Last night I had to contact Jeff again regarding another leak under my sink.  This was a new problem and not due to anything Jeff did.  Jeff responded to me immediately and set me with an appointment for first thing in the morning.  This morning I had a slight conflict with my appointment and I contacted Jeff.  He immediately responded and was able to change the time.  Jeff arrived at my home at the new appointment time and fixed the leak.  He was so kind and said the leak was an easy fix and didn't charge me.  Once again Jeff was accommodating and great to work with.  Thank you!  My loyalty will continue to In Demand Plumbing.

We (my husband and I) were doing a kitchen remodel and needed to move the plumbing from one side of the kitchen to the other.  We also needed to have a gas line installed for our new gas range (previously had electric).  

Mike did a great job of completing this work in a professional and timely manner.  In fact, when the city inspector told me he would not sign off on the plastic pipe Mike used for the gas line, I called Mike in the middle of the day to see if he could assist me with this matter.  Not only did Mike answer his phone but then he took time out of his day to speak with the inspector while sending the inspector the manufacturer's sticker for the pipe he used (to show it was the proper pipe to utilize) and a Certification showing he was authorized to utilize this piping for our gas line through the top of our garage.  The inspector had no choice but to sign off on the gas line which he did.  Without Mike's assistance, it goes without saying I would have had to spend additional time trying to resolve this matter.  Mike work was second to none and his customer service skills are top notch as well.  

We will definitely use the company again for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend you do the same.

Mr. Ed's plumbing came out to my house quickly as promised. I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The original quote was for 329.00 having to pull the toilet because I was unaware of the clean out trap outside. I have had this problem once a year for the last 4 years. Mr. Ed's is the first plumber that was able to locate the trap even though it was buried. It ended up being 140.00 cheaper than originally quoted since with the extra work he was able to access from outside. Very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We've used the services of Knights Plumbing several times now and they are always professional, kind, and helpful! They do all of the things that businesses should do including texting/calling before they arrive, documenting the issue with before and after photos, thoroughly explaining the problem and different solution options just to name a few. Honestly, I would have thought because Roto Rooter is such a big name that they would do a less than complete job but boy was I wrong! I only called them because we had an emergency issue and they were the only ones open.  They did an amazing job for us, they were quick, competent, very informative, tried to save us money every way they could, and got the job done quickly. I am more than impressed with the two techs we had out, Jacob and Mauro.  I won't be calling anyone else.

Rajinesh was great. My husband and I needed a t.v. mounted and we reached out to R.A.S.S through yelp. Rajinesh gave us a quote within seconds. His asking price for his services was more than reasonable. He even gave us suggestions to where we could get a mount at a lower cost.
