Best Lighting Repair in Seattle WA
Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

We wanted to replace a recessed light with a pendant. We try everything DIY, but this was too technical a job for us. After calling an electrician, who couldn't see us until March and charge us $500 at minimum, I tried Fixer, who is much cheaper and could see us today!
Jacob, our handyman, and as on time, friendly, and figured out what we needed to do. After running to Lowes to get a box to replace the recessed can, he installed everything no problem.
He also told us that Fixer's market are small jobs just like this, as if call an electrician out here, they're booked up and only want to do big jobs.
I would use this service again.

I do a lot of plumbing contracting for our Condo Association in Bellevue
I have contracted with the Board out over 100K in plumbing to reconstruct our 50 year underground end of service plumbing systems into a reliable 21 century system. There was one building that we had a great deal of difficulty with because of uncooperative owners and a difficult configuration
After two years of frustration and four other plumbing companies throwing in the towel (3 of which are very major commercial companies), I reached out to Seatown and that was the charm
This was a complicated 22K plus job that involved exterior trenching, interior work and point to point underground work and Seatown came through with flying colors!. I had the pleasure to work with their estimator Cody to lock down the contract and throughout the project to solve problems. There was one change of Contract because of unforeseen circumstances but Cody reworked our contract to the Board's satisfaction.
Blaine was one of the plumbers on our job and he had great attention to detail and the owners were very happy with his work.
Seatown, Code and Blaine are at the top of the heap as far as comany and Plumbers with communication skills and that for me is very important for me on a big project because as a volunteer, I am not paid for headaches. Additionally, Seatown has an automated system that communicates through both Text and emails to notify multiple parties of appointments days in advance and also hours before the actual appointment

The power in our apartment went out on a Saturday night and Dean helped us get back up and running in no time. He was super courteous and friendly.

I would not recommend anybody to use the services of this company. Their repairmen are not trustworthy.
One cold winter our furnace stopped working. Temperatures out side were below freezing and inside around 50 degrees. To warm things up, we used the fireplace. Since it is an older home, it also had a blower which did an OK job heating the main living areas. We could see the temperature in the house using the thermostat.
We called South West Plumbing from advertisement in phone book. We were a bit desperate and didn't get other quotes. The repairman checked out the furnace, came into house clomping in dirty boots, pulled the thermostat off the wall and did some analysis I assume. Prognosis was that our blower was damaged and not worth fixing - $1000 charge.
After he left, we noticed the thermostat was no longer working, and we were still unable to heat the house using furnace. Hauling wood was getting old. The thermostat was working fine before he started taking things apart - and was broken after he was finished - coincidence?
We called and repairman came back to the house to inform me the thermostat was broken and not worth repairing. He did not have my style of thermostat in his truck, but did have a more expensive ~$500 model. I was again in a tough spot, as we needed the house warm, with 3 kids under 5 years old, so signed the paperwork.
I felt like I was held up, ripped off, and trying to work with the company about this left me totally unsatisfied.

My parents had them out to repair and service the AC. After the tech left my dad heard some noise coming from the furnace. He called them back out there. They came back and locked out the furnace and said the 3 year old furnace needed replacing. My parents are in their 80's.
My dad had another licensed and well respected company come out and tell him what was going on. That tech said The furnace was fine.
It cost my parents an additional $200 plus dollars to find out it was ok.
Bad on you Hunt's Services.

So thankful for Beacon plumbing coming to my house today and dealing with a terrible clog. James could not have been more helpful, efficient and informative. Lifesavers!

I had a same problem as the other people. Had them out to a house I was selling to draw up an as build for the country, and sign off on it . He knew I had put a new tank in. But all of a sudden after paying the bill he would not sign off on it because he hadn't installed it. So he want more money to dig it up and reinstall it. LOL So I had to pay twice for the same work. This is a greedy company, stay away from them.
Had another company do the drawing and sign off on it, all in a week. They could actually go look at the tank and see that it was installed correctly.

Update - seeing the review reply from the business, yes we do have multiple signatures and the invoice and the service DID NOT match what we agreed! Disappointing!

We purchased a new heat pump and furnace (12K) with these people just about a year ago. Not at all happy. The person selling us the unit really sold us on the energy efficient properties and cost savings. We were under the impression we would be saving a lot of money on our heating bills to help offset the cost of the new unit. They even would guarantee it. Right. That is not the case at all. A BIG FAT SALESMAN'S LIE. We should have been less gullible, however, with the good rating of the company we felt we were okay to trust them somewhat blindly. I would not recommend trusting them at all.
