this guy said he  knew what was wrong with my hot water heater .  $127 later it still wasn't fixed. what did he say? go on the internet and figure it out. are you kidding me? on top of that he was the highest priced quote on heat and air. thanks a lot!!!! oh it got fixed. I did it myself !!!!

Guys are great! Assessed a massive sink drain clog and leak. Both worked very hard and replaced all pipes, upgrading my 60+year old pipes to PVC. They worked around my 3 dogs and me the nosy home owner. They made almost no mess and gave me a very respectable bill. I would always recommend The guys at Howard's hardware and Plumbing.

Had a plumbing job I wanted to have quoted at my house.  Made numerous calls and emails to attempt to get a quote.  I could not get one response from the person responsible for their plumbing estimates.  Very unreliable, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Heat went out called 3 times never returned my call And there the ones who put it in about 6 years ago they got there money I had 2 other bad experiences with them.

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.

This is a scam company that claims to know how to fix things just to take the money and put a bandaid to cover the problem up.  Ron was hired to waterproof our basement and took money from us and gave us a warranty a month and a half later we have the exact same problem when he came out he made other excuses as to why it was leaking and now refusing to repair it.  This company needs to be closed down because its a run by criminals who scam hard-working people and have no intention of doing a good job.
