HISTORY

Established in 1962.
Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating has provided affordable, efficient, expert service since May of 1962, when Norman Kellermeier purchased what would become the Kellermeier Plumbing and Heating Company in Haskins, Ohio. He brought with him a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience operating his business essentially as a one-man operation--although his sons, David and Gary, worked with him on weekends and summers during their school years. In 1974, David and Gary each purchased a third of the business to become partners with their dad and in 1977, they hired their first full-time co-worker, Ken Podolak.

Had them put in their sump pump system. Just after 3 years, the switches fail and they say it is a manufacture defect but it is out of warranty. Paid over $300 to get replaces, less than 2 years later, the switches fail again, have them come out and tell me the same thing. Manufacture defect and they want $289 to replace again. Technician was very rude and disrespectful. They are doing nothing about it. I will be switching out sump pumps and getting rid their system. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL.

I called on a Saturday and got connected to their call service right away for my A/C that stopped working. The technician called me back within the hour. He came, diagnosed the issue, had the part in his van, replaced it, and got the unit functioned in about an hour. He was courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend their services as I would definitely us them again.

Corey came to my newly purchased home for furnace inspection and cleaning. He was very thorough and informative. Provided sound advice for the future, which I totally agree with, but less the hard sell. Based on the visit, I signed up with Kellermeier for a service contract, which I typically have done with other homes I've owned. I highly recommend Kellermeier!
