I would highly recommend this contractor. He responded very quickly and I found him to be very trust worthy.

Came the same day.  Texted when he was on the way.  Reseated toilet and replace broken flange.  Very quick, quality workmanship, and a very nice guy.

Manger of warehouse call my wife a b**** today. I don't think i will be using them again.

Called and let them know that I thought my main was clogged becuase the sump pump, and washer caused the sink to gurgle, and recently the shower drain had become slow. They sent someone out to look at the issue. The plumber snaked the main and said there was blockage about 80 feet out, charged me $133 and was on his way. This morning I took a shower and the drain was still as slow as before. Called Speedy Sewer and Drain back to let them know the problem was not solved and they said they could send someone out but it would be a new charge. I asked why because I mentioned the shower running slow to the person I talked to on the phone for the original call and to the plumber when he arrived, I was told because it is a different line.  I would not recommend this company unless you have extra cash laying around that you need to get rid of.

Richard Mann, LLC was provided a check for $1,800 to provide work on a swimming pool.  4 days have gone by and still Richard Mann has not performed any work. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE on Richard Mann as what he has done is FRAUD | CRIMINAL. Richard Mann doesn't return telephone calls or text messages. Richard Mann was enthused to work but once when he received payment he didn't even perform the task at hand.  I have passed Richard Mann's contact details onto the POLICE.

Beware of individuals like this as they act like they are calling up other vendors to get a quote. Walk off to their car and come back and say I can do it for this much. Please watch out for guys like Richard Mann as they are professional scammers.

I had a flood in my basement. On top of that my sewer line was backfilling. As a result I was not able to use the water in my house. So I called Mr rooter to set an appointment. They said they would be here the next day on a Saturday which was nice. At the end of the 2-hour window they gave me for an appointment they called me to tell me they would not be able to make it out that day but that I would absolutely be the very first person on their list the next morning. Again at the end of the 2-hour window they gave me they called to tell me they would not be able to make it out that day. At this point I have not been able to run water in my house for 3 days including the toilet, the shower, laundry, dishwasher etc. These people are unreliable. Do not call them for an appointment. They will not keep it. They will leave you stranded. They are not reliable. I wish there was a way to leave less than one star. These people prey on folks in an emergency as a standard business model. Unacceptable.

Requested an estimate. They arrived very late and charged $130 fee. Said they had to measure and talk to the boss and came back with a price which was like 1100$ more than another company. Emailed to ask if estimate charge was standard practice and for a more detailed written estimate. (Wanted something I could read as the written one was scribbled and didn't describe the same thing the guy was telling me they would do.) Have not received an answer to the email.
Also uncomfortable with one guy leaving to go to another area of my home while discussing drain in the basement. Was gonna have them do a smaller job (375$ snake sink drain to start unless they broke the pipe then 675) before signing up for a big job, but they failed the test. Seemed like a lot for that, so no.

Terrible.  A friend of mine (who knows the owner) recommended them, so I called.  Left repeated messages with the guy's wife.  Never a response. Months later, I needed some other work done, so, again on my friend's advice, tried them again.  Same story:  left several messages with the guy's wife; never a call back.  

Been using Kellermeier ever since.

My advice?  Don't bother with this Henson putz.   Go with Kellermeier.
