Will and Joey showed up and time and were polite and professional.  They explained the what the issue was with the prior installation that another plumber had done and did a great job.  

Their price was reasonable (it's always more than I expect) but the service was good so it was worth it.

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck, and replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom.
The first three quotes were from high end remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive plan of attack from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated.
Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the high end contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials.
First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation.
After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom.
The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate.
As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house.
They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done.  They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed.
I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you.

I had a leaking shut off valve on the waterline to a remote garage a couple hundred feet away. This was during that recent cold snap we had where every plumber was busy thawing out pipes and repairing frozen pipes but I called Mahon plumbing and Chris immediately said give me a minute and I'll call you back he did and had a guy stop in my house between jobs within a couple hours And he brought everything he needed because I had sent a picture of the situation and from that they analyzed it then the guy showed up with all the tools he needed and a truck full of spare parts. He had the latest pipe connecting technology I knew the days of gas flames and soldering were probably gone And there's the technology that's available to us amateurs where we can push. The pipes together is also surpassed now they had the latest connection technology and the equipment they needed to implement it and I got a beautiful job done in no time at all and I stood and watched a technician, and he explained every step he was doing and it was really educational experience and then for a very reasonable price it was fixed, and he was out of there. so I gave them a five star rating For the way they operated so professionally.

Jack from Aqua Plus Plumbing provided me with great service today.  Aqua Plus was incredible prompt in responding to my call.  Jack was knowledgeable, polite and super nice.  He fixed my several plumbing issues (garbage disposer, slow filling toilet and sink stoppage) quickly and effectively.  Very professional.  Would recommend Aqua and Jack to my friends any day.

Shawn Doss is the best plumber I have encountered.  He resolved a draining issue and installed a more powerful pump to adequately pump out the water from my clothes washer that was initially done on February 2, 2018 by TJ.  Shawn was thorough, careful and compassionate and did not cut any corners to do the job correctly.

This company is great!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  I had an emergency and the owner called me from their vacation.  I was shocked.  She scheduled a plumber to come out the next day.  

Jeremy came here and worked a solid 7 hours to resolve my problem.  He was thorough and fixed the problem and the price was lower than I expected.  

This is the second time I have called them and both times there were fantastic!

I found Roy on a freezing cold night when I turned on a water faucet and no water came out. I thought the pipes were freezing, and I called my former plumbing company and got no response at all. I found Service Force online and Roy allayed my fears (not the emergency I thought) and came next day and fixed the problem. Service Force immediately became my go-to plumber. Since then, Roy has installed a new toilet and Japanese wash-let (a great and much less expensive alternative to the bidet I had thought about having installed). He just left today after relighting the pilot light on my water heater--which I was afraid to do myself. His prices are very reasonable and his work superb. Best bonus of all, he cares about both his work and his customers.

Lee and his crew did an awesome job on my townhouse bathroom!  They had to redo the whole floor as the toilet has been leaking for many years and damaged the entire floor under the tiles.  Lee was prompt, professional, courteous, very responsive, reasonably priced and left the place spotless after the work was completed (he wore cover up booties while working at the house :-)).  I am very happy with Lee and his work.  I highly recommend him and will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know and use him for any job I may need in the future.

The team at Tim Whistler plumbing is cost-conscious, easy to work with, responsive, and they do what it takes to make the job right. We've had needs ranging from clogged sinks, improperly installed dishwashers (by the delivery co to be clear), to more serious issues like pipes that needed jetting (sort of like a power wash for your slow-running drains).

I had the opportunity of using Less Leaks to perform an assessment on my home. Less Leaks is a very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and punctual business. I was aware of every detail throughout the entire process.

Less Leaks was hired because I had a water bill that tripled from WSSC. I wanted to make sure that my home was not experiencing any hidden internal/external leaks. The entire inspection took about an hour. Less Leaks also winterized my home and pointed out things that may cause issues in the future. Less Leaks also provided paperwork to submit to WSSC, as well as what the issue is.

I highly recommend Less Leaks for anything concerning to increased water bills and leaks.

I called Thomas E. Clark to take a look at my furnace which had stopped pumping warm air into the system. The furnace was working but not sending warm air throughout the system. The tech took a look and the wand used by the furnace to know when to turn on needed to be replaced. Tech told me it would be $199.00 for the service plus $70.00 for the service call. Total $268.00. I researched the part online and it can be purchased for $12.00 to $20.00. Total time the tech was in my home, 45 minutes. The part took roughly 15 minutes to replace. The tech also quoted me another service at $199.00 as well. I guess all services start at $199.00 and go up from there.
I understand the need to charge a service call fee in case nothing is wrong or they cannot fix the problem but to tack on the charge in addition to the service is just unreasonable. I will not be using them again for any services in the future.

All nite S&D cleaning was called to replace a leaking diverter.we have used them for yrs.and were always happy with them.I decided to have them set a new toilet and laundry tub while they were here. When they arrived they immediately jumped to the toilet and tub which wasn't the emergency.when Kirk went to start on the diverter I was told the one I had purchased was not correct and that he would get the correct diverter and return another day.Well after 4 rescheduled no call, no show appts. It is not replaced.To make matters worse I discovered that the diverter I had purchased was the correct part.Im guessing they just didn't want to crawl in to do it which is fine but all they had to do is say so and not string us along for 3 weeks. Thought we were a valued customer that called them for all our plumbing needs thru many yrs.

Received an estimate for repairing and replacing outside drain by breaking concrete and repairing pipe up to 5ft into the home as needed. Estimate also including back-filling with concrete up to the previous level. I authorized the ESTIMATE OF SERVICE and the credit card was charged by the vendor 3 days before the work was scheduled and almost a full week before it was actually performed due to rain. After contacting vendor 2 days after the rains to obtain a schedule for the repair, I was advised that it would be the next day but the time estimate didn't seem certain. After having someone wait all day for the service, I advised the vendor that if repair wasn't performed by the rescheduled date, a new plumber would be contacted.  

The work was done on the rescheduled date after 5pm.  The actual repair required only replacing outside drain and 6-12 inches of pipe. SIGNIFICANTLY less work than estimated.  When I inquired as to a discount for the service that was performed, I was advised that there are no discounts because the scope of work was with the anticipation of having to go further.  I advised the vendor that the auto repairman doesn't charge me for what he could have done when the work turns out to be something different, and that I was disappointed, but learned a lesson.   To that I received no response.  Had I been there to monitor the work, I would have asked about revising the estimate and had I known there would be no change in the amount, I would have had them dig out and replace the full 5 feet of pipe to get my money's worth.

I advised the person who recommended this vendor that I was disappointed and would never use or recommend them for future work. She indicated that she had never received a negative response from any recommendation and I told her that I guess someone had to be the 1st.

The shame is that had the work been more than estimated, you can guarantee the vendor would have required additional payment. But since the service was less, I as the customer, am SOL. Sadly, not even the 10% discount from the vendors website was offered as a concession.

I would love to retain business cards and request or recommend repeat business by the service providers I've used, but after having dealt with 5 contractors in 5 years. I have yet to find 1 who doesn't do sloppy work or sloppy business.

This is my review. Take it for what it's worth.

Not only was I unhappy with Spartan's service but they also caused me some grief with my credit card company.  The plumber forgot to write down the expiration date of my card.  Someone from the main office left me a message asking for the date.  When I returned the call, the woman told me my credit card was declined.  I then had to call my credit card company to find out what had happened.  They said someone from Spartan locked my account because they entered the wrong expiration date.  I can only conclude the woman tried to GUESS my expiration date.  Seriously?!?  Did she think she was psychic?  She couldn't wait the 30 minutes it took me to return the call with my expiration date?  I'm not using Spartan again.
