Home repair can be nerve wracking and expensive and you don't want just anyone working on your home. Time and money are valuable commodities.
Fickwood Plumbing responded quickly, scheduled me promptly and kept me in communication before the technician's arrival. (He was actually ahead of schedule!) They replaced my faulty flange and reset my toilet, thoroughly and accurately explaining the why of it and remaining all very cost efficient. Conscientious, professional, experienced and cost efficient. Hands down, the best!

I have used Rooter Man several times and was always pleased, until now. One of the workers showed up to unclog a kitchen drain, had issues and left. They were to return the next day. I got a call early that said they would be there around noon. No show, no call. I called around 4:30 and told them to wait until the next day. Again, no show. I called a few times and they would not answer the phone. They did call me  around 6:15 and said they would be there in 15 minutes. I told them I was done with them and not to come. They left me hanging for 2 full days, probably on a job that paid more ? Anyway I can no longer recommend them to anyone. This is now way to do business, especially with a return customer.

Fed me a line of bull because I needed by lines cleaned out and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Charged me 3 times the going rate and I fell for their let's see where the line runs on the street. Totally unprofessional.  And lets not forget abut the empty lot they own on my street where they cut the grass at 9 o'clock at night when
hard working people are in bed to go to work early in the morning.. Call Root Wrestler where they are honest and reasonable!
