Best Wiring Repair in Seattle WA
This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.
My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.
After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-
Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.
Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.
Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.
On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.
Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

I had fixer come 2 x to my 1922 home- first to fix wooden gates on the property and to install locks on 2 old doors that did not close properly- Jason was thorough, communication was excellent and appreciated that he tidied up! Thumbs up!

They were nice, professional, did a great job. Explained things clearly. I will use them again when I need an electrician.

On one whole side of our house, the outlets were not working. I tried the simple stuff and flipped all the circuit breakers but the power didn't come back on. In the morning, we contacted Dean around 7 on Christmas Eve and he was out at our house by 11am.
He quickly found the faulty outlet, replaced it, gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. He was wonderfully kind and courteous (and great with our dog).
Highly recommend!

My experience left me somewhat unsettled and doubtful. I could not tell from the technician if he was under a lot of sales pressure or if he truly had my best interest in mind. He corrected one problem but then tried to sell me some other repairs as well.

Beacon gets it done. I'm glad I called these guys. The first time I worked with them the guy on the phone solved my problem, I just wen't to ACE and picked up the valve and installed it myself. So I called them when the sewer pipe clogged on my rental property. They came out and cleaned it out, saved us thousands of dollars over other quotes. Then when the septic tank backed up at my home, they fixed that too, for $1500 less than a quote from a septic tank company. I can't say how thankful I am.

I had my septic tank pumped for the first time today. We have only lived here for 3 years and it was pumped out fully before we bought the house. I came home to a pile of dirt with the seal for the lid sitting on the pile. I had to call and find out where the seal came from if it needs to be put back on or did they replace the old one. The first time I called they said I had to wait for the office to get the paperwork. The second time I called I was able to talk to one of the managers and he said that the driver said we need to replace the lid. This is not noted on the paperwork and was not reported to my wife. I am not sure why anyone would not replace a lid that needs to be replaced. If you don't want to have to come home and find a pile of dirt and a lid seal on your lawn I recommend using another company. The only reason I used them was the good reviews on yelp. I hope other home owners do not make the same mistake.

Had a sewer drain backup into our house and called beacon to unplug the line. They showed up complaining about having to work the on call shift. Gave me a quote to fix the issue that I agreed upon and asked for clarification that that price was to clear the line fix the problem. The technician stated yes that's to complete the job and clear the line. They stated they would put a camera down the line to see the blockage. I was a skeptical about this because the line was full of dark water how will they see anything? Shocking they couldn't. They also brought along a snake that the end was broken off of. I have used them in The past and the usually have a tip to grab the stuck object and pull it back. The technician stated it works better without the tip I found this hard to believe because it's just a wire. They spent 30min then I heard my name called and they stated they couldn't get it, but they have a tool that would but they don't have it with them and it would cost me 2200$ for them to come back with it. They charged me the full price of the estimate stating I have to pay it because they attempted to fix the clog. Very unprofessional lack proper tools and then try and upsell what will work after hardly spending the time to actually fix it.

PSE referred me to Resicon LLC for a smart thermostat project. I just newly moved to the place and honestly I wasn't exactly sure how the heating system works around here; that's when I was so glad that Jason from Resicon answered the call. I've been scouring for answers regarding the heating system around here since it's been bugging my mind. Jason came at my place, he was punctual and very friendly; we even chatted about my dilemma.. after explaining my whole situation he began to work. Not only did he swap out my thermostat to something more efficient (smart ecobee thermostat) he even showed and explained what my heating system was, where it was located, how maintenance and upkeep should be done, and a lot more info. I was super impressed with the attention to detail Jason. Thank you for your professional work, I highly recommend Jason and Resicon for your HVAC needs or smart thermostat project needs. Thanks again Jason!

My son just purchased a 2200 soft home built in 2006. The home is heated with a heat pump and his heating bill was running $600/mo. He called Black Hills for quote to fix it. They came out, said his 12 year old system is obsolete, needs $3500 in parts, labor would be on top of that and he might as well put a whole new system in at a cost of $10k-$15k. My son decided on getting another opinion from a company call Sunrise Energy Systems out of Puyallup. The technician had the parts on his truck, he repaired the system and then verified his repairs, total cost under $300. I asked if it looked like the system was on its last legs. The tech said everything is running as it should and has a lot of life left in it. Beware of Black Hills. They were mining for gold and stretched the truth to the breaking point. I would only recommend them to someone I did not like!
