Best Plumbing Inspection in Tucson AZ

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Luigi Lamberto installed a new water heater in my home last week.  I have rarely met an individual in this line of work, who was able to concomitantly demonstrate the attributes of knowledge/ proficiency/skill, with the personal characteristics of humor/courtesy/kindness, as well as  remarkable competence. The base of my toilet did not sit flush with the floor tile. I got a bunch if quotes but the prices were high,  I saw an ad for the turd surgeon and called,  Jeff came the next day and put a brand new toilet in at half the price of these plumbing companies were quoting me. Thankyou Jeff!

Classic plumbing has always been honest and fair.  They have done Servelatwürste jobs economically and with our interest in mind.

We called Jason out for a second opinion regarding roots in our sewer pipes.  We had previously called Spartan Plumbing who came out did a camera scope and handed me an estimate of $22,000.00 dollars.  Didn't offer to try a different solution or nothing. Not Jason with Sir Jack Plumbing he ran his camera thru the lines and spent effortlessly time working on the roots.  He was able to get a larger passage thru the pipes and told us how to treat the roots.  He is passionate about what he does, saving money for the customer and an honest businessman. His prices are great and potentially save me thousands of dollars.

I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved. One agency gave me a quote that seemed to be a bit of an insurance chasing quote - $1800 for the job. Luckily, Mario from Southern Arizona Plumbing was able to take a look at it, find the simplest way to fix it and do the job within four hours for $400. He was honest, thorough, respectful and ABSOLUTELY saved the day.

Five stars for my experience with Matt Johnson of Done Rite today.  He arrived ten minutes before given appointment time, repaired broken garbage disposal very quickly, located and repaired water filtration leak under sink and installed new faucet in bathroom.  I am very grateful for his honesty and upfront ness and was fearful about buying new disposal for the house with many other expenditures right now.  Most definitely will be calling again to request him  on removing kitchen counters and some other jobs.  Really happy with all today.  Thank you Matt!

Excellent, professional service!  Anthony responded promptly for our toilet and sink replacement.  His work was professional, clean (NOTHING left behind... not even dust) and fairly priced.  When he encountered unexpected problems with our system, he proposed solutions and moved forward with my permission.  You'd never know there was any challenge.  Highly recommended!

I called a while ago for a quote on a dog door installation. We had an old doggie door that desperately needed replacing, but couldn't find a decent door that would fit the hole. The existing hole was between the floor and a window, and I didn't think we'd be able to fit the new door I had purchased in the space. The old door was also framed in and installed pretty poorly by the former homeowner. I called for a quote thinking I would have to patch up the old hole and cut a new hole in another location which included moving an electrical outlet. The lady on the phone gave me prices for all of the scenarios depending on what the handyman found and we made an appointment. I fully expected this thing to end up costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars and, as a result, had put this project off for a reeeeally long time.

I thiiiink it was Dana that came out (can't remember because it has been kind of a long time). He took about 5 minutes looking things over and told me that we could make the new dog door fit the old hole, which was the absolute cheapest solution by far. It took him probably about 45 minutes all said and done. It looked (and still looks) fantastic.

They could have easily gotten a loooot more money from me for a much bigger job, but instead were honest with me. If I ever need handyman services again I will absolutely call these guys. I was really impressed.

I have used Sahuarita Plumbing twice now. This is our first year in this home. The first visit involved two toilet water values. The second visit involved a leaking shower head. Their pricing and service on the first job were both great. On the second job, the shower head leaked for a day when I called them. They got here the next day, but the leak had stopped. Sahuarita Plumbing took a look at the shower head, made a suggestion about what to do if it should happen again and left. These guys are very fair, efficient and friendly.

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty assigned this company to me. Like other reviewers, I do not recommend Rooter King Plumbing. They do not meet minimum business standards. I could not respond to their voice mail as their mailbox was full. When the plumber arrived, he immediately answered the phone and spent the entire time on the phone talking to the warranty company. After he hung up the phone and tried to leave, I insisted he talk to me. His opinion was smells aren't covered; I'm collecting the $75 check and leaving. When I insisted that I had paid $75 for a plumber and wanted a plumber's advice, he reluctantly threw out some ideas. He looked at NOTHING. I still need a plumber's service even if it is not covered by the warranty. Truly the worst customer service.

Had a plumber come and look at the large plumbing problem we were having. They never did call me back or send an estimate. I called their office 3-4 times over a two week period asking for the estimate and I was also told they would get it to me soon. That was over 3 weeks ago and still waiting.....will be hiring and paying another plumbing company. Sorry Mr. Rooter you missed out on a BIG job and a BIG payment. Someone in your company dropped the ball.
