The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves:  $592!!  They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each.  And charged $300 to install them and the faucet!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!

Our house is a plumbing nightmare--soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.

We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.

Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation--one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.

Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.

I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work--and they stand by it--with even better communication.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to fix my bathroom sink easily after getting advice and supplies from Dub's! Will definitely return for future projects!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Parker and Sons have shown themselves to be an efficient , professional and caring family business.  I've been using them for several years now and am very happy with how my interactions have been with everyone I've had contact with, whether it be on the phone or the skilled and nice people they send out.  I am always looking for those small family businesses that are invested in making relationships with their clients instead only being interested in making money and not caring about the customers concerns.  They have reasonable prices and always seem to be able to come fix a problem quickly without having to wait one week.  If you're looking for an ethical company that stands by their workmanship, you'll find it with this family business.

My toilet had been running for almost about a week, paul was sent out to my residence to take a look at problem. Within a matter of minutes he was able to fix and repair the problem. He was quick and very professional.  Im glad my property manager is working with qualified professional people. Thank you paul you are awesome.

Hired Done Rite to check my mothers ACs.  Technician Carlos was polite and professional. Carlos  properly examined and serviced the ACs  I recommend Done Rite !

Jeff called me within minutes of sending my request and we set up an appointment for the estimate. He looked at all the leak and made several suggestions on how to repair it for the lowest price. He adjusted the fixture for free.  I would highly recommend and call again

Great small Tucson business,  I had Chuck install a water heater around 2 yrs. ago and now I had Kenny connect up a gas hook-up for a new dryer today, he was wonderful, he cleaned up after, checked copiously for gas leaks in the fittings before he left, actually closed gates that he had to go through to initially turn the gas off because he knew we had dogs, and after he turned the gas back on, he closed them again.  
I would not hire any other another plumbers, I trust the Huff Co.  the prices are very reasonable,   they are  trustworthy, respectful and nice.......and no I am not related !!!!!!

Needed help ASAP with a broken pipe that left us stranded with no water.  Dave made time in his schedule to fit us in early before another job.  He was professional, on time and got the problem fixed quickly.  We have already scheduled our next project with Nobel Plumbing... you should do the same!

Anthony has my recommendation! We had a whole house clog - water backing up in toilets, showers and bathtubs on Memorial Day.  Thought I might be screwed and not be able to run any water until the next day. Even though he was on the road back from a vacation he took the time to talk me through looking for a simple fix at the clean outs. He stayed on the phone with me while I opened them up and he explained the clog was probably right at the clean outs. I was able to use a snake to loosen the clog, but had I not been able to fix it, he was perfectly fine detouring to help me fix the problem that evening. I always appreciate when someone tries to check off the simple things first rather than just heading over for a service call.  I will be adding Anthony to my phone list for people to call for plumbing work.

It has always been a great experience working with ASG.  Anthony is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber.  He has done many jobs for me over the years and I totally trust him.

I called Best Way Plumbing to help me with a valve that seemed stripped or loose under my kitchen sink and to do a quick check on my bathroom sink drains as they seemed a little slow. At first glance I was told there was nothing wrong with any of them (which made me wonder why he was staying to do any work in the first place). I asked what I would cost before I left for work and was told I will just leave a bill. That was my first mistake. I returned 1 hour and 20 minutes later to a $270 bill.   $49 for a $10 angle stop at Home Depot, and over $200 for labor that couldn't have lasted much more than an hour (which includes the drive to Home Depot apparently). My drains do drain any differently...oh yeah because they were 'fine' to begin with.  I have always had great experiences with professionals in Oro Valley/Tucson and felt fairly treated but this time was not one of them. Total rip off and huge disappointment.

I used these guys a few weeks ago for a clogged drain. they were very good about coming out immediately. they snaked the drain and found additional problems which they said  would cost several thousand dollars to repair. I paid $200 for the visit and the drain still did not function properly when they were done. after another week of living with the clogged drain I spoke with a neighbor and we fixed my clogged drain for $12. I'm not saying the other repairs aren't necessary, the home is 40 years old but I definitely am skeptical and was unhappy about still having a clogged drain after spending $200

We recently had a very large job performed by Mr. Rooter. In the $5k range.
For starters the guys who did the job were top notch. Very hard workers, not sure they even took a break. Very friendly, and I have nothing to say but very good things about them.
Here's where my review goes a bit south. The office staff. At the end of the job we were told they would do a final camera scan so we could see the results. On Friday, end of the job. We were told the scheduler would call on Monday to come out for the scan. A full week went by and no one called. I sent several emails and texts, no one answered.
A full two weeks later I got hold of someone at the office. I was then told the camera scan would be a new job. I told customer service that was not the agreement. She said there was nothing she could do. The bosses had all gone home, and that was that. She also told me I should not email, the company rarely answers emails.
The next day I got a voicemail from someone in the office. Another voicemail maybe a few hours later. I did reply right away as I was very busy at work. The person that called actually sounded pretty pissed. They said rather rudely. We called earlier, you did not answer us. The tone in their voice was very stern. At no time did they offer any resolution or simply offer to schedule the camera scan.
I did not call them back. I can only assume anyone who would answer the call would basically get defensive and argue. Or just ask for more money.

For a $5K job. I kind of expect a bit more customer service.

I'm really happy with my new AC. Taylor did an excellent job of giving me information about how to make the AC work more efficiently.  Their system of finding any air flow leeks affirmed that my house is sound.  But needed an AC. They put on the unit efficiently and within a few days.  They even let me use a room AC until they could put in the main unit.

We have American Home Shield (AHS) as a home warranty company, but this review will focus on cool breeze comfort solutions. The AHS side was a little bit of a nightmare, but you need to understand that the home warranty company and the local businesses they contract with are not the same people. I feel that customers get frustrated and displace their grievances from the home warranty company onto the local contractors. Also, if you have a home warranty, the process is going to be much slower and difficult for all parties involved because you've added a third party to the negotiations.

I'm going to make this looong story short. While dealing with AHS was a little bit of a challenge, everyone at Cool Breeze was amazing. Our first technician Jay realized our compressor wasn't working, but he also climbed into our attic to ensure there wasn't a leak and even changed out our air filter. The main contact at Cool Breeze's office was Jennifer. She seems like a no-nonsense, get things done type of person and she is awesome! She was professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Our last technician, Justin, who installed our new AC unit (the compressors ordered via AHS failed 3 times, twice was the wrong part, the third time was a defective compressor), is an extremely hard worker! He installed our AC yesterday and ran into some technical difficulties, but you can tell that Justin takes pride in his work and likes to make sure that everything is perfect! Justin stayed LONG after the sun went down. I went out there with a flashlight to help him see and he described everything he was doing and his thought process. I like learning from people who have knowledge and skills that I do not, and Justin was great at teaching me a lot of the basics while still staying focused at completing his work. So far, our AC is working perfectly and I wanted to thank everyone at Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions for all their hard work throughout the past month!

Also, in case anyone is wondering about my opinion on home warranties, I believe that it makes the process a lot more difficult. However, my wife is the only one currently working and I am once again a full-time student. There is no way we could have afforded all the work that cool breeze has done for us, but because we have this home warranty, we were able to get MOST of the cost covered. Yes, it is a headache sometimes, but just considering the dollars and cents I am glad that we had a home warranty.

I hired this company based on a Homeadvisor recommendation in November of 2015 and have had nothing but problems ever since. I had asked for a quote to put in a tankless water heater in the master bath and the plumber suggested putting in a recirculation pump as a less expensive alternative. I never saw any difference after the installation, so I assumed it just was not an easy fix. They also put in a new water heater for me, moved a toilet and replaced some sinks. It was a big job, but I had leaks in three places in the time since then, and had them come back to fix one I found that damaged a cabinet. However, I recently had an issue with a shower (not installed by them) that had a poor water flow suddenly last month. The plumbers I called to look at it discovered that APP had installed my recirculation pump had been installed on the wrong side (ie, the cold water side) and, thus, was pumping water through valves in the wrong direction, which has resulted in a blockage in the master shower and necessitates more expensive repair. Do not use this company! They were expensive and didn't know what they were doing.

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
