We had a serious plumbing problem...washing machine backing up into the tub, toilets not flushing, and dishwasher not draining and spilling out onto the floor...oh my!   My husband Bob drives to work the same way daily and spotted Mr. Ed's Plumbing van.  Made the call and got a call back within 40 minutes. He was able to come out the next day and gave us a 2 hour window. When Ed's day ran long he called to let us know he was running late and when we could expect him to arrive! Yay, we really needed the use of our toilet, washing machine, and dishwasher, oh my!  Ed stayed until all systems were clear and told us if there was a problem in the next 30 days, he'd be back...no charge!

Needed a sewer line inspected during the holidays - Jason  and trainee arrived on time and then went above and beyond.  Full job was done after close of escrow - excellent coordination with the city of Stockton. Sewer lateral replaced and clean out  work at highest levels.

So JC Sewer to the rescue AGAIN!!! Had a plumbing issue outside and within 2 hours it was done! Jake came out and he was AWESOME very personable and professional. If your looking for a great company, try them out! Thanks again for showing up and getting it done!

I called Friday afternoon for a stuck shower cartridge and they were able to come out the same day and get my shower cartridge placed super fast!!! Very friendly,  super knowledgeable too!

Called first thing after a rather brisk morning shower. Answering service took my call and informed me someone would call me back soon. Sure enough, maybe 30 min later I was contacted and told a Service Tech would be by mid afternoon. True to their word he arrived. Christian was AWESOME! He was very friendly, informative and direct. Due to the age of our home, 2 very intrusive dogs and a 8 week old puppy it was not a simple swap of the old water heater to the new. He did not let that deter him. After installation we were given a very thorough walk thru of the new unit as well told about the warranty. We will definitely be keeping them in the contact list for any future needs.

Great service!!!!!  My pilot light on my heater was not functioning and Muhammed was able to come to my home within a few hours of my call.  After discussion we agreed to replace the heater.  He was able to complete the job then and there with a more efficient heater.  Very professional and efficient.  I am very happy with the new heater as the old  one was not the highest quality.  I highly recommend using this company for plumbing needs!

Colin is a super nice guy. He did a thorough job of checking for leaks inside and out. He wore a mask and is very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Less than no stars. Clueless and incompetent. 3 times in 6 months and each time, the same old story....it's our fault....well folks...they didn't have enough experience to check the pump on the septic system....it needed a new pump motor. They charge bank robber fees and don't guarantee their work. Josh and Jim and the rest of the Roto Fraud unit will not be there for you except to bilk you out of your money. Go see George at Richards Plumbing. Outstanding and experienced. Do not patronize Roto Rooter...your toilet system will not be the only thing being rooted. See Sarah L article. ...same result.
