Would highly recommend their services. Not only did they take care of a serious plumbing issue for us, they were kind, helpful, friendly and responsive. The guys ended up having so much work to do on our old pipes that the toilet had to be completely uninstalled. Because they had to charge us for that they agreed to reinstall a new toilet at no cost if we purchased one. I was amazed they were willing to do this since such a high level of customer service is so rare. Chris Andrade was a godsend and I will highly recommend Fusion to friends and family. Absolutely will go back for any plumbing needs.

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! There's not much like coming home to a hot house in the middle of summer, but that's exactly what happened. After calling my home warranty place, they referred us to some random company with poor reviews. After being unable to even get in touch with them, I contacted my warranty place back and said I would like to find my own contractor... and after having Robert with Done Rite come out, I knew we made the right choice. He was very responsive, professional, and was able to fix the problem that same day. I would recommend calling Done Rite for all of your HVAC needs.

They put in a whole-house water treatment system and a tankless water heater for me about a year ago. I had gotten three quotes. Geoff clearly knew the products, the pros and cons of each and challenges of installation. His quote was detailed and fair and gave me much more information than his competitors.

Firstly, we needed a hot water heater, called several people, Chuck, George is deceased, was the only one who showed up, he is clean, personable and I know now, honest, the price he quoted us was very good and we chose a Rheam.  The only problem I had was with the lady that answers the phone, when Chuck and I picked a time and day for the install, I had to call this lady to make  and confirm the appt., so I called right after Chuck left and she never answered her phone and never replied to the message that I had left, so ultimately the plumber had to call and set up the appt.  maybe not a big deal but to me it goes a long way towards being professional.  So overall we love our water heater and will have Chuck back when we have any other plumbing problems, I recommend him highly.

Needed help ASAP with a broken pipe that left us stranded with no water.  Dave made time in his schedule to fit us in early before another job.  He was professional, on time and got the problem fixed quickly.  We have already scheduled our next project with Nobel Plumbing... you should do the same!

Knight Owl was recommended by American Leak company . I needed to repipe my whole house, replace polybutylene pipes . Called 5 companies, couldn't come for week or 2.. Received few estimates , some extremely expensive just for plumbing part . Anthony gave me best estimate including sheetrock replacement and painting . Walked me through the process , work on daily basis and inspection . He is great plumber but even better guy. He fixed in the process all leaking faucets, garden hoses , and many other small problems in my house like handyman! He is building his business with right attitude. I can fully recommend him. It was huge job, 3 bathrooms , kitchen and 2 laundry rooms ( we added one on second floor). Still, his estimate was lower for everything compared with just new pipes from other companies.. give him a call ..

We have a septic tank system at our house and when our plumbing started backing up into the house, we were afraid that something was wrong with our septic tank. I called a septic service company who suggested I call a plumber first and recommended Dunn Plumbing. I'm so glad I followed the recommendation. I called and scheduled an appointment for 4 to 6 pm today, but the plumber actually came earlier! He was able to fix our issue, a clogged mainline, quickly and at a reasonable cost. Thank you, Joe! I will definitely call Dunn Plumbing if we ever have any more plumbing problems.

Fortunately, when we moved o Tucson over 8 years we needed an ac for our home.
We had several bids, chose Williamson's much to our benefit. We have 2 Coleman heat pumps that do an EXCELLENT job of heating and cooling our home. Very economical. We have them provide service to our vacation rentals along with our home. Prompt, honest and John does an AMAZING job explaining every detail. He took pictures on several occasions to show me what needs to be repaired and what it does.
Glad we found them. Superb business.

Called regarding a main sewer line backing up. Offered a $79 clean out on phone. Appointment scheduled between 11AM and 1PM. Plumber arrived at 6PM!  Plumber looked at it and said it would cost $350 to take the toilet off, snake and reseal. Did not consider going from the pipe on the roof. I thought his QUOTE was OVER PRICED. I called Mr. B's Plumbing and Norm quoted $145 +tax! SHAME ON YOU MR. ROOTER for using bait and switch marketing tactics. BEWARE!!!!!

A very limited plumber. I emailed four pictures of what I thought would work as showers for both of my bathrooms and asked what did he think. Never heard back.

Misleading and overpriced. 450.00 to spend about 30 minutes repairing a shut off valve. He said it was in a tight spot, really it's out in front of the house. Their website states they can find leaks. Not really true. We already knew there was a leak between the house and meter we just spent 450.00 for them to tell us that and the new valve which is a relatively cheap part. We now have to hire yet another leak detection company, then another plumber. What a waste of time and money.

John came out to look at all the plumbing issues that were highlighted on our home inspection of the house we just bought. He was friendly, explained things thoroughly, didn't pressure me but gave me enough information to make decisions, and ultimately, saved me a lot of money. Their pricing structure appears to be straightforward and honest. I will call them again if (or when) I genuinely do need repairs.

This company is top notch.  From beginning to end, the team was awesome!  

The water pipe from the meter to my house broke under the cement in the garage.  I thought we would have to tear out the cement, but NuFlow was able to line the entire pipe with a polymer that has a 10 year guarantee, but may last 50-100 years.  (That means no future weak spots to fix.)

They did have to take some cement out by the meter, but they put everything back in place and cleaned everything up before leaving.

Usually when I have men working at my house, they are irritated when I go out to see the progress.  This team was pleasant and always began to explain what was going on before I asked.  I learned a lot about the process.

After everyone was gone, I got a call thanking me for giving them the contract and making sure I was happy.  What more could I ask for?

Checked A/C system; filled 2 pounds of refrigerant; figured out reason system was not coming on was because breaker was tripped.  i used $49 promotion from angieslist.com.   went fine; frank was professional and did the required work quickly.  i would use them again. i have had problems with others who wanted to do a whole bunch of expensive testing and bill me for it before topping of refrigerant but did not have that problem with this vendor.

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician.  He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I  sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
