Wow!  I do not give 5 Stars but it seems this time I must break my record.
I had an Over/Under 3 ton unit that was fried from a lightning strike.  I used Yelp to do the three company estimate thing so I had choices.  Within an hour of posting what I wanted Daniel from Fusion came to my house!  Fusion should be really happy knowing they have employees like Daniel.
Daniel is professional with a very friendly and easy demeanor.  He just made me feel very comfortable, like a friend I had known for years.  Daniel answered all my questions with great patience and provided an estimate that was actually less than I thought.  I was so comfortable after speaking with Daniel that I canceled the other two companies for an estimate and went with Fusion! The very next day (today), Daniel arrived bright and early and had a well orchestrated team and a crane to remove the unit.  By 3pm I had ice cold air and nice warm heat!  Daniel took the time to answer and explain the install and how to work the new thermostat and then he was gone!
Like I said, Wow!  Fusion should be proud of Daniel! If Daniel is any indication of the caliber of employees at this place, other companies should be very nervous!

I have been having drainage issue with my kitchen sink and needed someone who would get the job done ASAP! Eli at Express Plumbing was quick to respond and super professional. The initial estimate was very reasonable and was the exact price I had to pay when the service was complete. I will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues.

I called out Tim Swanson for three plumbing issues at my residence.  He took care of my problems immediately.  In less than one hour all problems were fixed.  Very fast & efficient & the prices was right.  Thank you Tim, I will certainly recommend him as well as use his services again.

Finding a plumber can be daunting. Luckily I was recommended to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing owned by Jake            O 'Hara. My bathtub had leaked and I was not using it. Jake & Pedro arrived early. They were very polite & quickly resolved the problem.

My ac broke in the middle of 110 degree weather and their technician, Rob, fixed it quickly, hassle free, and at a great price. Great job!

Called on Monday. Responded that their servicemen would be there the following day between 12-4 p.m. Call at 11:30 Tuesday from servicemen that they would be here at noon. Showed up, completed job professionally, and left in timely manner. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Every other plumber quoted us at least twice the amount and said they'd be out 2-3 days later.

We had a water main bust and Kenny and his crew came out and fixed everything in our 65 year old house!  Very professional and very reasonable.  Came in at the low end of the quote.

Needed help ASAP with a broken pipe that left us stranded with no water.  Dave made time in his schedule to fit us in early before another job.  He was professional, on time and got the problem fixed quickly.  We have already scheduled our next project with Nobel Plumbing... you should do the same!

We have used Hector A with Mr. Rooter several times for a chronic plumbing problem.  He has reduced the time we have clogs.  He is on time and efficient.  We are very happy with his work and with Mr Rooter.

Don't hire these guys for anything!  We had a slow shower drain and called them. They damaged plumbing, backed up the kitchen plumbing, called out a water remediation service without our approval, tried to scam us into a $25,000 walk in tub, signed us up for a credit card we didn't want, and hired an equally scam remodeling company.  That was on 3/17/23. Now on 6/1/23 we've spent $6,000 out of our pocket to fix plumbing they busted, the insurance has spent $9,000 for other repairs, and we still dont have a working master shower, our kitchen cabinets are partly ripped out, and no flooring in the kitchen.  Estimates are another $5,000 to $6,000 to get back to where we started.

Dean's plumbing has been very responsive, honest and dependable when we needed help with our commercial properties over the past four years.

PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!!!!!  Modern day scammers.  Had rooter ranger come out a few weeks ago to help with a shower backing up.  So we arranged to have line snaked  thinking old pipes just needed a little cleanup.  Well that didn't go to well as the gentleman was not able to snake line.  I Was told that he was hitting something that didn't feel right and he didn't want to get snake stuck in the line as that would cause bigger problems...   So he suggested we camera line but don't worry we will just do a bundle package to save you some money for snake and camera option.   Ok I said as I would not mind seeing pipes condition and what's causing clog.  
  Now the boss shows up with camera to evaluate what's going on in pipe.    Mind you we are on a roof in the sun with a camera that did not have the best image.  Well we made it down to the clog in line and was told line was broken.  He tried multiple times to get camera past point but it did not pass.  So with that being said he gets  camera up to clog and said its your pipe broken!!!!    So now panic mode sets in for me  thinking I way I need my bathroom shower draining.     So let's camera all lines while we are here so no problems in future.    Before doing that we went to master bathroom to locate where camera won't pass.  Right in the middle of our new bathroom floor!!!    So back to roof the examine other pipes.  Got no good news there either.  All pipes need to be hydro jetted and epoxy coated from what I was being told.   While wrapping up camera stress kicked in ass I knew things were not looking good.    Now for the hard part what to do to fix everything.  Boss came back with the book!!!  $4500 to fix pipe under new bathroom floor.  Just to fix pipe.  Then another 15k to jet pipes and epoxy but to do that you need to add a clean out for another $1700  and we can get start tomorrow on the clean out he says!!! I'm still in shock from the 23k quote and he's already planning job!   I told him I needed to speak with wife to see how we want to go about things.   Made my payment of $247  and festered for next week waiting for second opinion.  Finally Drain medics came out and truly saved the day.   We re ran camera in pipe and found the supposed break see photos .  Rooter ranger was ready to rare my bathroom apart for no reason.!!!!   Shirt was clogged in pipe from previous project. See photos . You get the point by now.   Called to get our money back and they have ignored wife's phone call 4 times  now.   Please see BBB for further complaints.  This needs to stop  .

Today we called on Parker & Sons to help us out with some electrical work. They had someone out within 30 minutes of our phone call and we met Joey Casillas who was very knowledgeable and so personable. What a great guy! He made sure things were done right and explained what needed to be done from beginning to end. This was our first time using Parker & Sons and Joey's service will keep us coming back to them!! We had been experiencing water heater issues, the water's temperature would only stay hot for about 4 minutes max!
When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed  it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.
Paul was courteous, professional, and efficient, I definitely recommend his services!

We had a new toilet installed. James has done other things in the past & his professional work, attitude,etc...certainly sold us on Plumb Plumbing, so this company is who we always call for our plumbing needs.

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing.  We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday.   No water came out of shower head.  Since we don't  use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working.  Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day.  Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running.  He expLained everything and explained the fees.  We were more than satisfied.
