Best HVAC System Maintenance in Tucson AZ

They came out to do our tankless water service and did an amazing job.  They are very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them.

After assurances that they would come look at my sprinkler heads for replacement, they called me back on the day of the appointment stating they won't work on sprinkler heads that are on an irrigation system. I waited 10 days for the appointment.

So I can't comment on their services except that the people on the phone are nice enough, if uneducated on their company policies.

Second year I have used this company for my annual maintenance.   Once again they proved what a great company they are.  The same tech as last year, Walter, was once again on site.  This time I mentioned about how noisy the air return is.  He added some foam backboard and wow!  What a difference. Did not up-charge me at all.  I would recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.  Thanks Walter!  See you see year.

Chris Devore is amazing!   Came out identified and fixed everything fantastically!   Cannot give enough praise for his work.

Today we had The Service Technician J. Aguayo. He was here for maintenance, great job. Mindful of our dogs and my wasn't offended by my general use of bad language. That's next level customer service skills.
Work was done and none of my dogs escaped and my wife is even happy- that never happens. Great tips going forward insofar as keeping the HVAC without issues. J.A. Helped with the app installation and how it works. I'm definitely sticking with Rite Way for all things HVAC.

My AC froze up during the evening it was so hot; my unit had literally froze up (there was ice); Called Penguin and they identified the probably immediately and were able to fix the probably quickly and professionally.  I was very impressed with their service technician and I decided to sign up for the club membership (maintenance) - so that my AC will be regularly maintained and so I never have to suffer without AC again. They also do plumbing so I'll definitely call them if I experience plumbing issues.

The guy the y sent out was a salesman disguised as a repairman.
He found the problem and repaired it but at a very high cost compared to average. They way overcharge. The guy tried to sell me a kick watery for my compressor which I needed but at more than twice the price of everyone else. Then he tried to sell me another $3,000.00 in service.
I had another company come and instal the kick start for less than half what they wanted. Don't hire this company they will overcharge and try to sell more over charge services. They can afford to give away cheap crap because they way overcharge.
