Nino said he would be there in an hour to take care of my mother's water heater and arrived in 20 minutes.  Did a thorough inspection and determined replacement was necessary.  Handled the job early the next morning and called me to assure me that everything was repaired and hot water had been restored to the home.  Very professional and attentive to detail.  His assistant was also very thorough. Thanks for the great job!

I had a leak under the slab of my house, In demand plumbing responded quickly. They gave me a couple of options and I chose to have my pipes all put above ground in the attic. They were very respectful of my home. They completed the job in 2 days. The price was very fair for the amount of work required. They were quick, clean and efficient. I highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I wanted to switch to a tankless water heater. Rico came out and did a great job (including going into my crawl space) to map out how the installation of the new water heater would be installed in the new location. He did a great job explaining to me what would need to be done.

I heard right away from the owner, Alex, and I was scheduled within the week.

Rico showed up on time and got right to work. Two other people came and did specific aspects of the work. I could tell they'd worked together and respected each other's work.

Rico went above and beyond on a hot day to be sure everything was working correctly with no leaks.

The invoice was the same as the original proposal even though there were some unexpected hiccups.

More details about my plumbing problem here: I had a leak from the main pipe from my house outdoors connecting to my sprinkler system. It probably had been there a long time but I did not know. The ground around and above it in the back of the yard had gotten waterlogged, muddy. Luis had me send photos and a video to assess it via phone. He gave me an estimate. He then came and examined it in person. He told me he could fix it that same day. He was honest and upfront about the process and the price. We agreed to everything and he did such a beautiful

They have a $99 trip charge up front and do not quote a price until they arrive; Roto-Rooter uses that same tactic, but they charge $75 for the trip before the estimate. This is a hardball price waiting to happen once you're already $100 into it. Terrible.

Tried to call to get some answers and curiously asked as to whether or not they offer an over the phone quote, the woman on the phone then said no and hung up on me. I tried to call back but was met with a voicemail.

There was no chance for me to ask further questions or schedule an appointment.

We needed a sewer line replaced, Carlos came out when scheduled and gave us a free quote.  After getting other quotes we chose JS Plumbing to do the job.  We are very satisfied with their work.  They were on time, friendly, communicated well, took care of the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and the price was very reasonable.  We highly recommend them to anyone that needs a sewer line replace or repaired.  They were very professional.  Thank you very much JS Plumbing!

We had our gas shut off due to excessive leakage. So glad to have found Freitas from yelp! Guy came n fixed our gas lines early Sunday morning, n we got hot water and heat!!  Guy was great... knew his trade very well, was responsive and very professional. Rajinesh was great. My husband and I needed a t.v. mounted and we reached out to R.A.S.S through yelp. Rajinesh gave us a quote within seconds. His asking price for his services was more than reasonable. He even gave us suggestions to where we could get a mount at a lower cost. He was always happy to take our calls when we called with questions.

When the day of the project came, he asked if he could come earlier than expected (which was a bonus for us). He finished the job quickly and efficiently. He didn't cut corners and made sure my husband and I were satisfied with the services.
