Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Tucson AZ

They came out to do our tankless water service and did an amazing job.  They are very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.

I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.

I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.

Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)

I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Glad I chose Elite Rooter for plumbing issues.  Tech Brian H. was polite, helpful and figured out the plumbing issue quickly.  It was fixed and the bill was very fair.   Definitely use them again!

Worst experience ever. They showed up when they wanted to and were horrible at communicating. Getting any information on the plan of repair was like pulling teeth and the information I got was not accurate. It was disappointing and I will not be contacting this company ever again.

Called for an estimate, and Edward was at our house the next day.  He was FAR less than the first guy we called.  Before we could take advantage of his estimate, we had a separate, do-it-yourself plumbing problem, and Edward came out the next day and fixed it for us.  He was polite and efficient.  We will be calling Edward back when we're ready for him to do the work from his first estimate.  I highly recommend this company!

We replaced a very old A/C system and evaporative cooler with a new two-stage A/C system. The installers were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them to others.

Amazing Amazing Amazing - after getting the most crazy water heater quote from another company Economy gave me a total price over the phone and I had an appt the next day - they arrived on-time and did everything in a professional manner and the total price actually came in lower - these guys are so honest and reliable

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing.  We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday.   No water came out of shower head.  Since we don't  use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working.  Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day.  Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running.  He expLained everything and explained the fees.  We were more than satisfied.

Horrible services; our rental company uses nobody but this company. We had one issue with a pretty large water leak, repairs where done by the company 'CoolBreeze Comfort Solutions' they repaired the dry wall damage and all I can say is my 4 year old son can do a much better job than what this tech has done.

Onto the next issue, our water heater went out 6 days ago, company comes out because again that's all our rental company deals with out here and the tech looks and determines we need to have the water heater replaced and says we will get the quote over to you immediately so we can get this resolved. Quote just now was sent over today Monday April 15th (3 days) later and we still don't and won't have hot water for another two days all because this company 'Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions' failed to send over quote immediately like the tech said they would do.
