Had an old leaking water heater. I did a search on Yelp and requested a diagnosis and estimate. Water Heaters Masters responded pretty quickly! I was able to get an appointment 1st thing in the morning. My service technician was Brian. He was polite, straight-forward, did some clean quality work, hauled the old water heater away, and got everything done in about 2 hours start-to-finish! Louis arrived on time, waited for my folks at the door, fixed the kitchen faucet within 30 minutes and accomodate my request for job photos and promised to come back if there is leaking. His rate is reasonable too and best thing is, you just need to call a day ahead to confirm the next day appointment. Will for sure hire again, and provide invoice too.
Btw, I bought an extra set of faucet. feel free to let me know if you'd like to have it. I'll let it go half price of home depot

Freddy was here in timely manner and very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and went to work. First time to use plumber so I would use them again. Great job and price was reasonable.

Junior did a great job inspecting everything and then explained what needed doing and why.  He took care of what we needed on the spot.

Sunday morn, and I tried to adjust a 'running' toilet and of course I made it worse.. Came to Yelp and found Jc Sewer & Drain Who SAVED THE DAY!!  ON A SUNDAY!!! Very nice lady on the phone, and she sent me Jeffery. JEFFREY IS AWESOME!! They fit-me in within the hour (think I got lucky there) and I was back in business within an hour. Cost EXTREMELY reasonable (especially for a Sunday). I now have Jc Sewer on my 'emergency list' for home plumbing issues. They are now my GO TO Plumbers!

I called Friday afternoon for a stuck shower cartridge and they were able to come out the same day and get my shower cartridge placed super fast!!! Very friendly,  super knowledgeable too!

My first email I had was with Gabriel, the owner. Very very nice on email, and I'm sure he's nice in person. Two days later, we had Anthony and Kai to come to our home, They were phenomenal! I can't believe what incredible people work for Freitas Plumbing Water Heater. Anthony and Kai installed 3 toilets, The toilets were completed in a little under two hours. Anthony and Kai both picked up all of their mess, which wasn't very much at all, hauled off the old toilets  boxes they came in and any debris that was here from the job. The new toilets work genuinely perfect! I think if you need a job, large or small, Freitas Plumbing and Water Heater Company is the ticket. Anthony and Kai were so professional little joking here and there it was awesome I feel like family was in my house!!! I had a major break involving the water line into my house. Despite some issues with the initial repair they came back out the next day and redid the entire repair.
I don't expect perfection but I do expect someone to get the job done as promised. So despite the initial hiccup they did what they promised and did so professionally!
I hope I don't need to call for plumbing help again but if I do I'll call Superdrain.

Mohammed is the most nicest guy I met. I never met the man in person, but over the phone he was so professional.

We had a problem with the temperature of our water everytime we took a shower or just needed hot water. Mohammed responded within minutes and just over the phone he guided us in what to do with our water heater.

Other yelp bussiness asked for them to take a look at it in person, but Mohammad just needed a picture and walk us through in what to do before he made the decision if he needed to come down to check it out. All along the, pilot flame went out.
