Best HVAC System Maintenance in Tucson AZ

Sean (owner) and Kyle were timely, efficient and professional.  Gave them a call to take care of a problem with our shower, something that had been going on for the past year.  We finally decided to get it taken care of as it was getting worse (shower valve hard to turn and bent). It turned out that getting parts for this discontinued equipment was next to impossible but they found a way, it took a few days for the parts to arrive but once here they installed them right away.  Turned out rather well, shower valve works well and everything with the shower is good and finally works properly.  The price was a little eye opening but knowing how hard it was to find the parts, the price was reasonable.  The discontinued products were extremely hard to find and expensive.  We would highly recommend Fusion and will use them in the future when needed.  Thanks guys!

Done Rite got back to me within hours of reaching out on a Sunday, they set me up with an appointment as quickly as Tuesday. Todd and Dave were helpful, quick and so nice. I have a condo down in Tucson and got a report from my tenant that there was a possible leak.  Intelligent design got a plumber there same day - and he found that it was just sloshy tenants ;) and not a true leak!  Also found that one of my toilets had been running which was jacking up the water bill.  Great guy!  I will absolutely use again!

Recently got a new HVAC via the Costco partnership, and from start to current state it has been beyond expectations.  They are so customer oriented, and thorough in their approach. I don't have enough good words to say about the process and people.  Still early but what an excellent start.  Highly recommend

A salesman showed up, not a plumber. Tried to sell me a water heater when I didn't even call about a water heater issue. Wanted $700 to install a new toilet.....it better be made of gold for that price!!!  Don't get sucked in by the cheap service call price. I will not use this company again nor recommend them.

But I will say this - they are VERY organized and friendly when you call the office. Good follow-up and text you when they are on their way, etc.

We had a hot water heater install along with a water softener install John franks was very professional and knowledgeable about all my questions. He went above and beyond of what his job duties entailed. Had great conversations with him made the day go great. And also the gentlemen who came and gave me the initial estimate were also very professional and knowledgeable I apologize for not remembering there name. Will always recommend goettl for any plumbing and ac issues
