Unfortunately I had to call Fusion plumbing twice in a week. However both times they responded quickly and got the clogged toilet taken care of. The second time I decided to change out the toilet because it was just too old. Kyle helped me both times and he was very easy to work with and professionals he was able to pick up a toilet for me and get it all sorted the same day, no one likes to have plumbing issues. I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.
I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.
I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.
Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)
I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

I have worked around this company for years-at the place I work. Yesterday I called them to help me at my house. They responded surprisingly fast! Now I understand why they are highly rated! Very professional and very nice people. The project ( hot water heater) was completed before I knew it and with no hassle what so ever. We had a total collapse of our toilet floor. All of the lumber under the toilet needed to be replaced and took about 60% of the time needed to make the repair. The bill said replace 3 pipe so the insurance company will not pay a penny. Mr. Rooter continues to promise to provide a detailed bill but over 45 days days and a dozen calls nothing. Right now I am waiting two hours for a call back. This is going to cost me over $2000.00.

I called them because I thought I had a clogged sink , but my washer had also stopped working three months before - because of the plumbing which they found out was not properly installed 10 years ago. I had no P traps , so I was breathing sewer gases. Adam and Jason properly installed all the plumbing with in the kitchen and laundry rooms ; put 2 P traps in so I'm breathing fresh air now. I Also had to get the underground clay tile replaced with the 4 inch black pipe thanks to Giovanni for that also, which wasn't cheap but I know it's right and it'll last for my lifetime with a 25 years warranty. I have to thank Adam and Jason they are such hard workers, they worked on my house as if it was their own they wanted it to be right.However beware they have you sign on a phone , they are charging me $2500 for work they assessed, but it has not been completed because I said no, I can't afford anymore. I have repeatedly asked for this bill to be removed, and they have NOT done it yet

In 2022 when I bought a new home (in Tucson, AZ where I currently live) I was looking to replace the AC unit right away. They were amazing at first, everything from installation and their workers were great. My unit was installed in March 11th of 2022 (Cost me 17K)
Fast forward to August of 2022 I had my first problem with the unit (it stopped working just 4 months after installation, it was brand new and their most expensive unit) they did a great job fixing it in a timely manner, no problems so far.
And that leads me to now, I woke up on 8/10 and my AC wasn't working. I called them right away and they did an amazing job sending someone right away to come take a look at it, at that time the technician told me the motor was done and needed to be replaced. The technician (Who was amazing, his name was Alex) spend 4 hours trying to locate a new motor with out success. He then informed me that they would continue to try to locate a motor and if unsuccessful they would overnight one. Next day I get a call from them telling me they are bringing me some portable AC units to hold me down while they figure out the motor situation (keep in mind it's 89 degrees in my home at this point, I work from home (my home has security install from my company and have a server at my home that needs to be kept cool) and I have 6 dogs so it's not so easy to just go stay in a hotel) I agree, this amazing worker named Mark came and installed the portable AC's but it kept killing my breakers, he contacted his Electric techs and no solution until I had an idea to put an extension cord from my outside electric to the house, which seemed to work at the time. All was kind of good (still no AC but I have the portables) when I am told they found a motor for the AC and they are coming to replace it (YAY ME). When the technician comes to replace the motor he then realizes he has the wrong parts (all good still) he then tells me he just has to go to the warehouse and he will replace it ASAP. When he gets back, turns out the parts are still wrong and there is no fix at the moment so now I have to wait till Monday for it to get replace (cause it's Friday) again, I understood that it wasn't their fault and told them it was okay and they left. BUT then, having 3 portable AC's in the house was a lot for my electrical to handle and my breakers died, so now I have no AC or electricity in the house (Parker and Son's deal with HVAC and Electricity). I called their customer service line, this guy name Ellis answered and WOW he was so rude, non empathic as I was crying and basically told me to fuck off and that there was nothing they could do. I called back, spoke to Will, he was pretty good but again told me nothing he could do until Monday and then the call dropped, he never called me back. At this point, my only choice is to sue Parkers & Sons for the distress they have cause my family and I. It's funny how when they are trying to sell you a unit they are so quick to be there (typical sales) BUT when you actually need them, but they already have your money, you are no longer a priority. If I could give them 0 stars I would because (their employees on the field are amazing but powerless) the way they have handled this situation is absurd. I do not recommend this company to anyone at this point, I choose them because they were supposed to be the best, they are when they are trying to sell you something, but as soon as they have your money they couldn't care less.
And last thing, they also lied about the term and conditions of the loan I took out to pay for the unit (already filled a complain with the bank about this) with all his being said, DO NOT trust Parkers and Son's they have lost their Mom and Dad shop mentality and now they don't truly care about their customers. I work with small businesses every single day and I am Customer Driven. I cannot imagine treating a customer this way or that any of my small business would treat their customers this way.
I am not a Karen, don't forget I paid 17K for the best of the best UNIT and after 4 months it started failing, and when I needed them to make the situation better.....they have failed. Do not trust them.

When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.

My landlord contacted this company because a vacant unit in our five Plex was spewing water from the roof. I was used as the point of contact since my unit holds the water shut off valve and the entry to the roof. Mind you I'm very cognizant of what I have in my yard, where my animals are, as well as the animal excrement that I dispose of, throughout the day, I was kind enough to leave my gate unlocked for their dispatcher James. When James left, I went outside and noticed there were smeared dog poop on my front entryway --again I know for a fact there was no dog feces in any area that he would have neede to be in. I also noticed that where he stepped , was dog poo on every piece of my walkway. I pulled the camera video and saw that he jumped down from his ladder. Did something to his shoe and slammed his shoe on my front entryway smearing dog poop multiple times --he then proceeded to look at the camera and look back as he walked away, leaving dog poop on every step. We were home during his departure so if he did happen to get dog poop on his shoe, why not knock on my door to let me know so that I could assist you with getting it off of your foot and not leaving it on my entryway. He should be ashamed of himself with how he handled that. Luckily, he called me several hours before and I had his phone number so when I called and confirmed that he was the dispatcher to my home and asked him about the dog poop, He said he didn't know how that would've happened but when I confronted him and told him that I had him on camera, He got belligerent and loud and hung up on me. I contacted his office early this morning and still I'm waiting for a manager to call me back after I sent them both videos showing the offense. My landlord is fully aware of what this company did and I asked him never to hire this company to come back to my property or James and I will have a completely different conversation. I don't know what kind of inconsiderate and incompetent people work here, but clearly they don't have common decency. To the company: if you have some thing that needs to be addressed with me, you know how to get a hold of me

This past Wednesday our tankless hot water went out for the 4th time. In the past, Tucson Plumbing has been able to diagonose and repair our problems. The hot water heater was putting out a code 11 which indicates that the gas is not properly igniting. This past April Tucson Plumbing replaced the igniter switch. When they came out on Wednesday, the plumber/tech came out without a gadget called a manometer, a standard and critical tool used to analyize gas pressure. When the hot water heater company refused to work with him without the tool (duh, the unit runs on gas), the tech said that his boss would not let him come back till the end of week, walked off the job, and totally screwed us. The good news is that hours later Pioneer Plumbing got us up and running.
I do not recommend Tucson Plumbing. I will never use them again for anything.
