Obviously we had plumbing issues, they had come over, two of them and one looked maybe 30 the other had to be maybe 14-15? They sat outside and did the same thing for over an hour...

They are inexperienced and have no work ethic towards actually giving your main problem...

They snaked our drain for maybe 30 minutes and couldn't do anything about it, then referenced us to a (BETTER) more experienced plumber...

They then proceeded to hand us a $210.00 bill.

You can hire who you'd like but they were more into getting the money they were owed then the plumbing issue at hand!

Just please advise their are better, more CARING plumbers out there!

Thank you advanced plumbing for doing absolutely NOTHING but tell your (apprentice) child what to do for 30 minutes and snake for 5 then charge us $210!

EVERYONE is strapped for cash right now and you went out of your way to do nothing then take as much as you could!

Awesome company that gets someone out the same day!  I would highly recommend for any drain issue you may have. They were quick and affordable!

He was very punctual, professional and gave us even more information which was much appreciated.

I do have to say that the tips and advice Phil gave us is proving to be even much better than previous output.

What a joke of a business!! I would rate 0 stars, if I could!Talked to them on a Saturday and said he would be out Tuesday to service our hot water heater (that was not working). Never heard from them on Tuesday. Didn't even have the decency to answer the phone when I called 3 different times on Tuesday. Not sure how you are still in business, but you certainly shouldn't be with running a business like that.  

Call Perrysburg Plumbing, much better service and customer service.

One of the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with. Jen from their office unfortunately doesn't have time to be explaining billing with me... I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars too, they don't have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!!

I work in Detroit as a master electrician. my wife lost hot water.  I wouldn't be home for the weekend. she called them and they came out and told her that the wiring in the hot water tank was fried. that we would need a new tank and that they would install it for $1800. I told her I would be home the next day and to wait for me to diagnose it.  I found that the flammable vapor sensor was bad, a $14 part.  i replaced it and the hot water tank came on.  no issues since.  this company is dishonest and a bunch of crooks. there are people that would have paid because they don't know any better.  Shame on this company.  A few days prior to that my wife called about our sump pump not working they told her $500 to replace the pump right off the batt without ever looking at it the pump is a $39 pump it takes 2 minutes to install and nothing was wrong with the pump the float was hung up total dishonesty and  No integrity

My sewage line was backed up. My landlord called this company to unclog it. They cleared the line but left the feces on my basement floor and stuff still in my drain. I called to complain and their response was they just clean the line they don't clean anything and I left that feces on the floor. The only reason I would give the one star that has to be given is because he did take my dehumidifier down to the basement.

I received a quote of $400-$500 to install Thermador appliances in a new kitchen. After meeting the installers in the morning, I left to take care of other business.  Upon returning, I was told it took longer than they expected and I was presented with a bill for $700 - 40% more than quoted.  I called the next day to express my dissatisfaction and try to reach an agreement on a lesser amount.  Todd, the owner, said he would think about it and call me the next day.  He never called back and future attempts to reach him were unsuccessful.   There were no old appliances to remove and it was a kitchen addition so everything was new.  Unless you like paying way more than you expect - stay away from this one.
