We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. I grew up in Oracle and have always found the help I need from Becky and Dave! Dave is such a sweetheart always and will carry my propane take for me when I need it filled, and even place it in my trunk. Please consider this small town business for your plumbing needs!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Electrical and plumbing work along with customer service have been outstanding.  Family plan seems expensive for the valued added but so far I am glad to be a customer!

We had been experiencing water heater issues, the water's temperature would only stay hot for about 4 minutes max!
When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed  it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.
Paul was courteous, professional, and efficient, I definitely recommend his services!

Let me start with saying that customer services through their call center or front office/dispatch was great, I believe I spoke with Lindsay (might have that wrong). Yesterday, I called and left a VM to schedule an appointment after my tenant let me know there was some plumbing or drainage issue. I received a call first thing this morning and we were able to get a tech scheduled right away for the same day to provide an estimate. I asked if they had a morning availability, they didn't so she booked me for an afternoon appointment for the same day but she was going to make a note to see if the tech could go earlier in case he had a cancellation. Tech arrived couple hours early, which was great! However, this is were customer service went downhill... Tech did his inspection and let my tenant know it would be $300+ to put a snake through due to a clogging issue which then my tenant called me to let me know what was happening. I wanted to speak to the tech directly to avoid the third party communication through my tenant as this is what was happening after the inspection including discussion regarding cost of service. At that point, I wanted to see if the tech could call and explain to me directly about what was going on and not through my tenant as I am the one seeking the service, not my tenant. My tenant let me know that the tech said he wasn't going to call me and he was going to put the snake through and began removing the toilet. I called the office due to I had not approve the $300 service before seeing the estimate or at least speaking with someone first to see what was going on. The office person I got was extremely sweet, called the tech due to as I had explained first, I wanted to see the estimate or at least speak with him first to better understand what was happening. Few minutes later, I received a message from my tenant saying the tech was rude and angry after the office had called him and told her that even if I approved the estimate, he was not going to go back. My tenant was understandably upset due to the interaction at no fault of her own because there should have been no third party communication regarding cost of service other than communication on ETA of the tech with her. I called the office to let them know what happened and again, the office staff who answer was completely sweet and apologized, even offered to send me a revised estimate with a new tech. After the initial interaction, I decided to go with another company who was around the same price. The issue was never the cost of service, it was more the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism from the tech which led my tenant to feel uncomfortable with how mad he was for me requesting a call and explanation of what was going on regarding the plumbing issue before he continued with providing the service. I understand everyone has off days and from the reviews this seems like a great company. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of their techs, however, once again the office person I spoke with was great and understanding.

Jeff called me within minutes of sending my request and we set up an appointment for the estimate. He looked at all the leak and made several suggestions on how to repair it for the lowest price. He adjusted the fixture for free.  I would highly recommend and call again

If I could give this plumber a negative star rating I would. I requested a gas inspection and was quoted $100.  When they came out the fixed a small corner valve to my stove and then charged me for labor as well as parts.  I ended up with a bill more then $250.  The cost does not reflect the amount of work that was done.  As my business expands I will not be using their services.

Needed help ASAP with a broken pipe that left us stranded with no water.  Dave made time in his schedule to fit us in early before another job.  He was professional, on time and got the problem fixed quickly.  We have already scheduled our next project with Nobel Plumbing... you should do the same!

Excellent, professional service!  Anthony responded promptly for our toilet and sink replacement.  His work was professional, clean (NOTHING left behind... not even dust) and fairly priced.  When he encountered unexpected problems with our system, he proposed solutions and moved forward with my permission.  You'd never know there was any challenge.  Highly recommended!

I called Best Way Plumbing to help me with a valve that seemed stripped or loose under my kitchen sink and to do a quick check on my bathroom sink drains as they seemed a little slow. At first glance I was told there was nothing wrong with any of them (which made me wonder why he was staying to do any work in the first place). I asked what I would cost before I left for work and was told I will just leave a bill. That was my first mistake. I returned 1 hour and 20 minutes later to a $270 bill.   $49 for a $10 angle stop at Home Depot, and over $200 for labor that couldn't have lasted much more than an hour (which includes the drive to Home Depot apparently). My drains do drain any differently...oh yeah because they were 'fine' to begin with.  I have always had great experiences with professionals in Oro Valley/Tucson and felt fairly treated but this time was not one of them. Total rip off and huge disappointment.

I must start by saying the receptionist is an absolute sweetheart ! HOWEVER!!! This is an extremely opportunistic company who tried to charge me $ 500 for a job that cost me no more than $200. I was told I needed to order a thermostatic cartridge and they told me it cost $185. I found it on amazon for $70. I understand businesses need to make money but integrity in price should also be a business cornerstone, something this plumbing company seriously lacks. You might fool the others, but ya didn't fool me !

If Mr. Rooter ever runs a camera down your pipes and tells you that you need expensive pipe repairs, do yourself a favor and obtain a second opinion. After showing up late, then starting to unclog the drain before giving me a cost estimate and obtaining my approval, I was told they could camera scope my pipes for slightly additional cost.

After scoping they told me I had broken pipes and required $10,0000 - $20,000 worth of repairs where they feed new pipes through my existing ones using some fancy technique. They said there were two breaks including one under the house were a pit of sewage was growing and eroding.

I was dubious, so I paid $250 to have another plumber send a camera down for a second opinion. Guess what - Pipes look great with no breaks.  The funny thing is, there's a YouTube video done by a Mr. Rooter guy in some other state describing how other plumbers run a scam like this and to be careful!

This issues is on top of the other issues I had trying to reach someone at Mr. Rooter to pay my bill and issues with the technician.

Andrew helped me years ago with my smart thermostat. Unfortunately, my review was posted as a draft and I just found this out today, so I'm so sorry for the late review. Andrew was so very kind and helpful. Other local HVAC companies weren't as helpful, many companies said they don't work with equipment they don't sell. Andrew personally took my call and helped me when no one else would. I love this company.

I prefer to give NO stars.  I thought I made my peace with this company when I finally replaced the unit they installed  in 5 years prior but when the smaller 5-year old unit failed to  work properly and the repairman from another company told me it was wired wrong, I just had to write a review. Not only were the machines only 5 years old but I paid each year for a warranty contract and diligently scheduled the company workers to inspect my units twice a year.  From the installation to the final days, Cool Breeze irked me. I could write five pages on this, and I have to the company owner, but I'll spare you.  Spare yourself, avoid them.

These guys are wonderful.  I used them last year after the terrible freeze broke our pipes, and this year for another plumbing problem.  They arrive on time, they don't overcharge, and they have a full truck of parts.

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
