Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

Very reliable. More expensive but very helpful and the work was completed. Good communication via text and email with updates and changes with scheduler.

I really wanted to do business with Seatown and like them because we had three independent recommendations to use them. We are buying a house that has a laundry list of items to address that came from the home inspection. I was drawn to Seatown because they could potentially knock off problem areas in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

When I asked about getting an estimate I was told 1) they charge $250 non-owner fee to provide an estimate of a house we haven't closed on yet, 2) $289 diagnostic fee for electrical work, 3) $89 dispatch fee for the hot water heater, 4) $189 dispatch fee for the furnace.

They said they would generously only charge a single non-owner fee for estimating all three types of work where it sounds like the normal policy is to charge that for each type. However we were up to $817 merely to come out, assess what needed to be done, and write me up a quote. I get it, their time is valuable and there is a risk that not every quote will lead to a job. But the unwillingness to even credit future work for the cost of the diagnostic and other fees they charge to put together estimates was the nail in the coffin. I just can't bring myself to spend over $800 with nothing to show for it but a quote, no matter how amazing the reviews are.

Dean is such a savior. He came such short notice to my house to fix an electric repair situation.

He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He educates the customer on why the issue occured in the first place and repairs it in such a timely fashion.

I've had really bad issues with contractors before but Dean has really come through. I'm really grateful for good people like him in the world.

(STAY AWAY, DONT WASTE A SECOND ON THEM) Called them, they said they could come the next day between 5:00pm and 8PM no call until around 7PM and they cancelled for the next day. We arranged for a time slot for 8am - noon. They didn't call until around 2:30 and said they will send a plumber ASAP. Then no call nothing - I tried calling, and no answer- WHAT A CRAP COMPANY. Call o'neill plumbing in West Seattle, they actually call back and provide a service.

Recently, I called up Beacon Plumbing to take care of some repairs.  They sent out Brian who fixed up everything as good s new.  He was honest and trustworthy, and helped me get over my fear of plumbers.  I would definitely call him for repairs in the future!

All of these high reviews concern me. This guy is greedy and sketchy. We just moved into our new home and called this company who the previous owners used to pump the septic and put a new pump in. They charged the previous owners 3k for that. We called him saying our septic alarm was going off and he said he will charge 3k to come back out there and fix it. When he messed it up. Make sense? I think not. We asked him direct questions and he danced around the subject with his bogus septic terminology to make us think we are dumb enough to overpay him to attempt to fix his mess when he should have come and did it for free. Anyways we called Kelly Earthworks in Olympia and they fixed it for less than 1/3 of what this dumbass wanted! Be smart and don't fall for their bs. They are a scam and they purposely fuck your system up so you can hire them again to attempt to fix it. These boys will milk you dry and make you cry.

Do not use beacon plumbing. They will charge double if not triple. I've priced out several plumbers for the same job and I can't tell you the insane make up beacon had. We purchased a new heat pump and furnace (12K) with these people just about a year ago. Not at all happy. The person selling us the unit really sold us on the energy efficient properties and cost savings. We were under the impression we would be saving a lot of money on our heating bills to help offset the cost of the new unit. They even would guarantee it. Right. That is not the case at all. A BIG FAT SALESMAN'S LIE. We should have been less gullible, however, with the good rating of the company we felt we were okay to trust them somewhat blindly. I would not recommend trusting them at all.
