Travis was awesome and quick to respond.  I called on a Saturday afternoon.  I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes.  But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe.  He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected.  
The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call.  

I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed.  If anything should require service they would come out at no charge within the time frame of the guarantee.  Shocker.

If I could give it no stars I would. Caleb, came to my house so that I could have him look at a clogged sink the first thing he said to me when he walked into my house is all you have a really nice house, looking around my house like some sort of a who knows what making me feel completely sketchy. Then asked me where I worked. Proceeded to say how very lucky I was to live in such a nice home. Has a Nazi star on his elbow, quoted me $1000 for garbage disposal told me it was the asshole price, gave me two other prices along with that and told me that the fee was $50 if I did not have any work done it wouldn't go towards any work. He stood by my bedroom door while he waited for payment which I thought was unbelievably disrespectful , totally sketchy,Then he proceeded to tell me I wasn't getting my money back!!! Watch out and be careful cause they have some sketchy people working for them !!!

Hands down the best AC company I've ever dealt with! I found them online 3 years ago and since then they've taken care of all our HVAC needs. This is a family owned business with strong values and an amazing service. Great prices and prompt responses. I recommend it to everyone!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately had a overflowing toilet and a bathtub backup occur on the night after Thanksgiving. Contacted Clog Kings, and even though he had several other calls, Jeff promised he would be there but it would be late. I had no problem with that.
    He arrived about midnite and was already working out back by the time I got outside. He had resolved the problem within the hour. He was extremely professional, courteous and patient. Even though it was late he had a positive attitude and clearly reflected that he enjoyed helping people.
    I highly recommend Colg Kings over any other plumbing service out there.

Very happy with the service here. I had two plumbers come before them and they couldn't pin point the exact issue. All of my plumbing in my house had been backed up for the last 3 days. I called and they were able to send someone right away! Anselsmo was able to figure out what was causing all of the back up in the lines and was in and out in less than 2 hours. The person I spoke to in the office was very nice as well. Highly recommend!

I have used this company for the last 15 years, I have always found them fair and  reasonable until recently.
Beware of their mark up practices on parts. I honestly think the service person charges whatever they want.
For example I was charged 180 dollars for 1 1/2 hrs labor and for a service call. No problem, but then I was charged 120 dollars for 4 shut off valves, 3 sleeves and 1 90 degree elbow. My jaw hit the floor. I expected a healthy mark up, but not at this level. These shut off valves are 8.95 at Home Depot. Lesson learned, I'll buy my own parts next time or I'll shop around for a more reasonable plumbing company when it comes to pricing practices.

Had them over multiple times throughout the years, whether indoors or outdoors... Wonderful people!  And even though I am a Florida Master General Contractor - still licensed; I AM RETIRED!  I thought I had seen everything, likewise the boys from GUS too... until we had to, not once, not twice, but three times over had to unclog the old cast iron septic drain line... the Amazing things we've found that were clogged up the pipe and HOW did that ever get in there still remains a mystery. The 3rd time - we both worked together and really made sure that drain line was completely clear from one end to the other!  Things we have found in the drain line:  1950s' - early 1960s' Women's Swim Cap; late 60s' to early 70s' Matchbox and Hotwheel cars,  1950s'-1960s' Era Cotton Towels (you can tell by the design); a late 1960 to early 1970 Men's (not Women's) Girdle. How they ever got in the pipeline still remains a mystery (The home was built in 1955)... But using my old (which finally died most likely from fright from seeing what was in the pipeline) light and camera...  we did find out that there was a metal Spur that was snagging things...the usage of my old Lightning Rod (6 foot steel rod) and banging the metal spur worked!  But they have repaired toilet, replaced an old original wax gasket, replaced kitchen faucet... RECOMMEND!

Quickly fixed my issue at a very affordable price. Very responsive to my emails, and provided my invoice and receipt electronically. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a faucet replacement for my bathroom sink online and needed someone to install it. I was told that a diagnostic visit would cost $100 and then if I accepted the job the $100 would be applied to the cost of the job. We set an appointment for later in the week but I received a call that there was room in the schedule to come out this afternoon.  I estimated the job would take 20-30 minutes tops as the faucet was only a year old and part of a bathroom remodel. So I was shocked when  the plumber arrived and I was told the the price was going to be over $300. But if I refused the job I would still need to pay $100 for the visit. Wow. I asked them to reconsider and the plumber called the office in Safety Harbor. I asked to speak to the manager and negotiated a price of $225. The work took 27 minutes (I timed it) not including processing my credit card etc. The company told me they have been purchased by a larger company so they are no longer a local Safety Harbor company. The tech was great and the end product was great. I wish I had asked for the cost of the project before the visit... I would have cone elsewhere.  I share this information so that others can learn from my experience. I should have requested, or the office manager should have offered, a price quote. I did speak to the office manager before posting this so this should not come as a surprise.

I will Never use another plumbing company!  Outstanding service from the time you call until the work is completed.  Highly professional

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity.  I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done.  They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time!  The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable.  It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises.  These guys are honest and do what they say they will do.  Highly recommended!

Wow ? Please stay away! After being a good customer for a number of years they decided to change their customer service level on a series of events caused by them. Scott their manager seemed more interested in making a $100 + than addressing service issues inside Dunedin Plumbing, signed Ripped Off

Not impressed with the level of service and knowledge.  I also thought the cost was pretty high for the level of work that was completed.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
