Best Water Heater Repair in Tucson AZ
We had this company come to our office for a backflow test. The test failed and we were given a quote of approximately $250 to repair.
Once they began the repair, we were told there it was going to require more parts to the amount of approximately $600. We were told it would be better to get an entire new unit and the cost would be $800 for parts and labor. We told them to go ahead and get a new unit and they said they would be back first thing in the morning to install and get our water back on.
Later that afternoon at 3:40pm, we received an email stating that it was now going to cost $875 instead of the agreed upon $800. When we asked why it was costing more than the agreed upon price, we couldn't get a straight answer. We felt we had no choice but to sign the estimate of $875 since our water was off and everything was torn apart at this point.
At 11:15am the next day, Dean (owner) showed up to finally install the new unit. When we asked him why we were told $800 and the estimate came in at $875, he couldn't tell us a reason. He called his office and the lady he spoke with denied telling us the original $800 price. Dean refused to honor the original $800 estimate.
I hope the $75 extra they received plus losing our business was worth it since we have used this company for several years for both our buildings.

We recently bought our first home. After two weeks the guest bathroom toilet clogged and wouldn't flush. We contacted out home warranty and they sent out one company who couldn't fix it and then sent out Southern Arizona. They couldn't fix it either so they came out the next week again with a camera. They told us that our house was plumbed incorrectly(house has been plumbed this way for 20 years) and needed to be re-plumbed. They submitted an invoice for a ridiculous amount of money that was denied of course by our home warranty. This was after going back and forth between them and our home warranty for two weeks over paperwork submission. We finally called a plumbing company on our own who promptly fixed our issue, which of course turned out to be a simple clog. This company is only out to make money off of people in difficult situations, They lied about the issue and made up an imaginary issue that in actuality was a simple fix. I would never recommend them. I am concerned for others who may fall victim to their up selling and unethical tactics. They are dishonest and take advantage of those in need.

They came out to do our tankless water service and did an amazing job. They are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Eli is the BEST! We had a full bathroom remodel in an old home that was challenging, to say the least. Eli gave us a fair contract, was always on time and pleasant to deal with. He had great suggestions about ways to improve the space and did a wonderful job picking out the finish plumbing items. He will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Showed up on time and did a great job! I needed a drain cleaned and they did a very professional, timely job. We discussed other services and plumbing issues for the house and they took care of those too! Very reasonable prices. Will definitely call again.

Thanks to Brandon and Adam for installing my new dishwasher. Had been told by a previous installer that they could not replace dishwasher as space too small. The guys installed the new one with no problem. They seem confident in what they are doing. They are now on my list to call if I need help. They also installed a new garbage disposer at a good price.
Hurrah, I have a dishwasher again!!

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Daniel came out and within minutes found the issue, corrected it and had us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable rate too! I prefer to use a local small business and Daniel's Plumbing Tucson did not disappoint. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you Daniel!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

I needed a new gas line installed at my house (gas meter was being relocated due to a leak and I wanted a new line between the meter and the furnace since the location of the leak was unclear). Called around and several places were too busy (end of Jan -- I needed heat ASAP, so I couldn't wait a couple weeks for the work to get done), some places didn't want to deal with the hassle of doing a permit with the city and a couple places said they'd come out, check out the amount of work and then give me an estimate. You can see my other reviews for the 2 who promised to come out with an estimate and then didn't show.
I spoke with Bobbie Shenk around 9:30 am on a Friday. He went out to our house and called me with an estimate by 1 pm. I agreed to have him do the work late that afternoon (just before 5 pm) and he worked on the permit over the weekend and had the permit taken care of with the city by 10 am on Monday. His guys were at the house starting the work around 10:30 am. They finished before 2 pm. Bobbie had already set up the city inspection (to sign off on the permitted work) for the next morning (set that appointment up when he went in for the permit -- knowing it would be ready to inspect the following day). And, not surprisingly, the inspection went fine.
I can't say anything about the cost (high, low, average) -- because I couldn't get anyone else to show up to give me an estimate and I needed to get the work done. But, Bobbie was true to his word in every aspect. From doing the estimate, to having the final bill match the estimated cost, and doing the permitting and dealing with the city. It was the smoothest part of the whole meter relocation fun we did. And, of course, the work got done correctly. There was one little hiccup/misunderstanding but we took care of it -- but Bobbie had also offered to fix it (old pipe wasn't removed and we just capped it off instead of having him come back to deal with it).
Overall, happy with the work and, most of all, happy to find a plumber in Tucson able to do the work and follow-up on what they said they'd do.
As a note, we've never had plumbing work done. We only knew about Classic Plumbing from a business card that had been stuck to our fridge for the last decade. We think he might have done the pre-purchase home inspection when we bought the house -- but we're not sure!

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing. We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday. No water came out of shower head. Since we don't use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working. Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day. Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running. He expLained everything and explained the fees. We were more than satisfied.

I would not recommend this company/individual whatsoever. We used Anthony recently to make very minor repairs only to be gouged and charged $300 per hour for service performed by an unlicensed plumber. When his rate was challenged by the site foreman, Anthony's response was they look like they can afford it. Therefore, it appears the owner of this company charges based on a personal assessment (i.e. guess) of the homeowners financial standing instead of what is morally right.

Visited store for information on water softener systems, received very little information or help. Store personnel very unfriendly.

Great service and technician helped me to get my toilet replaced and he took extra time out his day to make that happen when he didn't have to!

I have not met such a dedicated, determined, and conscientious person as Dennis of Rooter Ranger for years. I just came back from our office. This young man was so good I would steal him to work for my company. I'm just back from helping him pack up his van at 10:45 pm. This fellow was a bundle of energy, commitment, skill and talent coupled with old fashioned humility. Everything he touched was perfection, despite the insane plumbing we did not know about our office restrooms. NOBODY works like this fellow anymore.
Neither he nor I initially realized our office building's the plumbing was insane, when I bought the building several years ago. Our original plumbing resembled TinkerToys connected by somebody on LSD after digging it out, much to my despair.
I used Yelp to find this company. I have rarely had such commitment, energy and commitment from ANY company for ANY thing by a singular employee. It was cute this younger guy had my same first name, as Dennis is not a common name especially for younger guys--but not in my generation. Yes this was an unanticipated expense, but it was clear that the original work for our office had a plumber on LSD. Dennis of Rooter Ranger absolutely figured out why we had problems, which was clear to me as no BS.
More importantly, he worked like a demon to fix everything, and tidied up things late at night. I wish the rest of the world was like this, which is the same pride I have for y own work. I cannot speak for Rooter Ranger as a whole company, but if Dennis their plumber is like him--don't call anybody else.
