them. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling them.

Martin was an exceptional find for my plumbing needs! As Landlord, I needed assistance with some issues present at a new property in the area. The most amazing complany to work with. Their price is very reasonae compared to all other offers and he was able to come on time finish the job very well. Highly recimmended but can be a little bit hard to make appointments because of their very busy schedule, but worth it.

Mike has a very charming personality that wins you over, he leaves making you think - wow what a nice and honest man but then you realize that is all a facade. I asked him to come over to look at some corroded pipes. he said nothing was leaking so there was no problem.  I told him our disposal wasnt working and that I wasnt sure if I needed to fix it since I dont use it, he said Oh its easy I said Ok.... He never told me Oh its easy, it will cost you $160 because I spent 1 minute of my time.

I have never interacted with a person who deceived me like this. He should have been upfront about the cost - and then I would not think this way. I dont trust him in my home and would advise you not to trust him in yours.

Our hot water heater broke in the middle of the night. Next morning we called at 8 am and had a call back within the hour, and a new tankless unit by the next day. Could not be happier. Recommend to all.

Nick is the best! Fast, reliable, affordable, and with great customer service. He installed a new water filter for our house, new toilet, ice-maker line, as well as upgraded our water pipes and installed new outdoor faucets. Nick also designed and installed a new sump pump and drainage system which has given us peace of mind and a dry basement! He also makes sure we are knowledgeable about the systems he is installing and patiently answers our questions. Best of all, he provides a thorough estimate prior to the start of every job and keeps the homeowner informed at every step of the job so there are no surprises. If I could give Dave, from Barry plumbing 10 stars, I would.  I've used him 3 times now and each time has been fantastic.  He has been the most honest, trustworthy, and reliable plumber I have used.  Most recently, he did a hot water heater for us, and he went above and beyond what any plumber would do to get the unit which was installed replaced for a new one since it was malfunctioning. Anytime I have called him, he has been out in less then 15 minutes, and he even answered me Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving!  He always puts his customers first, and makes sure that they are taken care of.  He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok and working properly. I would Absolutely recommend him for any plumbing job to all my friends and family.

I just had my counters done in Granite and needed to have a new faucet installed.  Chris's team was on time and had the disposal and faucet installed in no time.   Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommended!

I had a shower issue where the water would not turn off and could not go from drain to shower mode.  I called Boston Budget Plumber and they called back within 2 hours and made it out the next day, which was great.  I called another plumber on yelp and they still have not called me back!!!  Tom from Boston Budget plumber came in (was on time and called before arriving) and within an hour found the problem.  He did not have the parts but ordered them and replaced them within a week.
All and all was great, Tom was easy and nice.  My only negative comment would be the price, it was around 415 bucks for literally 2 hours of work and some interal plastic pieces and I think this is very high.  He did state he was going to send me a check for 50 bucks but I havent seen it yet (been a week and a half).  The price is what is keeping me from a 5 star rating.

Very responsive, polite and work well done.  I checked three or four contractors for my kitchen remodel last year, and PHD was most responsive and reasonably priced.  And they flexed their schedule easily when my own schedule changed.  Arrived on time later to meet the town inspector.  Highly recommended.

I just had Pann Home Services install a Bradford White Corporation Hot Water Heater Tank for my 2nd floor apartment.  Rich T did one of the most professional jobs with detailed explanations of the proceedings and a perfect installation service.  I highly recommend this plumbing technician. The older Bradford White Corporation Hot Water Heater Tank gave way after 21 years of perfect service without a single service call.  I ordered its replacement with a brand new Bradford White Water Heater Tank.  Pann Home Services was professional and the dispatch team sent out Rich T and another technician the same day I called them.  In fact, they were at the house within 1 1/2 hours of my phone call. The installation went perfectly and the professionalism was as good as it gets.  I highly recommend Rich T and Pann Home Services.

Charged my elderly mother 1,600.00 to replace two bathroom faucets  !!!!
Can buy two good faucets at Home Depot or Lowes for a couple hundred, so they took home an easy 1,000.00 in labor.

Claimed the hot water heater had particles causing the bad faucets, wanted 300.00 to flush it.
Geee.. maybe because the faucets were 30 years old?
Well, yes. The first tech said the gaskets were worn out, just needed a gasket kit . Then they show up and decide to charge an exorbitant 1600.00 !!!
Bad company.

Call to get an estimate on having our sewer pump replaced. I was told by Carl, it would be an hour at $175, pump would be roughly $400.
I asked to email a contract over, he told me it wasn't needed.The next day the plumber arrived at 11:50. I heard the plumber leave from downstairs. I went down to see what was going on.
Looked like everything was installed. There was urine and other matter
all over the laundry floor. Nothing was picked up or cleaned. It took me
a couple of hours cleaning the mess up myself. I took some pictures the next day, when I sent pictures to Carl, he informed me that they don't
Clean up there mess.. it was up to the home owner... I found this very strange, this is a health hazard... I called other plumbers, told them what happened, they said they had never heard of a plumber leaving urine and other matter for the customer to clean themselves. Needless to say
we are not very happy.. then when we received the bill it was $250 over
the price he had told me... Please, Please, Please... Don't use this company...
