Our furnace was failing, went into lockout mode, and only blew cold air.  I called United Home Comfort, Sherry was super friendly and helpful. She set us up for a same-day appointment because we were without heat.  The technician Brice showed up on time, and after a little troubleshooting, he diagnosed the problem.  He was able to get us up and running and we now have heat!  I normally try to fix things myself but I'm glad I called UHC because my diagnosis was wrong and I would have spent big $$$ on things I didn't need.  I highly recommend United Home Comfort!!!

Kern Heating and Cooling is very professional in giving evaluations of existing heating and cooling systems. Their service is quick, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Rob and Chris came today to replace and install an upstairs toilet for us. From the ease of scheduling the appointment to greeting the plumbers at the door everything went smoothly. Both Rob and Chris had masks on and so did my husband snd myself so we felt safe in these covid times.

The toilet removal and the installation was done in a timely manner and their clean up was above average. They also installed a stainless steel flange which was needed.

There is other work we need to schedule in the near future and we will be sure to be calling Bob Dicks Plumbing.

I recommend and  will refer this company. Rob and Chris both know their business and Rob answered all of our asked questions.

My outside water spout didn't work good, i called and they were there before the scheduled time and they took care of it and all i can say, is im very satisfied. They did a great job!

I want to commend Todd Brueshaber from Alexis Sewer Cleaning Company for the beautiful job done cleaning out my 101 year old home's sewer pipes.

In my opinion he went beyond the call of duty, even with clean up and full explanations on the what happened, what to do, how to avoid problems, all kinds of everything one needs to know... And all at a very reasonable price.

Corey came to my newly purchased home for furnace inspection and cleaning. He was very thorough and informative. Provided sound advice for the future, which I totally agree with, but less the hard sell. Based on the visit, I signed up with Kellermeier for a service contract, which I typically have done with other homes I've owned. I highly recommend Kellermeier!

We've used this company many times. They usually arrive the same day, do the work well.  They usually give tips on how to avoid the same issues again.

I had a man come out and give me an estimate for a large residential plumbing job, along with a very small duct work repair. The estimated price was expensive but fair, although it didn't include the duct work. When I asked for a written estimate, the man seemed a bit offended and insisted that his word was good.

The plumbing job took about half as long as he had estimated, and among other things, included re-seating both toilets. The floor under one of the toilets needed to have some wood replaced. I supplied, cut, and fitted the wood while the three plumbers waited.

I also was told that one of my sinks drained inside a wall and would have to be re-routed through the floor at a small additional cost. The men came back a few days later to do the sink, but arrived with none of the parts necessary to do the job. One guy left and was gone for a full hour while the other guy napped in the crawl space. I was assured I would only be billed for the time they were actually there working.

When the plumbing bill finally arrived, I was surprised to see the initial estimate had been increased by 500 dollars, and additionally that I had been charged for floor repair! I had also been charged for the hour that the plumber had left to get forgotten parts.

When someone was finally sent over to do the duct repair (a small hole) he said he couldn't find the hole. The plumbers had all seen the hole but said they couldn't do sheet metal work (union rules).  It took the sheet metal guy nearly three hours to do a less than one hour job. He too said I would not be billed for the time he had wasted, but when that bill came I was charged for the entire time he was here.

The work was professional and everyone was very nice, but be sure to get any estimates etc in writing from these guys.

My parents' toilet broke at 5am this morning, Zachary arrived by 10am to install a new toilet. He stayed to help my father reinstall the shelf they had above the toilet afterwards and even went out to his truck to grab a few extra pieces that were needed to make it work. My dad tried to tip him $20 and he said no, he wouldn't take the money.

I live in AZ while my parents are in OH, it makes me sad that I am not there to help them out in emergencies but it makes me very happy that there are people like Zachary that go above and beyond to lend extra hand when he sees someone that might need it. 5 stars in my book.
