Best Heater Installation in Stockton CA

Ever since I had bought my house, I had dread calling for assistance or service on appliances in the house (i.e. AC, plumbing, electricity), especially if my dad or brother cannot make it to the appointment. It seems like any individual, I had either called or come over to the house to inspect, had made it seem like I'm such an inadequate homeowner.

However, with Nino, he didn't do that. He made me feel like we've been friends for years. He ensured that I was educated on how to keep up with the AC unit (even the water heater and filters!), and with his guy, they made sure that the unit was in top shape and working appropriately. I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Called about a problem inside the tank for a toilet.  Jeff was able to quickly diagnose & fix it.  No charge.  Our water heater is on its last legs.  Will definitely use him for this as we have done for other plumbing needs.

Who thinks about water heaters until you're forced to think about them? Well that was us! Our 13 yr old water heater started leaking from the bottom but we didn't notice til our hot water went lukewarm. so we checked it out and sure enough water around the bottom and pilot light was out. After getting a few estimates this company was quick and efficient in communicating and had what seemed to us to be the best price. They didn't try to upsell but were very straightforward in showing us a similar replacement to our current hot water heater. They actually called to see if they could come get the job done earlier than our appointment time and that worked for us. They were super quick and everything looks nice and clean. Thanks for a great job! 50 gallon tank installed in less than 2 hours, old one removed and disposed for us. $1450 all said and done.

Very happy I reached out to LM - had a project that was just beyond what I was comfortable doing myself. Luis was able to get to me next day and repaired the toilet that was a problem. Explained everything and did great work, very happy with LM and will use them again when I have my next plumbing surprise.

Mr. Ed's plumbing came out to my house quickly as promised. I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The original quote was for 329.00 having to pull the toilet because I was unaware of the clean out trap outside. I have had this problem once a year for the last 4 years. Mr. Ed's is the first plumber that was able to locate the trap even though it was buried. It ended up being 140.00 cheaper than originally quoted since with the extra work he was able to access from outside. Very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Jesse arrived promptly, to service our two water heaters, he was professional and polite, he was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and what I/we are looking for throughout his inspection, he was thorough and neat, what water that may have spilled, he was sure to clean the area.it was nice to talk to a young man who appreciates his job and the company he works for. I had to call on a Sunday afternoon for service and I was pleasantly surprised they were open, reasonably priced and super kind.  They scheduled to come over and help us get unplugged and up and running again.  It was a bit tricky but the technician didn't give up and was friendly the whole time.  Thank you so much, definitely will be our first call in the future.

Had a spike in water bill and had calwater and several others come out.
Called JS and sons (referred by a friend) and was about to get leak detectors, but took a shot on Juan's judgement that it was the main line.  Juan and his boys are workers that get the job done, without hesitation he fixed the problem. If anyone ever asks me for plumbing, I will always refer them to JS and sons......Thanks guys your awesome!!!

Hubby and I agree 5 stars!! Today at around 5:30 am,my husband notices the water would not get hot. He inspects the water heater only to find it leaking huge amounts of water. He turns it off and we frantically search Yelp for water heater specialists. I see Freitas Plumbing at the top of the page and the rest is history. Anthony arrived punctually and began work immediately. Our water heater was 15 years old so we knew it had to be replaced. We agreed on an extremely fair quote. We had a few plumbing issues like, broken kitchen faucet/leaky pipe and toilet tank wouldn't fill up. I called SuperDrain and the nice lady I talked to was so friendly and scheduled someone to come out on the day I needed them to. Rem, the technician had a pleasant smile when he arrived at our front door. He greeted us so warmly, and we could tell he really enjoys his job. He was knowledgeable and clean. We were leaving on vacation in two days and the water heater went out.  Mohammed was the only one who could come out and said he could replace if necessary.  He came almost when he said he would but called and let us know he would be ten min late. He  checked the water heater.  It was bad. He was efficient, measured everything, even was able to work around the awful venting the people who installed my heater did.  He is very exacting and when it was done it was clean and tidy as well as put in perfectly. The water heated up right away. It is always nice to watch someone who knows what they are doing and do it right. I felt he was straight forward and honest in his evaluation and cost.  I am going to have him again to fix another unit under my sink.  Great service!!

We called Roto Rooter out because our washing machine wasn't draining the water from it's wash cycle. We told them that from day one. Over the course of two weeks we had several different members of their team come out and do various work to try to fix it. They snaked our drains, scoped them, replaced pipes underneath our deck and our house, work totaling almost 5k and they told us the problem was fixed. Not even a week later we started having the same issue again. So we called them back out because their work has a year guarantee on it. Well they came back out, snaked the line behind the washing machine (which poked holes in the return u-bend which I am currently fixing) and they lied to our faces by telling us we never told them the washing machine was a problem. I will not be using them in the future and would caution folks against them. One star.

Raj did an excellent job installing a bathroom fan, attic duct, and vent it outside.  One didn't exist there before. It's works perfect.  He is truly a professional and the quality of his work is top notch, as you can see.  Price is fair, honest, and very reasonable.  I highly recommend him for any task.
