I hired Fixer to fix a troubled toilet. Kei from Fixer arrived on time and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the issue. I'm definitely using Fixer again, and I highly recommend them.

This my second time working with SeaTown Electric and to finish off a project done by another electrician. I wished my GC took into consideration in using SeaTown to begin with because they're amazing!! Their customer service is second to none!  Matt, who came and conducted the estimate was on time, gave us a courtesy call when heading over, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Unlike other electricians I have used in the past they always are warm, easy to converse with and treat us with the up-most respect, and clearly showed that no project is too little or small to work on.

Their scheduling was easy! Just call and their crew will take it from there.

Brent, who was our Journey Man came on time, another wonderful courtesy call, reviewed the scope of the project, and went over step by step what he will be doing and why. He ensured his work space was cleaned after his service, gave some great recommendations how we can maximize our use of electricity and gave use some great insights.
It was a pleasure working with Brent and hope to work with him again in the near future!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!   What a terrible company to do business with.  on 12/8/17 we were going to have our bathroom floor replaced and the hot water tank is in the same room.  When we turned off the cold water fill valve we noticed that it would not completely shut off so water was still leaking from it.  Had to end up turning the main water shutoff at the meter so the flooring company could do the install.  I called SW Plumbing to see if they could come out and replace the 3/4' Ball valve prior to myself putting back the hot water tank.  They said no problem and would be out later in the afternoon after the flooring company was finished.  My wife stayed home for the flooring install so she was home when SW Plumbing showed up.  They presented her with a written estimate of $553.00 to replace the ball valve.  This estimate was never broken out by hours or parts.  I called them later that morning to inquire about the job and they stated that all jobs are quoted by job not per hour.  I do believe this way they can charge much higher prices if they see you are in a bind as we were as we had to get the ball valve fixed.  My wife stated they were there approx 1 hour and maybe $50 worth of parts.  So that relates to $500/hr for labor.  I called South County Plumbing just to get an idea as to what they would charge.  They quoted me 1 hour at $180 plus parts so about $230 at the most.  I'm wondering if the owner of SW Plumbing is concerned with all of the negative Yelp reviews because I never see any responses from them.  I work for a moving company and if we ever get a negative review somebody in management will immediately respond to that unsatisfied customer.  I have called and left a message for the service manager to call me to explain the charges but I really doubt I'll hear from him.  I will be posting this negative experience on social media as well to try to get the word out to as many people as possible.

showed up -as agreed- to give me an estimate to clean my furnace ducts. liked his style and explanations. Based on his info, I also added a 'blower fan cleaning.  Hired them.  John next came by himself.  He spent over 3 hours thoroughly cleaning all vents and blower.  Patiently answered the myriad questions I asked. He cleaned up completely.  Will use again. Will recommend.

Poor customer service based on the various exchanges I have had with the company over a very simple plumbing issue.

Just look at the replies by the company, especially by Mark, and that tells you exactly what to expect from them. Don't take it from me - take it from Mark!

This septic company came to my house and told me I needed an entirely new septic tank well that's fine except for they charged me $85 to move 1/2 inch of dirt off of the septic tank plate! the guy who came to empty the septic told me there would be no charge for that but they still billed me anyways !and when I  called and complained they wouldn't take it off they gave me a huge rate for the septic tank replacement and no amount for a fix it ? when I called a different septic  company they came right out and gave me quotes for everything ! To fix and replace a 20 Thousand dollar difference !! once they found out I wasn't going to fix it with them they wouldn't return my call or even discuss the thousand dollar charge for coming Out to my home to empty my septic and look in the tank telling me I needed a new one they were here for 35 minutes and charge me an additional $650 on top of the $450 to pump the tank ! The sales person Bob is a real shyster in the company is completely unorganized they told me they would be at our house at 2 PM and showed up at 7:50 AM The office billing the sales people the actual workers don't communicate they just kept passing the buck and transferring me from person to person with no real answers I highly recommend you find a different septic tank company to use

Upsell. Upsell.  Upsell.  Spent an hour trying to turn the replacement of a shower cartridge into a home remodel.  Absolutely unscrupulous.  Claimed could not identify correct shower part without cutting hole in adjoining wall.  Rick B was the service tech.  Even told me the problem was likely my water heater & it needed to be replaced too w/o ever looking at the water heater.  Gave a quote of $822 w/caveat cost could exceed $3,680 & part would have to be special ordered.  Of course Morgan's had part & another another plumber easily replaced cartridge all for $569.  Beware single women & the elderly.  This outfit will prey on the unwitting.  I will never ever call these masters of the bait & switch again.  You'll be freakin' if you call Beacon.

We have had thr worst experience with Black Hills. Our new heat pump and furnace were installed the last day of March. Here we are coming up in the end of May and our very expensive unit is still not working properly. We have had SEVERAL technicians out to fix the issue and each time they have left with saying we still need to use emergency heat and default to our furnace. After having the service manager out the conclusion was to just replace the entire unit installed and that would be completed after he returned from being out of office. Lack of communication on Black Hills part is really making this experience miserable.
