These are the only guys we call when we need help with our heating or cooling.  We were very lucky to have had them recommended by the previous owner of our house.  She was thoughtful enough to leave a list of companies she had been dealing with over the years and when our AC quit working we figured why not?  Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and even if they didn't know they quickly made sure we were put in touch with someone who did.  Our service tech came out and worked a while on our unit, made several adjustments and even rigged it so the AC would at least work until another worker could come out and finish the job.  After everything was said and done we were ready to pay on site but they said they would just bill us.  That kinda made us nervous not really knowing what to expect, considering new parts were put in, plenty of labor etc.  When the bill finally came we were shocked at how LOW it was.  I mean we had just braced ourselves for the worst I guess but it was very reasonable.  Lastly what I really appreciated is that the tech took time to explain exactly what the problem was, showed us what was and wasn't happening and what needed to be done.  This is a great company!

I had my yearly plumbing inspection done and Julian was very knowledgeable helpful explained and showed me everything that was of concern and let me know what possible issues I might run into, he took his time to ask me about my concerns and see what he could do to help me. He was very respectful and nice and extremely helpful. I am very happy to have met him and had him do my plumbing inspection.

We had our duplex HVAC Systems serviced today and we had both units get the once over by the Tech Colt Salazar! Colt was thorough and knowledgeable of the systems and very clear of his explanation of what was being done! Thanks for your attention to detail Colt! DO NOT USE GOETTLE. Have you ever heard of $$$21,900.00 for an AC unit to be installed? RUN...they are RIP OFFS to say the least.  These type of people are out there watch out.
