Best in Toledo OH

I'm writing this review for my mom's cousin.  She doesn't have a smart phone or computer, but wanted to let everyone know how pleased she was with Alternative Plumbing Plus.  She's been living with a basement full of water for nearly 2 wks.  She was quoted a price of nearly $7000 to fix the problem.  The other company said they had to come in with a backhoe and dig up her yard, to fix the problem.  She is on a fixed income and doesn't have that kind of money.  She looked in the phonebook and called Alternative Plumbing Plus.  They came out right away and she said within an hour, they had unclogged her drain and her basement was already receding.  All for under $400.  It's sad to think that other companies would take advantage of an elderly widowed woman.   Alternative Plumbing Plus took care of the problem quickly and more than fairly.  She highly recommends them.

Handyman Elite was hired based on a recommendation of a good friend.  My daughter was fixing up items identified by a home inspector.  The areas included electrical, plumbing, siding repair, trim repair and roof repair.  While on the roof he found areas around the chimney that the inspector missed.  The repairs were satisfactorily repaired.  Final bill was $400 less than the estimate.  Great work!

Before the plumber arrived, I was very leary of this company because it only had one review on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau and that review was very negative. In addition, the company has only been around since 2020 and has no online presence. It seemed sketchy. However, I had no choice in the matter because Courtesy Flush Plumbing was assigned to me by my warranty company to fix my clogged toilet. In the past, I had a HORRIBLE experience with another plumber that was assigned to me by First American Home Warranty, named Mancini Plumbing and Drain, which now has an F rating on BBB and I have vowed to never let in my house again. So I was wondering if I was going to have another bad plumber experience.

Luckily, my unsettling feeling quickly turned to ease as plumber Steve was very nice, on time, and fixed my issue quickly. He spent time taking me through the issue and even gave me an idea for how I could fix the problem on my own for cheaper in the future. I was very surprised that he offered up that information because that knowledge essentially takes away business from his company in the future if I have the same issue. However, that type of honesty and desire to unselfishly help me as a customer is hard to come by with plumbers. So the next time I need a plumber, you better believe that I will be contacting Courtesy Flush Plumbing to help.

Steve is a one-man team, small business that I highly recommend. It's important to note that if you get Courtesy Flush Plumbing assigned to you through a warranty company, there is only so much that Courtesy Flush can do for the service fee as it all depends on what is covered by your warranty policy. Go into it knowing there may be additional costs if the repair is not covered by your warranty policy.

My parents can not stop raving about Fred and what great customer service he provided to them and asked me to leave a raving review for him. He was very informative, reasonable, trustworthy, and we had fantastic results!

It's also very reassuring, especially with me being across the country now and not able to help quickly, knowing my parents have a trustworthy reliable plumber that they can call for quick help if needed.

My sink had been draining slowly and finally stopped draining at all. I wanted a union plumber and came across Merit on the Local 50 website and gave them a call. They sent Robbie over first thing in the morning, and he did a fantastic job! I was worried about how much it would cost, since he had to snake pretty far. Under 200 bucks! My sink is working great now and I was able to use it and make a delicious dinner tonight. Thanks, Merit!

Blissfield Heating is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. Today is Christmas Eve Day and service calls are backed up because the wind chill is 30 below. The excellent technician Ken came out and did detailed testing to determine that a faulty limit switch needed replacing. The owner, Don, personally drove 20 miles to my home to give Ken the new limit switch so the emergency repair could be done today (it had gotten down to 58 degrees in my house). After he left, Don went out to do several more service calls personally. What an outstanding work ethic for the owner of a company to work so diligently on a holiday. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs (they no longer do plumbing).

The team at PAF exceeded my expectations.  My job was unique and they had no problem finding a solution. Very professional and great communication along the way. Highly recommended!

Needed them ASAP On a Sunday. Everyone was so nice from the calming voice on the phone to the two men that came out to drain our overfilled septic. When the tub makes gurgle sounds that is a bad thing. I/we did not know that.

We needed a plumber today badly. I randomly chose T & J Rooter Service and boy was I ever pleased. They came out quickly. They assessed the situation and they charged the exact amount that they quoted. The work was completed efficiently and the cleanup was great. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Communication was great, for a day or so. Then they ghosted us on an emergency job at a business for 2 days and we never heard from them again. Beware.

Did great work.  Fast, efficient, and cleaned up after.  Couldn't be more pleased with their work.  And affordable too.  The workers they sent out should be given a BIG A** raise.

So I am a manager at the local Dunkin Donuts and we had a drain backing up. Naturally I looked up Roto-Rooters because we have used them many times in our Cleveland stores. When I called this particular location the lady was very rude. First I was trying to explain to her what kind of services I wanted and before I finish my sentence she cut me off and with an attitude repeated I said what is your phone number. I told her to hold on why I looked it up and explained I just transferred here so I did not know the number yet. She sighed and we continued I gave her my name and then she asked me for the address and again I told her one minute why I looked it up. She had the nerve to say are you serious you don't know your address. At this point I was getting irritated with her attitude so I told her it was Dunkin Donuts and no I did not know the address because I was new to the store. As I started to read it off I hear a dial tone. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I have worked in customer service my whole life and have never treated a paying customer like that. For her to treat a customer like that is completely unacceptable, especially since it is somewhere in the area of $132 dollars an hour. I would never recommend anyone use that particular location. Because of her bad attitude and poor customer service they lost a lot of business. NONE OF OUR LOCATIONS WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Poor quality and poor service. The owner is a scam artist. If you have issues don't call him back. He's a criminal!
