Don showed up on time (serious).  We had a couple plumbing challenges that he rose to complete with the best attitude I have ever seen.  He's knowledgeable and profession and cleans up after the jobs.  Every one looks for a great plumber, well, here he is, I promise.

He is a one man operation. He know what needs to be done and does the job. His price is fair/what it should cost as I researched on line.
Honest/ dependable, on time, works efficiently, leaves the work area clean, returns calls promptly. Takes the time to ask questions, give advice. Everything I ask for in a service person. HE IS THE PLUMBER I WILL CALL WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM.

Had a leaking shower faucet that was due to improper installation before I bought my house. Needed less to say, it's hard to find someone competent and knows what they are doing. Don is the only plumber I will call from now on. Service was quick and price is very fair! Thanks Don!

There are many competent plumbers in Tucson, but the mark of a very good one is what happens when an accidental mistake occurs.  Don replaced our kitchen faucet and a dishwasher hose because it hadn't been replaced when the new machine was installed two years before, and replaced a shower cartridge/faucet apparatus,

The jobs were well done and we were pleased.  Or, we were pleased until we used the dishwasher.  Our almost-new machine, that had operated perfectly the night before Don came to work, suddenly would not drain.  When we called Don, he did not think he'd caused any problem but said he would be happy to look at it--even though he said he knew nothing about dishwashers.  He warned us that if he had not caused the problem, he would have to charge us for a service call.

Worried that we might have to pay for Don's trip (when he probably would not be able to identify the problem) AND another trip by a  dishwasher expert, we made an appointment with a repairman  from Christies.  That technician found that, when Don installed the hose, a wire had been accidentally knocked off its pump position.  He moved it back in place and the dishwasher worked perfectly.  

The charge was $65 for the service visit and $30 to reposition the wire (a ridiculously high fee, but that seems to be standard practice).  When we told Don we knew accidents occured and asked him to at least share half the cost with us since he was indeed the one who had caused the problem, he said he would do even better by giving us an hour's free labor.

Don was great ! He came quickly and was able to help out with what he could. He also explained what he was doing and what he recommended. We'll be calling him again if we ever need anything again

Just found out that our guest toilet wasn't bolted to the floor and that the metal flange was completely rusted out, preventing us from installing a new toilet.  Don at Don's Plumbing Service came out within a couple of hours, installed a new flange (previous owners had busted up the concrete pretty badly) and got everything working well at a very reasonable cost.

Found our forever-plumber!  Just a new cartridge, but Don had to chase around to find the right one.  Looked at a trickier problem in a second bathroom and took the time (no charge) to explain 3 different options in detail to us.  It isn't a big job either, but old fixtures that are rusted on and not available.  I had another plumber in the Tucson area that spent 25 minutes on the phone with an irrate customer and charged ME for his time on the phone . I won't mention names, but he was highly rated by yelp.  Nope, we are sticking with Don.

As a new Tucson homeowner,  I found Don to be  courteous,  fair and knowledgeable.  He completed some tweaks and messy pipe clogs at my place; the drains are now clear, and the fixture he installed (replaced) looks and works great.  Very easy to work with, responded promptly.  Highly recommended.

For the past 10 years, whenever I have needed a plumber I call Don.  He is fast, dependable, honest, and inexpensive.  Last time I had an issue I called him at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and he was there by 4:00, done by 4:30 (he had all the parts he needed in his truck).

We have used Don for years now at a few houses and have been very pleased. He gets the job done quickly and neatly. When he leaves the house there is no mess, in fact it is usually cleaner around the area he was working than when he came.
When parts are needed his years of experience are very helpful because he knows the brands and quality.
His pricing is not only competitive but very reasonable. As long as he is in business he is the only plumber i will call.

I left a message for Don almost 3 weeks ago.  He never called back.  I guess he doesn't need new customers.

Thanks, Yelpers, for helping me find Don's Plumbing Service!  Don was very professional and cleared a problem drain that we'd worked on for a couple weeks.  Price was very fair, he explained everything well and of course, fixed the problem! I highly recommend him.

We discovered a leak under a sink and gave Don a call.  Once again he provided 5-Star service.  He's incredibly knowledgeable, thorough (never takes short cuts), friendly, explains everything he does, and he shows up on time.  This is why he's our go to guy for anything plumbing.  Really glad we found him as he's now helped us with a multitude or repairs and updates to our plumbing.

What a nice man! Don saved us what would have been about  $700 for a new faucet. He's honest and affable. We appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to find a less costly alternative. I highly recommend him!

I called Don yesterday and he called back the same day. He came over to our condo and quickly diagnosed and repaired the leak in our bathroom toilet. He was pleasant and courteous and his fee was very reasonable. He has certainly made a new customer and  I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Don was AWESOME. I contacted him based on his overall positive Yelp reviews. He came over the same day and fixed a bathroom sink that two other plumbers could not. His hourly rate is $30 less than other prominent plumbing contractors in town. I am so relieved to have this issue behind me. I would definitely call him again. Thank you Don!

We have purchased a home with four bathrooms. Formerly, the house was used as student housing. Don spent half a day getting the bathrooms working correctly. His parts pricing was very reasonable. We appreciate his fixing things correctly and then testing everything. He discovered a leak in the main water line and fixed it.

My house was built in 1953 and somehow the metal drain piping under the bathroom sink had corroded to nothing recently. I got a total of 3 quotes. Two companies wanted to charge me more than $350 for it but Don only charged me $82!!!!! Don was very much willing to do the job! There are qualities you expect from a company such as punctual, reliability, reasonably priced and trusting. Don has all 4!!! He was receptive in my phone, got my name and number; called the tenants to schedule an appt. He ACTUALLY answers his phone and follows up with another call (since I'm considered the landlord of the house) when he was done with the job, not like other companies. You ACTUALLY get to talk to him and he showed up on time, this ensures his to be reliable and punctual in my book! At $82 and that includes parts he needed...GREAT PRICE! With the combination of all these characteristics, allowed me to trust him and his outstanding work! Definitely one of the best examples of a great company! His work ethics blew my mind, you don't see hardwork anymore! He's my plumber for life!

I needed some very basic work done at my home - toilet was making noises, water heater needed flushing - so I checked several places and ended up having Don's come out and I'm glad I did. The service was quick, he did a great job and fixed a few problems I was having and did it for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Don's again for plumbing needs.

Honest, reasonably priced, and just an all around great guy. I well be recommending Don to every one I know. Don has a one man shop so he won't be able to do the full replumbing of our house that we will be needing soon, but I highly recommend him for any run-of-the-mill plumbing needs. It's rare to find service this good.

I spoke to Don about a leaking pipe. He's swamped right now and my job may be too large for him to handle (he works solo). But he let me ask him a million questions and provided me with a few tips for keeping the cost down if I reach out to other plumbers...WOW!! My water heater developed a pinhole leak and sprayed a fine mist into my garage all night. The next morning I realized the issue, checked Yelp, and discovered all these fabulous reviews. Don responded quickly to my voice mail, and just a bit later that morning replaced the broken pipe with a new one. Problem solved, and at an affordable price. Recommended!

My kitchen sink stopped flowing so I called Don's Plumbing Service and he was at my house within 2 hours. My problem was way more complex than anticipated but Don stuck with it and did a great job.

We had a good leak that had been going on awhile and turned into a musty, messy situation...
under the sink...in a small cabinet. Don is skinny so he fit! It wasn't a fun or pleasant job to do ...and with a few naughty words from under the cabinet...(it helped to loosen the pipe) he got the job done fast and affordable. He cleaned up upon completion of job. Just an easy transaction to something I thought was going to suck ... very fair price. Thanks Don!
